Topco gets a 5 out of 5 rating from me. To start the help with Design made it very easy. Julia suggested colors and Cabinetry in my budget. Called to let me know they were on there way. Showed up on time and the crew went to work. Notified me when they left for lunch and when they would be back. Very Professional,Polite. Will be using them again for the next Bathroom.

We ordered our countertops thru Home Depot and Mike from Topco Cabinets and Countertops came and installed our countertops. They are beautiful and they did a great job! They took time to explain what and how they were doing the install! I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Topco was totally positive! Each phase of my project was handled very well. Jim, the owner, was in contact with me on each phase (even on the weekend and evenings), plus I was notified when the measurements would be taken, when the product arrived in their shop, and when the installation would take place! They arranged installation around MY schedule, and the guys were right on time for installation! They explained everything they did, cleaned up, and even did some minor repairs to my existing countertop and sink! When they were finished, everything was neat and clean!! Besides that, they loved my dogs!! This was my second countertop installation, and my first with Topco! Topco was by far the most pleasant and enjoyable! Thank you, Jim and crew!

Great place to buy countertops!! This is a very professional company with high quality countertops and very professional installers. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. The countertops were installed within 4 weeks. It only took the installers 2 hours to remove the sink and the old countertops and install the new countertops and sink.. They cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend Topco!

Definitely NOT top quality work. They first installed our solid surface countertops incorrectly-- the opening for the sink was way off the mark. I guess the installer had a good conscience because originally they were going to call it a day, but his conscience got the better of him and he admitted he had messed up and would correct it.They came back days later to reinstall it properly. For the second time, the countertop sink opening was still off the mark. Do they not measure their work?! In the reinstallation process, they nailed nails through our freshly painted bottom cabinetry, causing our remodeling contractor to repair the damage and repaint it. This could have cost us extra money if our contractor wasnt amazingly nice enough to cover it.They also took it upon themselves to extend the edge of our countertop without asking us. This extension put all of our measurements for our stove and upper cabinetry out of whack so now the stove does not line up with our upper cabinetry and tile backsplash, and never will!Super unhappy with our experience with Topco!!

Semi-helpful but man a simple high could go a long way. Not a friendly or comfortable atmosphere at all to the point it feels like the staff was annoyed that a customer showed up to there store. Not dis-satified with the product but will definently take my business to a company that seems happier to have new customers.

We ordered some kitchen counters from our Local Home Depot, and our specialized Order was Sub-Contracted out to a Company called Topco Cabinets & Countertops. One Guy came out to measure our kitchen Counter tops, he was very Professional in handling our order and specific needs. He assured us a contracted date and Promised us we have nothing to worry about. His crew called and said there will be there in 30 minutes.. These guys came inn, totally professionally and boy oh boy, me and my wife were amazed how Quickly and efficiently they worked. I asked the gentlemen if I could do a quick video of them working in my kitchen, needless to say, without a doubt they said sure and smiled... From start to finish, even clean up, less than 2 hours, my brand new kitchen had its Gorgeous Facelift. We are extremely happy and Satisfied with there quality and professionalism. Once again, I totally recommend this company for future purchases and References, Julz & Gina

First two times doing business with topco was great. Great service and excellent product... But the last time was not good. They showed up to measure specs without a template so had to return two days later and they rescheduled my delivery 3 times without notifying me. I had to call to get updates each time. I dont know what has happened, but something sure changed. Ill be shopping around for my next job.

I was looking for a quality countertop for a bathroom remodel. A friend of mine recommended Topco. They had a unique countertop that looks great. However, I accidentally supplied the wrong dimensions, even though they were very thorough and triple-checked. It was all on me. Still, they were responsive and courteous, and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered countertops through a different company and the order was fulfilled by Topco. I actually decided to deal directly with Topco after my order was placed because they were far more helpful! I would happily order cabinets or countertops from them any time, my experience has been great!

The ladies in front/customer service are very rude and they need to go back to school to learn how to deal with customers.

Ive never been to the store, but when I called with a question, they spent time explaining how to do a countertop repair and directed me to the distributor of the product I needed. Even though it wasnt going to result in a sale for Topco. Good service!

The best experience in remodeling my house was from this company, the ladies in the office were helpful, the price was awesome, the installers Kyle and Jeremy did a near perfect job installing the countertops. Wish I had purchased cabinets from them as well.

Quality countertops might be their strong suit but communications are not. Make sure you talk directly to the person who took your order and do not leave a message for them.
