Top panel of garage door itself completely failed only 2.5 years after installation (by Windsor). A few handymen have stated it failed so early due to subpar installation of rail system and brackets/stiles. I can move past that - things break. The gentleman from their shop said they could fix the panel and noted that some of the wood accent pieces were coming loose from the door’s face frame (because of poor installation). He said the would tighten those up - no problem. The end result is shown in the pictures below: hundreds of screws in both of my garage doors and an I’ll attempt to countersink and cover with black putty. Hopefully the paint job I have to do over the weekend will make things look okay; otherwise, Windsor has effectively ruined the aesthetics of my garage doors, albeit for the discounted price of $150. Hopefully the issues generated by the poor installation don’t result in another round of this nonsense and lack of accountability for a job done poorly in another 2 years.

I had a home built in 2017-2018. Windsor installed the 2 garage doors 11/30/17. They also installed the openers 3/18. The double door hinges broke 11/18. I called for service, they could not get to me for 5 days. That was reasonable due to Thanksgiving and the weekend. Unfortunately they did not show up, even though I called to verify the appointment that morning. I called the next day, 3 times, and was finally told I would be put on the schedule for the following day. Then today they called me and told me that even though they installed the doors, there would be a $60 trip charge, and a $80 service fee, did I still want them out? It was STILL under warranty. The woman that called me from the office, Sarah, was rude, dismissive, and uncaring. She told me that was their policy. I repeated everything to make sure I was understanding her. Unfortunately I was. I asked to speak to a manager. Chad did call me back, and a crew was sent out, and repairs were made. The time involved, and listening to their on hold commercial, telling me how important service was to their company was ludicrous. I will say that Chad and Omar the service tech did a good job. But what I went through to get the service makes it very difficult to give a good recommendation for the company.

Wonderful crew! Needed my garage door torsion spring replaced and originally went through Home Depot. So glad Home Depot led me to Windsor. Went to Home depot late on a Tuesday evening, Windsor called me (Thank you Megan) early Wed and set up a service time for Thursday early afternoon. A very special thank you to Reyes H. & Tomas for their excellent customer service and professionalism. I would have these guys come to my house again anytime! In the future, for anything doors, siding and/or windows, without a doubt, I will contact Windsor! THANK YOU!!

We only had a spring replaced on our garage door. Their price was reasonable and much cheaper than a lot of the garage door companies around. The only negative aspect was that the appointment time they gave me wasnt respected and they showed up much later 1.5 hour after our appointment block. We didnt get a call to tell us they were running behind, we had to call them to make sure we were still on the list for the day. Other than that the service was pleasant, the tech guy was nice and helpful. I would use their service again. Thanks!

Are you kidding me? Garage door jumped the track at 530 on a Sunday night, and Windsor had a tech her and job completed by 615. Figured it would cost me an arm and a leg getting someone out so quick on a Sunday night (and it should have), but the price was more than fair! I was stressed out thinking my garage door would be unsecured all night and Id have to take off work tomorrow to get it fix. Worried for nothing! Mark is the man! 5 stars doesnt say enough!

Had my garage door torsion springs made in minutes. The ladies in the office were patient and kind!

On March 28th I received a voice mail informing me that my opener was in for me to pick up or arrange for Windsor to install.Wed the 29th I called and made arrangements for Windsor to install the opener and perform service on another door @ the same location on Thur the 30th.On the 30th I received a call asking if the install could be rescheduled for Fri. the 31st. I agreed to this reschedule.It is now 5:30pm on the 31st and the installers have yet to arrive nor have I received a call from Windsor letting me know they are not able to make it.I will be picking up the opener on Monday and contacting another company to install it,
