Installed a shelf in bathroom. Shelf holds 2 shampoo bottles. 2 years after installation shelf fails and almost causes serious injury.called Athenian Marble Corp to explain the situation and was greeted with a completely rude and unprofessional woman. She never stated her name, she works the front desk.She talked over me and then became hostile because I was yelling at her. No, I was not, i was trying to talk because you wouldnt let me.ALL she repeated was the corporate lingo Our warranty is 1 year, this is two years old. If you drill a wooden shelf properly into tile, I assure you, it will stay there longer than 2 years. Even if there is 25 pounds on it - instead of 2 shampoo bottles.Because of her this went from a 5 star review; with an easily fixable hiccup, to me never again using this company and to make sure everyone who thinks about using this company does not.Or if you do, stay away from the witch of the front desk. Lol!PS she called me grandma an old lady at this point Im only laughing because my other reaction would be a scorched earth policy.

I worked here for 3 days.Hard work. But overall the shop is clean and crew are helpful.

Had a man come out and measure, was told to stop by and pick out the exact color when I got a chance. Drove all the way out there and they could not find any paperwork and seemed confused. The lady said she would still show me what they had. I told her I was looking for marble countertops and she told me they don’t do marble. Don’t let the name fool you they don’t have marble!

Our countertops were damaged which they came out to replace. When they did, their two employees tracked red dirt all over my house and carpet. They didn’t wear shoe covers or offer to remove their shoes. I started cleaning the carpet while they were still here and laid towels down. I told them they were tracking in red dirt and the employee replied “yeah probably.” Nice.

Athenian Marble built a custom shower for us, the fall runs in the wrong direction so the shower holds water that never drains. They are not willing to fix it properly. All they are willing to do is put an overlay which is not the proper way and not what we paid top dollar for, it will be overlapped and will crate other issues. It needs to be ripped out and built properly. The Owner will not speak to me at all. He has avoided me at all costs. I have tried working with them. They are unwilling to make this right. Discouraged and Unsatisfied customer.

We built a home and our bathroom counters were done by althenian marble. While it looks nice, I am very frustrated with the customer service. Within 6 months I started noticing that my marble was looking very dirty and porous and had already lost its wow factor. They say that my builder must have forgotten to tell me I needed to get it sealed. But I am wondering why a marble speciality company does not include that as part of their installation service. Seems like they just install the marble and are done with their job.Ive called to request a rep to come out and between althenian and my builder no one wanted to follow up. I called three times before I got a call back and as of now they are not willing to come for a service visit because they say it is not their fault.
