I have always used DOORTEC for any issues that I have had with my garage doors. Yesterday, we heard a loud bang that sounded like it came from the garage. Upon inspection, it turned out that one of the springs had broken.I contacted DOORTEC this morning and was lucky enough to get an appointment for today. The tech they sent was JAVIER. He was very polite and got to work immediately to resolve the issue.I was very impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He was very methodical in resolving the problem. It was interesting to watch him work. He was very smooth in removing and replacing the springs. Seemed like it took just minutes to get the door working properly again. I though the charges were reasonable. Five STARS to JAVIER for his kind and friendly attitude, along with the efficient repair of our door. I highly recommend DoorTec for garage door repairs. Javier came to our rescue when a part bent. He came yesterday to see what the problem was, then said he would return the next day with the part. True to his word, he came today with the part, quickly did the replacement, tested thoroughly and it was fixed. And the cost was much less than anticipated. A few months after DOORTEC replaced a broken torsion spring and my rollers, I started having some roller noise. JASON came by the day after I called and fixed the issue by realigning the tracks. Called on Saturday Morning with a broken spring. An appointment was made for Monday from 2:00 - 4:00. Javier was there exactly as 2:00 and evaluated the repair. Turned out that a previous repair only replaced one spring and there were different springs used. He replaced both springs to match and the repair took about 1 hour. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for a spring repair.

I called 3 garage door companies. Doortec was one of them. This guy gave me a quote and said I would need to pay for HALF the cost of a scissor lift. The quote was for over 1100$ for a 1/3 horse power. How about just buy a tall latter? So I then called Northwest Garage Doors, they did the job for less than half the price and.... They had a tall later!

Hello! Chris G came out to my parents house this afternoon to look at our external keypad that would not work. After assessing what was wrong, Chris replaced the keypad and put on a new one. He made sure everything was synced and in great working condition. He also looked at mu parents car to see if he could sync it with the garage door. It was too old, but I appreciated his thoroughness and concern for my aged parents. Garage doors had not worked in two years. I called Doortec and spoke to the most pleasant young lady (Courtney) who scheduled an appointed for next available day. I was advised that Javier would arrive between 8-10 am on the scheduled date. At 0800 on the spot my doorbell rang. Javier went right to work, installing new sensors on one of the doors, lubricated both doors (they had developed an irritating screech), re-calibrated both openers and the car access keypad, and was finished in 30 minutes.
