The store is very clean, simple, and minimalistic. There were plenty of space to walk around. It consist of fashionable watches, leather product, and assessories. The product is a little on the pricey side, but fashionability is pricey, so no big deal there. We did not have any problem shopping here.

This is one of the few stores where they still believe that customer care is priority.I came in to replace a battery for a watch and get a new band for another and they didn’t have one that would work but were more than happy to pull a couple watches off the shelf to let me pick a band off of one of them. Then I mentioned that the time was broken on the one I was wanting to change bands on and they let me exchange it under warranty for a new watch that I was looking at prior to getting to the store itself.In the end I got my battery replaced and walked out with a brand new watchVery kind and helpful staffThey went above and beyond expectations10/10 would shop again and again

Bought a chronograph watch just 2 years ago and thats exactly how long the chronograph last....2 whole years. If you want a decent watch find it somewhere else.

Was pleasantly surprised to get such a deal for trading in my old watch and the employees were wonderful but I believe I didnt get my additional 25% off and only found out when I got home and I live a good hour away from the shop but otherwise a really good fossil shop

I went into the store yesterday needing help with my Michael Kors smart watch... I first went to the Michael Kors store and was VERY DISPLEASED with the customer care I received there so I went down to the fossil store in hopes for better luck with getting the help I need. As I walked in the store I was greeted very kindly and immediately asked what they could do to help me I showed them my watch and how it was damaged they were quick to tell me how they could help and the future steps after that day...I was BEYOND PLEASED with the level of care I received there at the Fossil store located at the outlet mall in okc.

Bad experience at this store. Very rude manager. Justin the manager basically through the Smart watch at me and told me to take my business elsewhere all because he couldnt get the Smart watch to come on. Dont waste your time at this Fossil store.

They have a ton of the same selection that the Penn Square location has at ½ the price. Some of it is a season or two behind but its still quality merch at a significant reduction.

Got a smart watch for my nephew and it was incompatible with his phone. Took the receipt back to the store within the allotted time (20 business days) only to be told I could only get store credit and they “couldn’t” refund it to my card. Staff was unhelpful and didn’t even try to rectify the situation, so I am stuck with an expensive watch my nephew couldn’t use and nobody else wants. I will never buy from them again.

Very helpful and friendly service there but the best part for me was the salesman did hover over you trying to get you to buy a real expensive watch but would give their opinion when you asked.
