I ordered and pick-up a special order door frame 3 weeks prior to the install. I had the frame in my shop for over a week and I never checked the frame. I arrived to install the frame and long story short the frame was wrong weather it was ME or them not sure. I called in a panic I needed another frame ASAP. They made me up a new frame on that afternoon and we installed the next day. Its rare these days to find a stand up company to work with.
