Cold Hand Arms services all of my firearms (pistols, revolvers, shotguns, ARs, AKs, Bolt-guns, and suppressors). Ryan does a fantastic job gun smithing and no challenge I present could ever stop him. Steve takes care of business with a great attitude and with awesome customer service skills. The shop has a welcoming feeling and are sometimes busy which is good. Stop by there sometime.
Steve and Ryan are the best. Period. They are the most professional, friendly, and competent gun smiths in the area. NFA transfers, any gun smithing need imaginable, and firearm cleanings are done without any headache at Cold Hand Arms. Go see these guys and dogs!!!
Does not answer the phone. Their website does not answer the questions a new customer may need answered.
Went in to get a flash hider installed for my Dead Air can. Cool folks down here, recommended.
I came in because I thought I had swapped a spring during a lower installation. They even hooked me up with the correct spring! I havent had any other work here done, but I wont hesitate to give them some when I need it. Not to mention, its nice to look at all the eye candy thats laying around (pew pew stuff), and a couple of awesome pups. Although that one looked like a major slacker.
The guys at Cold Hand Arms are great at what they do. Since finding the gun shop a few years back they have helped me with all kinds of things, from simple sight instillation all the way to complete gun builds. They have completely surpassed my expectations as far as the service they could provide, and in doing so have gained a lifetime customer.
They do good work regardless, but are they the friendliest when approached? absolutely not lol. walk in on a slow day and one is too busy playing his ipad, other is setting in the corner looking mad at the world, and the youngest of the three seems nice at least. expect great work, don’t expect manners or friendliness lol
Great guys! Had them thread a 700 barrel for me and index a break. Good quality work and a great price.
Took my shield in with a set of Wilson fire sights for install. They damaged the new front and rear sights and claimed it was the sight makers problem for not using a stronger metal. Would not recommend as they use brass punches to install sights and not an actual sight pusher.
Great customer service great advice in building my AR I couldnt be happier thank you steve .

Where the local gun nuts go to practice protecting themselves as well as to eye everyone suspiciously while they open carry inside the shop.
