The associates were great they let you know up front what’s the beat sale of the day and also other options. The selection of products were also great they have so many name brands. They have makeup and perfume. Great place to get gifts.

Great makeup selection for my wife and a surprisingly large selection of skincare products for men. We have also found several Tom Ford fragrances for both me and my wife.They also have a loyalty club.

Not for me! No returns, and a couple of the products did not work well. Color choices are also a problem at this store with foundations, powder foundations. Customer service... dont forget the customer is always right. You should never make the customer feel like they are not telling the truth! Good luck to this store. I wont be back! I bet your store dosent last.

So excited we have a CCS in OKC! My fave store! Nicole and the girls always take amazing care of us. Makeup has changed so much and they answer all my silly questions. If you haven’t been to this store you are missing out. This CCS is a real gem! Thankful for such a beautiful store and staff:)

I was there today at oklahoma City outlet mall with my friend, we had a bad experience at that store that never happened to me before, on of the store employees her name is clavdia she was watching us like we were thieves, and whenever we ask her a question she talks so rood to us and she answer with ooh I dont know, we ignored her and made our selection and we went to check out but she told us you cant buy just from one brand and she said it like she want to fight we just left the items we were going to buy and left with a very bad experience, I wish you guys hire more professional employees who can help buyers not ruin their days.

The staff is super friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions and recommendations at the brands that I was looking at. They explained the sales well and were super nice. Their prices are reasonable and they have larger sizes than department stores like Sephora and Macy’s. Would recommend, they have all the big brands like origins, glam glow, two faces, Estée Lauder, and Clinique

How you are treated depends on the worker. If you get the wrong worker they will treat you based on your skin color. I was standing in line and not only did they let someone else cut me, they also ignored me when they were done with that person. I felt invisible. It just hurt a bit knowing that this still happens.
