This is seriously the best and kindest service company I have used. The owner, Ken, might be the kindest person you’ll ever meet. I even had to ask them to make a change after they got part of the garage door up. Ken and the technician working on my garage were both very understanding and helpful, didn’t act put out at all, even though I know it messed their schedule up a little. Their price was also better than other places I called, which is why I went this route in the first place. I would recommend them to anyone needing a garage door. Great company.

Me being fairly new to OKC I had made a few calls to Garage Door Companies to inquire about having my cables replaced being one was starting to fray. I spoke with two companies and waited a week with no one getting back to me. I called NW Garage door and spoke with owner Ken who was able to give price over phone and schedule a technician to replace my cables the same day. Great Customer Service, which these days seems so hard to find. I called on a Friday morning and by noon Carson was here to replace and within 20 minutes the job was done. With me being a former business owner in Minnesota for over 35 years I know and appreciate Customer Service. Owner Ken and his team did a fantastic job taking care of a client I sent to them for some custom replacement doors. The install was done efficiently and they have made sure everything has stayed in proper working order on these high tech doors and openers. Will definitely send more clients to them.

Set up an appointment and they never came and never called. They even sent a reminder confirmation text the day of the appointment. Could not get ahold of anyone after. Do not use this business

Spoke with Andrew first who was very nice and had Carson come out that day to look at my opener and gave me an estimate. I appreciated their no pressure approach. Ken, Andrew and Greg saved the day twice in two weeks. I was checking on my dads house on a late Thursday afternoon.The garage door fell off the track and wouldnt close! Even though it was after five the technician was out, had the door closed and secured in under an hour. The next week my personal garage door spring broke. Once again made it out and had the repairs done in no time! To top it off the price was so reasonable I was shocked! Thanks guys for all your hard work.
