I had an eyebrow tint and was done by Rihannon who was amazing and friendly. She showed me a better way to apply eyebrow pencil.However, I dont think I will be going back. The brow bar is located at the entrance and my backs was to the entrance. The store was busy and people walked up behind me to talk to her. Because I have PTSD from service in the military I found the whole experience uncomfortable 🙃. But if that wasnt my issue I would definitely go back.. so for all my female veterans just be advised that this might pose an issue.. but for all others I highly recommend this service.

I called originally for my mother about a full root touch up dye. I wanted to pay for her hair she drove in from out of town for a funeral. Liz told me to purchase a gift card and she could pay that way so that is what I did. I was told she could come in at 4pm by Liz. this call took place at 2pm. My mother arrived at the location early at 3:35. when she made it in Liz informed her that she had mixed up the schedule and she wouldnt be able to be seen. She said she had left a voicemail(which she did one minute before). When the conversation started with my mother there was no resolution. Even Liz being the manager said that she couldnt even refund the gift card that she told me to purchase. She sent my mother away to find another location on Bryant in Edmond. She was not manager material at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially of color.

Ulta employees are beginning to feel like Sephora ones. Can tell major difference when entering store with full makeup versus bare face. I love Ulta but I think I might stick to online ordering.

Ulta is my go to for all beauty products. I used the curbside pickup today. And waited 30 minutes for the order to come out. If I didnt have my infant, I would have gone in. Definitely would avoid this service. Go inside!

Omg the women that I encountered at this store were FANTASTIC! I came in to exchange a foundation I had purchased online. I was instantly greeted and made to feel like they valued me shopping there. The shade I needed was out of stock but they instantly gave me the option to have it ordered and sent to me for free or they could call another store. The ordering process was quick and the return was super easy and painless. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

DISCLAIMER: Ulta is a great place that sells great cosmetic products. This review is solely based on my last experience.I was so disgusted on how my daughter and I were treated last night by the cashier, Courtney. Attached is my receipt as proof of our visit, should one question. If it wasnt for my wifes birthday gift shopping, we would have went to Sephora instead even though we wouldnt have been able to get everything.

They didnt have the Maybelline Sky High mascara like the website says it does. However, the selection was pretty good. Some items definitely need restocking as there were a great many bare spots and items completely out of stock.

We went on the weekend, which is when everyone is out going.The line was very long and the last time we went only one person was working the register.Enter when you are willing to wait a long time to check out.

Yo! This is hands down the nicest Ulta Ive ever set foot in. All the associates were attentive, friendly, courteous, and offered help. The store is laid out really nicely and its clean and beautiful. The shelves were stocked and straightened. Very very nice overall. I used to work for Ulta yall, this place has it where it counts.

The store was fresh and clean however the Customer Service Store floor workers could be a lot more friendlier to all customers needs. The hairstylist was more helpful and friendlier to shoppers as she left her station to tell me about new products and ask what I was looking for. Thank you!

Was in there on a Wednesday afternoon.No “ hello” when I went in, no help from anyone although I saw at least 2 employees walking around. Went in to look for a particular color nail polish and selection was horrible.Stood in line with 6-8 other customers and only 1 cashier training someone else. She took her time cashing people out and went on and on about “rewards” to the customer. Not caring about the others in line.I wouldn’t have gone there to begin with if I didn’t need this tomorrow.Like the sign on the door says-“ in a hurry, order online”. Thanks for the advice- next time I’m going to Amazon.Wouldn’t go back.

Didnt have the shampoo I was looking for

Love the store but it became necessary to use the restroom while we were there and for a place that caters mainly to women, it was quite disgusting. I absolutely hate using public restrooms and this was a perfect example of why. The floor was nasty, the toilet seat was .....I will just say unclean. The toilet paper was off the dispenser and sitting on the dirty floor. Then there was no soap in the dispenser, so they had placed a bottle from one of the brands they sell. Only the pump was broken and I had to unscrew the lid and dump it into my hand to wash up. Which brings me to the point of all this. I left the restrooms wondering about the staff who are encouraged to assist customers in trying out various products directly to their skin. Just how much effort are they going to to get that soap out of the bottle after using that restroom. Im going to choose to go glass half full and to tell myself as I watch them assist my daughter that they all went the extra mile. Yet we as women have all seen how frequently other women cruise right out of the stall past the sinks and dont even bother to flush much less wash up. Think about it next time you grab up those trial tubes of make up ladies and just dont. I will finish by saying the employees were friendly and the store was tidy and well stocked.

Carolyn at the brow bar was fantastic. She fixed up my brows quickly and was very friendly. She genuinely seemed interested in me as a person and I would definitely go back to see her and have my brows redone. Thats more than I can say for the retail associate that I visited with after my brow appointment. She was polite and answered my questions, but she did not seem to genuinely care about helping me. Ill definitely shop at ULTA again and will utilize their brow and salon services, but I may as well just shop online for their retail products.

I tried calling the store to check availability for an item, and they said they would go check and kept me on hold for about 30 minutes. If you need something from here just go in and check, calling is a waste of time.

Not much for makeup but ran in here to get wife a gift and they were really helpful and selection was insane. Had I not known exactly what kind she uses, wouldve been lost in this place. Soooooo many choices.

She was very approachable and professional. I would hire her today if I could!! Shes fantastic, so hang on to her!

I’ve been to this location several times, and the workers always make me feel very unwelcome. I don’t feel comfortable browsing for new products and I try not to come to this location whenever possible. I do love Ulta and I love makeup, but I’ll do my shopping at the other Ulta in town. Please train your workers better!

Great variety of products. Sales associates were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that they had one person working the registers at the busiest time on a Saturday. I am not above waiting in line but it was a 30 minute wait because the associate at the counter was chit chatting forever. Otherwise, good experience!

I had heard decent things about their hair salon and thought I would give it a try. Never again! I told the lady, doing my hair, the length I wanted it, to roughly the middle of my upper arm. After she already cut the back of my hair and I finally saw, it was too late. My hair used to be to the center of my back and I told her I wanted to keep it long, it’s now barely to my shoulders. Not only did she cut more than I wanted, she used buzzers on the ends of my hair. I have never had someone do that to my hair. She used so much product, the top of my hair feels crunchy and painful. While I know it will grow back, the point is I have to rock her mess up until it does. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I purchased makeup and the lady who helped me with that was fantastic.

Associates were very helpfull and checked on me to make sure i could find what I was looking for and gave good advice on products. Additionally, I loved that the cashier advised me how many points I had and if I wanted to use for my purchase.

The cashier didnt ask me if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program. Kind of upset me.

The store itself is quite nice and clean. The employees however are not so pleasant to deal with. Everytime I walk in the store I am ignored, no greeting of any sort (even when they arent busy.) Ive also been yelled at and harassed by one employee. I still shop though because of the good deals.

I have been to this location twice. Got a hello both times walking in. Both times there are four or more people in line with one cashier. Today 4 (with more getting in line) people waiting while I watch 7 other Ulta employees 4 stockin/cleaning and 3 standing and talking to each other. Maybe they are talking about work but maybe customers should not wait in line 5-20 minutes watching employees chat.

I have Heather do my hair color and cut; she does an amazing job with colors and styles. I roam the store while waiting during the color process and love the selection and set up. Its awesome to see guys who love makeup working there also. One guy showed me the Too Faced lipsticks that are fantastic and I ended up purchasing.

Its always fun to walk around Ulta - I always walk out with more than I came to the store for.

As a retail store, they are customer-minded and a good beauty resource. Also offer in-salon services, so if youre new to the area, or just dont have a stylist, its a good place to start. They also have a huge selection of products!

A woman named Victoria followed my boyfriend and I around the store acting like we were ready to snatch up every chanel fragrance off the shelf. This store is awful and I would take my money somewhere else if I were you.

I booked an appointment online an hour before arriving. The worker seemed irritated and asked if I had an appointment. I confirmed I did and showed her my confirmation. She said she was in the middle of appointment that would take at least another hour. Offered an appointment 2 days from today! When I went online to book there were multiple openings for today. Don’t offer online booking of appointment if the time won’t be upheld when the client arrives.

I was visiting my hometown and needing some things in an emergency hair situation lol. I ending up finding more than what I came for of course, but the makeup ladies, wish I could remember names, but they were VERY helpful!!! Showed me what exactly I would be the happiest with given my skin type, the climate where I live now, and what I was looking for. Ive been using those products since and Im very happy with my purchase. Im grateful they were there that day to help me.

This is a large beauty supply store. What more can you ask for? The staff is kind of hit or miss. If I go later in the evening, the individuals at the check out counter seem less than excited to be there. Otherwise, everyone is usually very helpful.

So as a husband I am clueless about makeup and the brushes and all things that apply it. The girls totally helped me find everything to replace the empty things my wife used. I felt like I was a totally VIP from the moment I walked through the door. Customer Service top notch from start to finish!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I went on Black Friday so it was crowded. The first couple of salespersons were okay. Not rude but definitely not eager to help. Then, we went to the Morphe section. The young lady who was there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was willing to answer several questions even for me who knows nothing about makeup.

Not my favorite but I had a gift card. I find that the staff tend to be a little snotty and not very helpful unless you are in the upscale section of the store. Only 2 cashiers working a long line while another associate just stood at the door. The cashier acted like it was a crime that I used manufacturer coupon and online Ulta coupon. Also when I slid my card it said transaction cancelled and she yelled You wanna try another card?. I told her it was a gift card and she had me swipe it again and it worked just fine. Next time I will just regift my gift card to someone else.

Before arriving to pick my order up, they placed me on hold for about twenty minutes. When I arrived at the store for my curbside order, it took another 30mins. I phoned the store and no one would answer. Had to ask an employer on her smoke break outside to help me with my order.

Their music isnt so crazy loud and the people are very helpful. I highly recommend this one over the Stillwater Ulta simply because of the noise level ;-) great to go in with your girlfriends and pick out your favorite products ;-)

It was like middle school. Everyone was gossiping. No one talked to me the first 20 minutes I was there, then some guy finally asked if I needed help.When I went to check out there was one girl at the front and nine people in line. I saw probably 15 employees and none of them were paying attention to the front. They were all whispering to each other. Not helping anyone. Just being unhelpful.I left and didn’t buy anything. Im sorry that other people did not have he greatest experience here but that was not the case for me. Bridget saved me! I came in at the at the last minute on my wedding day looking for some makeup to cover a bruise on my leg. I was just going try and cover it myself but she did it for me free of charge without me even having to ask. I only had to get the makeup. In my photos you cant even tell I had a bruise. If you need help with makeup, ask for her.
