Jaime Usry is the man! Very knowledgeable guy that helps you fully understand why Andersen windows are the highest of quality. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for. He came by, measured our windows, and walked us through all our options. Were currently renovating our house and are in need of windows very soon as ours are 20+ years old. We decided to wait a year (as our priced quote is good for a year) due to more important renovations, like plumbing, that still need to be done. I have just been visited by Steve who took our order to replace a door with a large window in our bedroom. He was very helpful in the selection of materials and providing a quote for expenses. He drew up a contract and said the services will be forthcoming in 11-12 weeks. Additionally, Jeff came by today and took the measurements for our project and answered our additional questions about the company’s products and preparation procedures. He was also very courteous and helpful. We are confident that we are going to get a quality product once they come in to make the installation. We like that the company has its own product line and workers. We do not have to get additional contractors involved. Yeahhhh.

They came when they said they would be there. They installed our 12 new windows in a day and a half. The three installers worked like a well trained and experienced team. Except for water breaks and snacks they worked the entire time. They removed the hail shattered windows and glass and disposed of them. Inside they protected our floors and furniture from dust and made sure there was no glass left inside.Their installation work was so precise that you cannot tell on the outside or the inside of the house that the windows have just been installed. The rooms they worked in were vacuumed before they left and outside the areas in front of the windows are free of glass fragments. You cannot tell that or almost 2 days they had power tools and equipment on the lawn. Every evidence they were here they took with them.Plus, they were pleasant to have around, and seemed to really enjoy and take pride in what they were doing.Working with everyone at Anderson since the hail storm that took out every window on the North side of house has been the sort of experience that every home homes they will have when they have to repair anything they own.

If you value your time, I do NOT recommend this company.Saturday afternoon my husband and I were at Homeland in NW OKC. Since we were already in the market for replacement patio doors and had intended to call Renewal by Andersen, we thought it was perfect that they had a table set up in the foyer of the store.The lady at the table was very professional, informative and pleasant. We made an appointment for today, Monday evening at 6:00.When they called both my husband and I on Sunday, the number came in as “Telemarketer” so we did not answer. However, today, WE EACH CALLED the company and confirmed the appointment for 6:00 pm today.We both made sure to be present 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment. It is now 645 and we have been waiting 45 minutes and no one has showed up or bothered to text or notify us of a change in plans. The “Project Consultant” is completely MIA.This is unfortunate and I hate that we have wasted our time, but I guess it’s good to know that if this company is this disrespectful of their customers and their time, it is for the best that we will not be purchasing a replacement door from them.Be aware.

Do your research. Its all smoke and mirrors. Over $6k for 2 bedroom windows, oh, I mean $4800 after the today only special. Of course theirs is better just like every other company out there. What a joke.

My installers were very efficient and my new French doors are perfect. The salesman that showed me the woods available was great. The wood color matches perfectly with other features in my home. Beautiful windows for our entire home and they installed the in just 1 day. We can already tell the difference with keeping the cold air in and the hot air out. They also help with noise reduction from the busy street behind our home. The windows were quite expensive but worth every penny.

The most high pressure one call close company I have ever dealt with. I asked the guy multiple times to let me review the info and I would get back to him in a couple of days. We are very excited about our new windows from Renewal by Anderson! Everyone we had contact with from the company was professional, informative, and pleasant. The installation team did a fantastic job and made sure we were informed and happy with everything. Ben, Brad, David, and Trey were all friendly and professional. We had a lot of pleasant conversations and got awesome music recommendations from David (thanks man!). My wife works from home, and the guys were very respectful not to disturb her, and waited to do the office windows last. Installers were very pleasant to work with. They were careful & timely with no mess. They removed wood blinds & reinstalled them correctly as promised. They moved things that were too heavy for my sister & me & put them back in place. They gave us a good demo on how the windows function so we know how to use them.

I contacted Renewal by Andersen in March and requested a rep to inspect and provide an estimate for patio door and 10 windows. We had previously had visits by Pella, Renewal and a third local business, so we did not want the demo and stated this.Jaime Usry was the person who met with us and examined the door and windows and then provided us with a breakdown of costs, options, and possible discounts. He left while we discussed what we wanted. He returned in the evening after a long day and we signed a contract. While the installation were expected in July for two days, the install was ready late June. The crew arrived at ten and were finished by 8:00 pm. The result exceeded our expectations- the exterior noise that we were accustomed to was gone and the temperature level drop in the following days was quite noticeable despite our having storm windows as well as the original windows the house was built with.The window frames do occupy more of the space than the original ones, but the ease and quality overwhelms this detail. We elected to maintain the dark exterior color but if I was doing this again, I would choose the wood or a light option for the interior.I highly recommend Jaime for his professional service and follow up and we are very satisfied with the Renewal by Andersen windows.

I just saw a commercial for Anderson windows. It reminded me of how horrible my experience was. When you call them you go through a network of call center reps who ask you the same line of question over, and over and over. If you are patient enough to finally get to someone in your area they will schedule your time. Then they will text you asking if you will call them back bc they have yet another question. When you call a specific person who texted you another rep says they can help you and the n asks the same line of questioning. When you question the process they get rude and advise you they have cancelled your appointment. Anyone who gives a good review has money to burn… bc the average consumer is turned away with anger and unprofessional interactions. There are way better companies, good luck in your search, don’t waste time with these people.
