Om top of paying overpricrd hats and embroidery, was willing to pay it since on a time crunch vs an actual embroidery shop. Messed up my custom embroidered company hats twice, after waiting an hour longer than originally told, still wouldnt fix. No refund offered. Machine messed up several other customers embroidery as well. Poor customer service.

Nice hat selection

Went here with a gift card from lids to make an online purchase in store. The manager after my gift was recieved somehow messed up a sustem and tried to chargw me shipping and handling when it was supposed to be sent free. Thus i got overwhelmed and misunderstood. Well i immediately called lids fanatics and as such i walked away from store as they were trying to resolve a issue they made.The corporate handled it over the phone.The guy that was in there he was nice

The store just isn’t what it use to be. The new Management is awful. The store is dirty, and has a rotten/urine odor, and nothing is organized. The embroidery is a joke and trying to figure who is an employee and who isn’t is a guessing game. They play on their phones, and hang out in the back room. The old staff....Luke, Justice & Adolfo need to come back. The female is rude and is too worried about her appearance. This location won’t be getting my money anymore, going to try another location. My husband and I followed Justice from Shawnee Mall to Penn Square Mall, he helped us come up with the design logo for our business.
