Well I am a freight driver. Remember that many of us are customers also. Had a load shift a little sideways. No damage. This owner talked to me like I was a dog. Wanting credit for things that were not even damaged.then he wanted a phone number for my supposed bad attitude. Come on people, all u blue collar workers, go somewhere else. You know they look down on you.

Bad service salesman could not find order actually took paper from the garbage.then proceeded to ask me to pay for it. It was prepaid over the phone but he had crossed out card number.finally he rudely told me my order was on the dock.I have been here before and got great service from friendly people.Do not know what happened to them.

Nice people, only thing little hard for bunk truck to back up to the dock, little tight place open 7.30 am to 4 pm

In oklahoma there is nothing required to be a pool builder. My pool builder Quiescent Aquatics aka Donny And Evelyn Bevill took 65000.00 of my money, Gambled it away and then he shot himself. I explained this story to Superior pool products and told them I needed to purchase the things to finish my pool. They Said Donnie would have to do it, they only sell to pool builders. They could not help me.Beings as they knew my pool builder was dead, They still required him to purchase them for me. A no heart, no common sense company. Would not use now even If I was a pool builder.
