I am so impressed with the customer service here! I purchased my above ground pool eight years ago from this company and I still get great customer service and the right answers for my problems or issues! I can call anytime and ask any questions and they’re always helpful and informative! Daniel helped me get rid of my algae in 48 hours and my pool was sparkling clean thanks to his expertise! I highly recommend this company over all other pool companies in the Oklahoma City metro area!!

Walked in knowing absolutely nothing about pools. Excellent customer service! Extremely helpful! Tyler went above and beyond with teaching me about the chemicals I will need for my pool. He even wrote down instructions for chemical use and instructions for the pool pump. His mom is also very nice. I’m a first time pool owner and I was looking for a local business to build a lasting relationship for my pool needs. Was not expecting to receive such outstanding service. Will definitely recommend to family friends!

Two years ago I spent over $600 for a set of pool stairs that had a rounded extension on the side. They are the worst steps I have ever owned. The people at leisure time sent out a young man to put them together and he didn’t do it right. I had to use those worthless steps some this year but they keep coming apart. That guy didn’t put but four screws in the whole set. Then he didn’t put enough sand to keep them weighted down so they set at a slant and when you tried to climb in or out they would shake and make even my young nieces feel afraid to get into and out of the pool. Will NEVER buy anything from this company again!!!!

Their prices and services never fail to amaze me. Go anywhere else and youre being ripped off.

The staff is friendly and very helpful with repairs/parts and chemicals. No useless up sells, just good advice. I find there is a 10-15% markup vs internet prices but they have saved me that much or more due to their experience in pools.

Im Latina and they completely ignored that my family and I were there to inquire about a pool we were interested in after already asking an associate of the sales team ; they proceeded to help the Caucasian couple that entered after my family and me, and still after 10 min. Of standing there we werent acknowledge any more so we left and than the staff said have a great day. The environment just felt like we werent welcomed.

Very knowledgeable staff! They had the answer to my algae problem that worked where advice from other pool stores failed.

The long cable and swivel assembly on my Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus cleanerbot went bad. I took it to the Leisure Time Pools location on 39th and Eric jumped on it immediately, identified the problem, called me the same day, settled the warranty coverage, replaced the cable, and let me know when it was done. Good customer service is more and more rare but Leisure Time delivered. I will use them for all pool-related issues in the future. So should you.
