Walk in the store with no a greeting or anything waited over 5 mins for someone to finally great us rudely and tell us they don’t have ice cream. While they had three tubs on the back counter. Not to mention the other young lady who walked passed us four or five time making eye contact and just walking away. First and last time going. Hope they don’t treat everyone like this.

Its a small version of Baskin Robbins that shares the building with Starbucks. I love Baskin Robbins and I wanted to give this one 5 stars but they just didnt have the flavor options of a full size store.

Employees locked doors before 820pm but hours say open til 9. Please update your hours. Can see employees hanging out inside.

They were probably short staffed at the time, but it took a long time to be welcomed or even get eye contact. Completely ignored for a solid 10 mins. Before before me walked out.I also got the wrong ice cream. Fortunately it was tasty but it wasnt what I ordered. It was the bottom scoop so I didnt notice until I was halfway through or I would have gone back and asked them to remake it.

The staff here are so awesome! They always make whatever we order look fantastic and the donuts at the Dunkin’ are fresh 👌🏻

Its nice to have new choices in an old neighborhood. Staff seems to focus on the drive through and ignore customers in the store. Donut selection was scarce and a little stale. Not great, but not bad.

They gave me the wrong ice cream flavor. Then they were out of spoons! Literally two things they had to get right. Ice cream and a spoon. They just seem unorganized and employees are out of it. I paid $7 for the wrong ice cream and nothing to eat it with.

Very poor service and they had none of the things they featured this month

It wouldve been good, but everytime a member of my family turned around a scoop of ice cream fell off our cone. I asked for a replacement for my daughters, and then when the ice cream fell off my cone I took it as a sign from the gods and just left.

FREQUENTLY out of multiple flavors. Several empty slots. Definitely nowhere near 31.I feel bad for the young staff who appear to have been given uniforms that take more time to adorn than the training they got. They all want to do a good job, but lack leadership.

Baskin Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts.The servers were great and polite. It was in the evening, but we expected somewhat fresh 🍩 donuts. The donut holes were a little past fresh.Still a nice clean place to get some coffee and ice cream.

Went to get an ice cream cake. Place looks really modern & was really clean but you could tell they were still getting used to everything. Still a good experience. Im sure itll be better once they get past the learning curve. Ill definitely be back

Ordered my daughter an ice cream cake from here went the day before I was suppose to get the order to check size of cake and name spelling it was all right until I picked up my cake her name was still spelt wrong even tho it was on the order form twice so let correctly not the happiest about it. Otherwise nice atmosphere and good customer care

My man took me here after my Ocrivus infusion. My iced latte was sooper, my egg & cheese croissant was okay, and they forgot to put ham on my mans sammich. But the latte, man...the latte! 🤤

Bless their hearts they struggle here. The employees seem to want to do well, but they dont have proper training or support. A yelly manager came out for a minute to help tonight. She didnt. We go about once a month - early, late, doughnuts, or ice cream, the issues are always the same, but we keep hoping. This is such a great location - hope they can get it together.

The customer service was horrible. Have never had this experience before. Was just plane rude with a problem that could have easily been solved.

This was the second time I went into this location. We downloaded the Baskin Robins app. There was a coupon for buy 1 cookie sandwich, get one for 99 cents. Easy enough right?Wrong!! The lady who prepared my order and rang me up and then told me my total. I explained I had the coupon and presented my phone for her to scan. She did. But she obviously was either untrained or just didnt care because the total remained the same. Now if you use the app, you know the coupon will time out after 5 minutes. She kept telling me over and over the coupon wasnt working and trying to get me to scan my card for the full price. And 5 minutes go by at this point and the coupon disappeared. She then tells me to show her the coupon. I explain it disappears after 5 min! So you cant use it multiple times! She is refusing to honor it at this point. I tell her Im not paying full price when my coupon was valid and ask for a manager. She then tells me I can go online and file complaint. I said no, I want to speak to your manager here now. She calls over the manager and I explain the situation, she had no problem over riding and honoring the price. We are going on 10 minutes here people and I have 2 ice cream sandwiches in my bag. I only live 3 blocks away so I run home and as I reach in my bag I find 4 cookies and a puddle of ice cream. Im livid at this point. Also 7 months pregnant! Its 4th quarter of the super bowl! My boyfriend decided this is where he needed to step in. He called and went back to the location to have the ice cream sandwiches remade and ask for refund. Yes, they did remake them and yes we did receive a refund. But really, this situation shouldnt have happened! The moment the computer was having issues, is when you should have asked for help. You should have called over the manager. Not make me stand there for 10 minutes arguing over a coupon!

I’ve been to this location 3 times and 3 times this location has been out of something to complete my order. Needless to say I will never return.
