First of all, the Penny Loafers are SO COOL!!!!The family team at the South OKC location were so much more than “just” friendly service. I mean, they explained EVERYTHING to me & made sure I understood my devices & how to take them out & put them back in. The man I saw was just AMAZING. I’m not sure of his name, (Mark, maybe?), but not only were his Penny Loafers AWESOME… but his manners were so great! He was fun to talk to! His daughter, Ashley, did an amazing job of answering all of my questions & getting me checked in as quickly as possible. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place!! (There’s a reason they have 5-stars across the board!!!)

Phillip and his wife were very professional and helpful. They were able to service and tune up my hearing aids that I purchased elsewhere before moving back to Oklahoma. This was my first pair of hearing aids and I didnt like them until I finished my first visit with Phillip. Very thankful for the help. They are not greedy for money and there was no charge for their services I received. I highly recommend them.

I would like to express my appreciation to all the staff at Pioneer Hearing Aid! My Grandmother is 84 years old and was in dire need for hearing aids. We went to other hearing aid companies and the service wasnt personable and the prices were very expensive. I spoke to Phillip and told him what we were going through with other companies and he worked with us to get the best hearing aids for my grandmother at a great price. Phillip was so kind to my grandmother and wanted to see her a week after getting her hearing aids to see if she needed any adjustments and to make sure that she knew how to use her hearing aids properly.The relationship we have with all members of staff is most amicable, and everyone from the office has been most helpful. Thank you so much for your time and effort in giving my grandmother her hearing back!

These folks are fantastic. They got me in fast and were patient and thorough. They explained my test to me and took a lot of time to answer my questions. They were very straightforward, honest, and their price was good. They definitely took great care of me and I would certainly recommend them to my family/friends.

I took my mom in to get hearing aids and was above and beyond impressed by their service, kindness and knowledge in their business. My mother always has lots of questions and doesnt always understand. They were very kind and patient in answering her questions and making sure she was happy with the final product she received. They took time with her and that was important for me. Another plus was that they were cheaper and she got batteries for life with the hearing aids she chose. Yay! They also continue to see her for scheduled appointments to check on and help care for the hearing aids. I am always looking out for my mother to make sure no one or any business takes advantage of her with their sales or looking out for themselves only. From my first call last week to my Dads visit/testing today, Ashley and Philip have been extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Phillip and Ashley are absolutely the best!! I cant say enough good about the quality care and concern they both display! Purchasing a hearing aid is much more than just the initial purchase. The ongoing service and maintenance are the biggest part of the purchase, and they absolutely knock it out of the park! I would never consider a hearing aid purchase anywhere else!

Let me tell you Phillip and Ashley are the best ive ever been to. I went to see them for hearing aids I had purchased from another audiology buisness and couldnt hear good at all. Phillip was amazing....he had to re-program them and got them much better....but come to find out the other audiologist fitted me with the wrong kind for my hearing. Pioneer was so helpful and mist kind and knowledgeable audiologist Ive seen or heard, lol, in years. These people really care about getting you the best hearing possible!!!!! I highly recommend Pioneer!!!!
