I thought Id check up on the reviews to see if anyone had a similar experience.Must be one nasty business if you got to get rid of some constructive criticism.Heres a summary of my experience once again for anyone interested: Got a facial done with a friend. The facial was fine, no complaints there. Afterwards one of the guys out working the products in the front of the store came back to talk to us and really tried to sell some of his product. We declined many times, I tried making it as apparent as possible that we were not interested. This went on for about 30 min to an hour and at this point the man was getting very frustrated. He started to scare my friend and the situation turned very unprofessional very fast. To get to the point- stay away. not worth it, you can get the product online for a fraction of the price.OH AND - all the 5 star ratings you see are because you get a free lotion product for giving a 5 star rating online about how great your service was.so once again, the 5 star rating is not for the customer service or the facial. its for a free lotion (:

I was accosted by Pierce in the Penn Square Mall. He seemed very flattering and nice, until he realized I wasnt planning on purchasing his products that day. His pitch became down right nasty. Up until he started being rude I had been thinking about returning to make a purchase, once I had finished my business, as I was on a time crunch and needed to hurry, with a limited budget to accomplish what I needed to that day. I will not be returning and hope there is an official reprimand for Pierce. The products may be decent, but the customer service is awful.

I was approached initially by Roman here at Penn Square Mall and introduced to some of the products. I spoke with Jordan as well. Today I had my first facial here with Katrina. She was very professional and kind. It was very relaxing as well. There is a noticeable difference with a one time visit. My skin tone is more even and not as splotchy as before. Ive always been a little self conscious about my skin but im feeling more confident, the more I get to use these products.

Ive heard nothing but bad things about this place. They take advantage of older customers by high pressure sales techniques and have a no return policy that is never mentioned and discretely posted where you would never notice it.
