My Mom’s garage stop working and they had someone out to her home fast as lightning & quick as thunder on a Friday! I was impressed, fixed the garage & provided friendly Customer Service. He even offered some tips to help keep maintenance up on her garage. Great job!!!! I would recommend & use if ever needed for my home.

The Thunder Garage Door company is absolutely the best. Back in November my garage door spring fell off. It was 8:00 pm and I was shocked when I called to actually get a person (I had thought I would get an answering machine). To top it off they came out at 9:00 pm and fixed my door. Today when I needed them to come out and repair the door, again, they stood behind their same day service. I am so impressed with this company, their quality of work and customer service. Highly recommended!

It’s Friday night, spring on garage door is broken, can’t get car out of garage, I need it fixed now. I called several to see about fixing but there were no answers or I reached a machine. They got my door working better than it ever did! Didnt know it would make that much difference having a good opener put in. The one I bought myself and had installed before was junk. Dont buy one form the local hardware store. I would definitely recommend Jones. I got several prices and they were the best.

Ten year old house and one of the springs of our double garage door snapped. My online search showed this company had a 24 hour number. Our situation was no emergency, but being able to call and schedule for them to come out was appreciated. Matt from Overhead Door took the call and performed the service. He clearly knew what he was doing, got the job done and did a great job cleaning up after himself when he finished. Oh, and the price was very reasonable. I am so very pleased with my new garage door opener and the repair to the door itself!!! Mr. Jones suggested that we only replace two panels on the door rather than the entire door--which I was really glad for since that would cut back on the price!!! What a gentleman!
