I have been coming here for a long time every single sales man is great! The prices are good. Steve is one of the best! He helps answer all questions I have and greets me by name every time I come in. Steve is friendly and knowledgeable. He makes the sales experience easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.
The staff really dont have the time to help customers, too busy with their phones. I went a few miles North and spend my money. Good showroom, plenty of guns I was interested in, but you figure if they are too busy to sell you something then wait till you have an issue and see if the service is any better.
Had a training class with Valerie, she was patient and fun to work with. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend her class.
Joel in the gunsmith department is excellent! He went above and beyond for me! Personable, thorough, and all around great customer service from him.
5 star experience - visited from Tulsa. Biggest selection of in stock items I have seen in a long time. I completely disagree with some of the reviews on here - I was greeted multiple times from the employees - everyone was friendly and offered to help and assist. Will stop by again when I am in town!
Took a Womens only class with Valarie. Excellent! She was knowledgeable, easy to be with and very relaxed. I appreciate her being thorough and patient with me. Def will be going back for other classes.
11 bucks to rent a lane (and thats for all you can shoot!!!!) is the best price Ive seen anywhere in the US so far. Good customer service. I had a nice time at the range and will come back again!
Very friendly and professional staff, great prices on ammo for today’s market. Full range of services available. I was impressed and will definitely do business with them again.
Unless you are law enforcement none of the employees here will assist with you needs. I came and did back ground check and was delayed (understandable) got called next day to come pick up as it came back good and they made a mistake on the application with no apologies and asked todo the background check again and wait for an hour standing in front of the counter for back ground check to come back. Go else where for your gun needs!
We had a safe delivered over the weekend. The two gentlemen that delivered the safe were AMAZING! They made sure the dolly wheels were clean and their feet were clean before coming inside. They placed the safe exactly where we wanted the safe and then stayed around to ensure we could open the safe without issue. They were courteous and very helpful at all times. The entire process was quick and neat. A wonderful service.
Went in for a rifle case for my AR 15 and at least 3 salesmen offered to help me in my selection. Offered great advice! Me and my wallet were satisfied with the purchase! Also the smell from the Cafe was amazing... wish I had time to eat one of the famous onion burgers Ive heard so much about! Ill be back for one for sure! Definitely recommend!
Nice store. Nice range. But...one (male, white, 50s) store employee at the range counter, was rude and abrasive. Several of the employees were helpful and nice but most of them were cold as fish. Prices for shells are reasonable. May go back but not because I like the customer service. Prices and range are good.
Prices affordable knowing the current situation, friendly staff who are happy to help. Definitely will come back soon. Also the food from their Cafe was really good.
The gun range here is quite nice. Staff are very friendly helpful, especially Kevin. Recommend coming here on Tuesdays if one wishes to try out different guns. Good prices.
Walk in store to purchase a firearm. And no one even offered to help or ask if they could help me at all,, I was so disappointed and if that is how it is I will tell everyone I kno not to shop at Ur store. I am veteran who served honorably and I feel totally disrespected.
They have a wonderful staff and wide selection of products.
Always have a great visit. Professional staff thats Courteous and Helpful. I have been going since 94 and dont need to go to any other range.Sincerly,Lifetime Customer
Great staff, and a nice range. They have a large selection of knives, suppressors, optics, holsters, and firearms as well as a little diner. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable range
Have bought 2 or 3 guns there very reasonable pricing and use the range often. Very friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this place for all your firearm needs
I purchased my very first firearm and by far it was an awesome experience. The faculty was very helpful and patience with me. They were always polite and never gave me any bad vibes. I also used their range to test out the firearm and it was simple and easy to understand everything. I will definitely return!
My wife and I came in today to buy a handgun. We walked around the gun case 2 or 3 times and no one came over to help. How can I buy a weapon if I dont know how it feels in my hand. So H and H lost a sale and a customer.
Went here for the first time ever today to look at knives. They had a large selection, and there were several that I was potentially interested in. Spent 15-20 minutes looking at knives in the case. At no time did anyone offer to help me, or ask if I would like to see anything. Saw a few employees standing around that didn’t appear to be doing anything. The knives that I was looking to buy were in the $200 range, but if employees can’t be bothered to assist, or even acknowledge a customer, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Always a great experience. Everyone is so helpful. Good prices and quality.
Went here for the first time price to use the range wasnt bad at all only $13 bring your own guns and ammo saves you some money i will come here again soon nice place nice people
The weapons are super over priced, you can purchase same weapon from manufacturers for far less, the gentleman i asked to help me was super rude and treated me like i didnt know what i needed and wasnt until i walked back to husband and told him what happened then he wanted to help. Needless to say we left and found what we needed for far less and better quality and prices. I wouldnt recommend to anyone
I emailed 15 company’s around the city for a hard to find gun only one person emailed meBack Mike Rust so I rushed over and he earned my business! I’m in the sales business this means a lot when someone can follow up on a email these days! Fast forward ten days im back to buy optics I meet a great salesman named Jed Owens that went out of his way to show everything I asked about and answer all my questions! while im checking out I get an email from Mike Rust he had me on a list waiting for a gun and he just traded for the unicorn I needed soooo they both earned my business again!! This is an awesome place with top notch products and the food is amazing also! Chris Derrick June 9th 2021
Today I sold two guns here and I was paid the incorrect amount for how much one of my guns was actually worth. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name that called me to let me know I was underpaid. I was impressed by the values of this employee and for that, I will absolutely be a repeat customer. I have used the gun range here and its great. Multiple lanes and they also rent guns. Employees are friendly and always around for assistance with anything. They have just about everything you can think of. Reloading supplies, safes, gear and clothing and even a small cafe. Haven’t tried the cafe but it always smells good in the store. I will definitely be a repeat customer 5 stars!
They have everything you could possibly imagine and some things you have too have. Great people!
Nice people who are very knowledgeable about firearms.
Me and my husband come down to visit his son! Came to H&H for the first time, really enjoyed the hospitality we felt when we were there! Awesome gun range! Staff is very friendly and loved that they treat people of color fair and I didn’t feel uncomfortable! I will be back for another visit!!! I highly recommend this place! A lot of fun!
Edited review: During the pandemic this store took part in price gouging. They increased their prices of guns and ammo far beyond most gun shops in the area. Im purchasing things online for 1/4th the cost of what they are at H&H now. I can no longer give this store a 5* recommendation due to this bad practice. And before they say anything about supply and demand keep in mind what I said. I have been able to buy everything Ive been looking for online for the almost normal prices. It is WAY cheaper to pay for shipping and hazmat fee then it is to buy here. It is only stores like this that are bringing up the prices and causing all this panic buying. H&H is choosing to be a part of the problem instead of helping fix the problem.Previous review:We have always had good experiences in our many trips to this store. They tend to have what we are looking for in both firearms and Archery. Prices have been good for the quality of items. Their classes for CCW are great and knowledgeable staff.
H&H is a fraudulent. They promised all card holders 3 month more membership for a member I was unable to use only about 4 months of the year. Then when the membership was up no 3 months extension was added.I didnt add that I already Email H&H with no response.Next Lie?
Prior to 2020 my customer service experiences with H&H were so bad that I refused to do business here. HOWEVER, management seems to have cleaned a lot of issues up. Customer service is much better, and prices are generally pretty fair for the area. Most importantly, they dont shove COVID policies down my throat. I refuse to wear a mask and that has never been an issue at H&H.
High quality place to browse 2A equipment
Good large shop that is generally good but the customer service lacks and I see customers all the time go without assistance.
Great place I just bought all of my gear for my job there.
Great selection and friendly staff
Today I went in with my nephew to look at some archery stuff and there were multiple employees and multiple customers all looking at fire arms and when I asked to look at archery stuff I was told the archery side was closed due to COVIDbut people can still look at firearms and buy them and even shoot them but they would not even let me look at a bowBecause of this I will never shop at h and h againWhen a employee refuses to show or sell me a bow,Then goes to another customer and shows them a gun. That is not okI hope people see and read this. And make the decision to go elsewhereI was a customer too today and was completely blown off because I was there for archery stuffI will never shop here again and I hope y’all do the sameA non consistent company is not a company I want to do business with
I wish I could give a negative star rating. The rudest people on earth work here. Stay clear.
Very helpful. Knowledgeable and professional
I am rating the gun shop and range not the archery department I absolutely love the archery department. I have gone to the gun range a couple of times and I have rented a firearm from them twice and they have been very tight lipped on ammunition and they are very rude and very defensive when you ask them a question just trying to figure out if you are at the right spot to purchase ammunition. I like the range they have a lot of room and they dont stack people on top of each other either in the range and their range prices are good. I am just saying that these people are very rude and defensive when you ask them questions they hide out behind the sales counter and stare you down as you walk by and nobody greets you when you come into the facility so if you dont mind being looked down at then go for it but I am done going there for anymore of my firearms now for archery I wouldnt suggest anywhere else to do business Steve is the man
One of the coolest gun stores around, definitely the best in OKC. Steve helped get me a very hard to find handgun, and I had it within a month of ordering- was very surprised and happy! They also have an amazing selection of accessories...very well stocked and nice store, nice and comfortable air conditioned range as well. Gunsmithing was also excellent and installed sights very quickly and well done.
This place is the Walmart of guns. If you are new to the sport they treat you disdainfully. Sorry I dont know much about guns, thats why I was asking you!The have a range, a cafe, and archery supplies. For some reason they wont sell me certain ammo because I am not law enforcement and its illegal. Ok, so I went down the street and bought it from your competition. Dont lie and say its illegal when its not. Just say its your store policy to not sell certain ammunition to non-LE folks.Range is unsophisticated and dirty. But if you want a gun, they have a good selection. But so does the internet.... 😀
I purchased a new bow from Cabellas 10 days ago. Being a novice to the sport, I was not aware of set up and paper tuning until I was learning how to sight in my bow. I came in this morning and was immediately asked if I needed help when I walked over to the archery area. After explaining why I was there and the issues I was having the representative adjusted my bow and educated me on what and why he was doing what he was doing. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could give him his due recognition. I will be back for any and all of my archery needs.
By no means am I someone to leave a negative review for the sake of it, but I feel the need to share my experiences here.I have visited H&H on multiple occasions and pretty much every visit has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. All the reviews talking about bad customer service are not anomalies, contrary to how H&H would respond. If there are 100 calm written reviews talking about bad customer service, then it isnt an anomaly. Here are my general complaints:-I would consider myself fairly knowledgeable in firearms, but every time I have gone there I have been treated like an infant. This is probably due to the fact that Im relatively young, but I still think it is demeaning to just assume. Ive read reviews of people being discriminated based on their gender and ethnicity too, which I find easy to believe, though H&H responds none of our staff discriminate. A more appropriate response would be We will look into that and make sure to educate our employees to be more mindful of how they are interacting with different groups.-Range is horrible (air quality, crowded/cramped, little supervision). No wonder they have the cheapest lane rentals. Ive read a review about people w/ little to no experience going unsupervised, and I have experienced this first hand. The details arent super important, but basically, the people next to me were being incredibly unsafe for the entire duration of their stay. To the point where I had to intervene and help them, which isnt something I should have to worry about. Firearms are lethal. If people who obviously have no experience with guns are renting, give them some safety lessons and stick with them to help/ask questions. I know that might be asking a lot b/c they dont have unlimited staff, but this is life and limb. That might sound dramatic, but Im not wrong.Again, not leaving this just to be negative. I hope H&H actually acts on this feedback and changes. But based on the other reviews I have read, they continue to just keep saying sorry and do nothing. If you want to shoot somewhere, go to Camo Corner or maybe Wilshire Gun. Anything is better than this place.
H&H is my go-to store for anything firearms and archery related. Great well run ranges and friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Lanes not climate controlled.
Really want to go there. Online store is run by someone else (I think), want to go see what they have and what we need to get. Have only heard good things about them.
Ive been going here for years, and Ive never had a negative experience. They are helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and dont push you to buy anything. They have a great range and selection of firearms and ammunition (outside shortages), and Ive bought some great guns from them.
Purchased ammo from them because I couldnt find any around in the sporting goods stores. They charged me $25 for a box of 50 rounds of the worst ammo I have ever used. Made a normally extremely reliable weapon jam numerous times. My first time there, not a very good first impression. Sure they dont care about a bad review because they are a machine.
Came in for a string job on my bow. The manufacture left some components off the string we ordered. Chris immediately noticed the issue and took the time to custom fit the missing speed nocks. Finished product looks like something straight out of the factory. Big thanks to Chris and Gary in the archery department for great service. These guys are real Pros!
Fantastic fast service. Crossbow needed new strings, they found a recall on cams, ordered them, completed repairs and it was ready in 1 week!! Were less than a month from hunting season, really impressed.
Great selection of firearms and accessories.
My husband recently visited this facility and used the ear plugs they provided, assuming they would be adequate since the facility provided them. They were not at all protective of his hearing and he came home that evening with significant hearing loss which we found out this week is permanent! He had no hearing loss before he went to that place and now will need expensive hearing aids. H & H was seriously negligent in the protective hearing equipment they provided and I would never recommend going there.
I signed up for the Conceal Carry course, however, I was unable to make the scheduled time, TWICE.!.!.!.! No problem, they gave me options and NO HASSLE. I appreciate the customer service and their ability to be flexible so I can get my training. Thank you!
High prices and poor service! I purchased my last two firearms from H&H even though the prices were higher than what I found at other locations. I was told that part of the reason they were higher was that you received a lane pass thats good for three free lane rentals per firearm purchase. After both purchases, I had to drive back to H&H because they had forgotten to give me my pass (even after I reminded the salesperson multiple times during my second purchase). At no point did they tell me that it would expire after 30 days. Today I went in for my third of six ”free” lane rentals and was turned away by Charles G. who wouldnt even give me my card back so that I could see what he was talking about. The moral of the story is DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! There are plenty of great stores in the Oklahoma City area that have better deals and better service.
Terrible customer service. Told the salesman I would buy a bow if he could help me set it up and paper tune it. As soon as purchased, he sent me on my way without help. He told me I needed to shoot 100 reps and come back. Went back a different time and the saleaman tried one thing. When that didnt work he said it may be my eyes. Both times I was prepared to spend more money. I just couldnt get someone that wanted to answer my questions. Will be findi onng a new store.
Picked up an AR-15 and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
Came with the boyfriend and found lots to look at and enjoyed my visit!
Had a great time renting guns at this store. My only complaints are that they didnt have any full auto weapons available for rental and they logged my information for purchasing. However Nate, an employee, was very nice, professional, and helpful.
These guys answered every possible question thoroughly. Helped me find the right firearm for what I needed. They didnt push the most expensive they were focused on my needs first, and we went from there. Added bonus theres a layaway plan!!!! Prices are good, selection is ample cant wait to build my collection here.
Large selection, kinda rude staff, but large selection
Terrible experience - last time I was there I took my father with me. Both of us are native Spanish speakers, however we have both been US citizens of 10+ years and speak fluent English. When we were there between ourselves we spoke Spanish and the whole time we were followed by two store employees who were both very pushy and kept asking us if we were buying anything in not a welcoming way. We were asked multiple times to let them inspect our guns in our cases and it was overall an incredibly terrible experience. Ive never felt so discriminated against, and Ill never shop here again.
I came here with a few friends for the range and had an overall positive experience, with some caveats. The positives: the range has tons of lanes, so availability is not really an issue. Additionally, the lane and gun rentals are all very reasonably priced, as are the Class III rentals. There are also a good variety of options for gun rentals on hand, and ammo was very affordable. The staff was also helpful when shooting Class III firearms. The negatives: As some others have mentioned, the range was not ventilated very well. However, the main downside was the poor service of the range department staff. Aside from the man who checked us in (didnt catch his name, but he was attentive and helpful), the rest of the range staff seemed unenthusiastic, inattentive, and bordered on rude. The customer service here could use some serious work.
You cant buy ammo there unless you buy a gun???? Thats completely rude and taking advantage of people. Ive baught two guns here and might not come back. Sounds like something biden would say.
This place won’t sell you ammo unless they can have your name, address and phone number!! Guy at the counter asked for ID when buying ammo, gave him my ID, then notice he was looking at it and typing on his computer. Asked him what he was doing, said he was taking down my name and address, and would also need my phone number. I told him I don’t give out my information. He then told me they won’t sell me ammo unless I give it to them. I can buy ammo literally anywhere else with out even being asked for an ID let alone asked for all my personal information! That was my first and last time to visit H&H.
Brought in my son to shoot an MP5 machine gun for his birthday. Attempt to buy 4 or 5 $8 boxes of bullets for it. Staff tells me it can only shoot the $17 9mm ammo although its a military gun designed to shoot anything even underwater.Ive never trusted this company since then and have never returned. They will lie to you to make a few dollars. If they had just said they require more expensive bullets to fund a $20,000 gun I would have understood. The policy of being dishonest is what bothers me.
I swear they sold me a used gun and They try to blame it on the distributor I call bs. Go somewhere else that wants ur business
Great staff. Great facility.
Not the best customer service, staff, including the cafe was not very friendly.
These people are always rude for no reason go to Big Boys instead
Today at h&h was eye opening. I have heard some negative comments. But my experience was great. Definitely going to be doing business with these people. Everyone was helpful and informative no matter their age. If they couldnt answer my question, they pointed me to the person who could! Congratulations on a well run operation. Keep up the good work.
Well stocked!
Beautifully kept store. I rarely need to go in as I live so far away but due to the business Im in we frequently have meetings there that are held by a distributor of mine. Meeting and catering services are top notch.Ive had multiple gun appraisals done here and have been pleased all around. Ive bought a few items as well. All transactions went smoothly and professionally. Thank you.
Ironically, nobody here has ever shopped at Target. If you want to see the same faces you see at Walmart, minus the complimentary scooter, this is the place to be.On a busy day, IQ totals can add up to the tens, but thats mostly the staff. Speaking of the staff, if you need practice dealing with tiresome jerks that talk down to you as you conduct business and the DMV is closed, heres where youll want to go.Can you shoot guns at targets? Yep.Can you buy and rent guns and ammo? You bet.Can you feel more awkward doing it next to people of questionable character? Not likely!Smell that? Thats the smell of camo and chewing tobacco mixed with cordite. Mmm.If you wanna be surrounded by people that think Calculus is for smarty pants or that dont know whats funny about saying Merica, this is your go to. Never has there been a more complete collection of six grade educations gathered more fiercely since Super Walmarts were invented.
Great place to shoot
I liked coming here in the past, but the last two times I’ve had male employees go out of their way to correct me and basically mansplain things to me that were originally taught to me by their own instructors when I took a safety course. I feel this is 100% solely bc I’m a woman. It’s sexist and we won’t return.
They love their military and police!
My husband wanted me to have a home defense weapon. Hes been a satisfied customer of H&H for the last 8 years. I can definitely see why. Its a nicely organized store with plenty of staff who always make sure you are being helped when they pass you. We were browsing rifles when Steve approached us and introduced himself. He helped my husband find the rifle he wanted and then asked me what I was looking for. I told Steve I wanted something that was lightweight with very little recoil. He understood exactly what I wanted and I ended up with a Browning .22 Buck Mark. Upon purchase, we were given a pass for 3 trips to their indoor shooting range, good for 30 days. I had a blast (literally). I felt very comfortable doing business with these folks. Ladies, if you know you need a gun but you feel intimidated by the process, come to H&H. You will be warmly welcomed into the shooting sports community. These people are passionate about what they do and they want you to be too.
Sorry this review maybe a little long, but I wanted to be very thorough since I had read some past reviews that werent very good. I went in to H&H today to buy some ammo for a gun that I just purchased and to see about shooting at their range. I am very new to shooting and two firearms in general. And I was very nervous about going in because this is my first time shooting alone, and also shooting a new gun. I was a first approached by Beau, who asked if I had any questions and answered every single one of them without making me feel like they were dumb, and I had a lot of questions. He was so friendly that I decided to go ahead and shoot at the range. He got me over to the range area and all set up. Then after shooting my gun I met Justin, who I think was watching the range. He was also super friendly and answered all the questions I had about gun safes. There were multiple people in the safe area so he took his time to help me out and answer questions about the safes I was looking at and giving me pros and cons to different ones. I ended up purchasing a safe as well. I will say that although there were negative reviews the management must be reading them and changing things because every single person I talked to was so helpful and friendly! I will definitely be going back.
Not very knowledgeable at optics counter. Called for pricing and availability on vortex razor uh1. Was told not in stock, when I asked for a price I was told somewhere around 300 to 400 but not sure.Went by just to double check. It was in stock and had price tag on it. Ended up buying it and another vortex scope and mount. Almost 800 sale lost to employee not taking time on the phone. But otherwise good product and competitive pricing.
Definitely had a great experience. My first time inside and within seconds I was approached by professional staff that were more then happy to answer any and all questions I had as well as take me to any accessories I needed. They had a pretty wide variety of guns and holsters. I run into the problem of trying to find good conseal holsters. But I will say out of all three stores I went to today they had the largest selection. They were also very helpful with me walking my wife through the process of selecting her first gun. Five of five in my book.
Very good selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Dillards is the place!
Even during the ammo pandemic, they had the 5.56 I was looking for, even though it was limited.
Went in right before the virus started to purchase a gun. I explained that I have never owned a gun before and wanted info on guns and any recommendations. The guy was pretty rude and he didnt help at all so I just left.
Super fair prices as far as gun sales and range. I love not having to pay by the hour to shoot. Facility is always clean and organized. They do not screw around with firearm safety. I purchased a handgun recently at a very fair below market price and was even told about a rebate that Springfield was offering to get some free gear. My biggest issue is with the staff. Despite them all being real knowledgeable, most of them act like they don’t really wanna be there and usually seem bothered by questions from novice gun enthusiasts.
50+ Shooting bays, wide variety of knives, gear, ammo, firearms, and a pretty decent burger joint inside. There’s even a section for archery. H&H by all accounts should be a top tier range.Unfortunately the shooting bays suffer from lack of investment. Poorly ventilated shooting bays aided only by a stationary fan that was likely built in the 1930’s. The range lighting is sub par. The targets went sent down range shake and wobble for about a minute before settling. Aside from paint and maybe a few ceiling tiles I’m not sure anything has been overhauled since it’s opening.
These 5 stars are Not for H&H, most of time I get pretty bad customer service (gunsmith counter). The stars are for Richard in the gun safe department. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions on bolting down my Liberty. Absolutely great customer service.
Some months ago we had an excellent experience with a gentleman named Beau. However, since then weve come back to go shooting, and I gotta say the guys working the front desk for lane rental need some customer service work. For example, one individual asked how it was going, we replied good and you? No response. I reiterated back, are you doing alright? The guy responds annoyed with Yeah doing fine, we need you to sign in. It was just bizzare man. When folks walk through the door of any business, make sure they feel welcomed and stick to that tone. Throughout the remainder of our experience, the atmosphere just felt a bit unfriendly and passive aggressive. I cant hold this too hard above H&Hs head as I know weve had good experiences in the past. But there were three fellas working on the lane counter yesterday evening at about around 5:30, and they all gave off the vibe they were annoyed to be working there and dealing with folks. Were going to be checking some other ranges out, and may come back after some time to see if morale has improved. Just a shame to see a once great place turn out to be like this.
Jeremy at the Range counter was incredibly helpful and took his time to explain each detail with me. Im a new shooter and was pretty nervous but because if his service it was fun and I had a wonderful experience! I will recommend to everyone!
What an amazing shooting facility! We were traveling through town and stopped in for some archery practice and did a little shooting at their gun range as well. The shop is fully stocked with anything you could possibly imagine or need. Such friendly service too! Will definitely be back for a visit next time were in town.
Steve Dill gr8 salesman.
Pretty upset after our visit here. A family member bought us groupon for lane and firearm rentals. I showed them the pdf in the email I got that clearly stated present this email they said they have to have a printed copy. After having driven out to the city to use this gift I recieved I wasnt about to drive home and print it. Ended up paying full price and still have the coupon for lane rentals in my email but I dont think Ill be back unless they refund my money and take the groupon.
I recently walked in to get a hole enlarged on an aftermarket sight. The gunsmith customer service was completely acceptable. It was a bearded guy, dont remember his name. The work was started immediately and it took a few minutes. The guy didnt even charge me. No complaints at all. Great selection of guns to look at and knives too! The range has a hand sink for cleaning the lead off.
I’ve been going to H&H for years and have purchased many firearms there. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable and the prices have always been competitive or slightly cheaper than most other places. That’s why I give them 2 stars. Now.The shooting range. I will never come back and use their range. It was incredibly hot and stagnant in there. So bad that I couldn’t shoot because my eye protection would fog up after every couple of rounds. It was obvious that the brass hadn’t been cleared from the floor all day. The lanes are old and worn out. The particular lane I was assigned, #34, was terrible. It’s sad that they have let the range deteriorate to the point they have.Last and most troubling to me are the 2 recent occasions where there were people shooting with rented pistols that obviously had little to NO experience with firearms and ZERO supervision! No range officer with them. Not even a quick check on them. This is extremely dangerous and unforgivable in my opinion. Needless to say I left the firing line early.
Went there for the first time yesterday. Awesome facility and great staff.
I have been here a couple of times. Wide selection of firearms. Helpful service. Great place to go to practice or learn to shoot a firearm.
