Clayton Homes of OKC is a wonderful place to buy from! They are very knowledgeable on their homes and upgrade options available! If your looking to buy in OKC area stop in and ask for Cheyene, Travis, Rip, Kirk or Roy! They are all so friendly!
Never do business with clayton homes in oklahoma city they just see you as a $$$$, you give them earnest money stating is refundable and once the deal doesnt work out for you the staff doesnt care about you anymore and they keep your money, if youre doing an fha loan they will try to sell you stuff you dont need stating is fha required, I WOULDVE CHOOSE 0 STARS IF I COULDI went there jan 14 2018 to talk to the owner Roy acted like he didnt care what I had to said about all the mislead information I was provided, literally he said I dont care what Travis(one of his staff) promised you(my refund, see pictures), he kicked me out in the middle of the conversation, and now replies all empathic? Really? After all that do you want me to reach you back?Dont trust this people theyre just for the money.
We were told we would get a full refund of a thousand dollars for ordering a home for a 100% disabled veteran and now we are getting less than 500 dollars back
We bought a new home here. Roxanna, (especially) April and Ron was awesome to work with. Very friendly, nice and speedy! From the time we picked our home to deliver was only 3 wks ! They have been fantastic even after the sale. We would definitely, ( and have) recommend this company!
My wife and I highly recommend Clayton homes of OKC, specifically our sales person, Roxana, and manager, Roy, who have went above and beyond to take care of us!! We special ordered the Mega Drake to meet our family size and needs. We had a few repairs and so far they have been taken care of quickly. They were able to get us in our home very quickly despite the weather which we were very grateful for! Overall we are very happy with our home and the customer service we have received at Clayton. Thank you for getting our family into such a beautiful home!!
Excellent atmosphere
Great place, great selection, professional courteous staff, and very pleased with the service. I shopped around at many different mobile home companies and this one was by far the best. The installers went above and beyond and did more than I paid for. Everything went smoothly and faster than what I expected. My family is so happy with our new home. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose Clayton again and again.
Good people. Theyll patient and will answer any questions you have. They offered good advice for us to help build our credit. You have to watch them of course. Still sales men and women. Most of our problems came from the company they used for placing our well and septic tank. Theyd say well be there at this time. Id meet them to discuss where we wanted these things but they would already be packing up to leave. So now were stuck with an aerobic septic that sprays nearly at our back door.My in-laws just got a house from them. Can confirm that once you sign that dotted line they couldnt care less about you. It will take them months to get your home moved and hooked up.
I would not recommend buying a home from these LIARS!!! I am still waiting for them to fix things from almost a year ago. The homes are nice looking but VERY POORLY BUILT. I even have mold growing on an odd place in my spare bd room on the wall and no one even sleeps in there. I know where NOT to go when I upgrade my mobile home.
We bought, out right, a brand new 2018 Clayton home. We were told they would deliver it, clean it and fix any damage that had occurred. It is hell getting a response. We paid by check for the house, contracted our own septic, electric and water. I mean, it couldn’t have been any easier for this company but they still managed to have us now living in a half put together trailer house. We are humiliated at the way it looks right now. Missing door knobs, outdoor light fixtures, some sort of chemical was put on the floor so it’s got a white film now. My living room window leaked water all inside the first time it rained. They tore all the trim down and it’s still laying in my floor two weeks later. We waited 4 weeks before moving into the house to give them time to finish it, but they didn’t. The fancy doorbell they put on it is broken, doesn’t even work. They installed the wrong skirting. We specifically paid for a different color. Anyway, they have to order parts for it, that’s completely understandable but we aren’t treated nicely when we finally can get someone on the phone and we are NEVER given a completion date. No one even asked us what all isn’t finished so who knows what components are showing up...whenever they come in. Just makes me sad, we spent money that’s not easy to come by on our new home and this is what we’ve ended up with. It feels awful. So depressing. They were so nice before we paid for it.
Manager is brash and rude. Sales person is very nice.
Clayton homes are best built in Oklahoma, but they are full of smoke and mirrors, they build u up & lie and cause u to have to rebuild the points of ur credit they caused. I do not trust their words, this is 3 times for me with Clayton homes in the last 4 yrs
Roxana was such a big help, helped us every step of the way completely recommend her! She was there for every little thing we needed! Call Roxana!
Not a customer but after reading the reviews and shopping around I am very wary of this company.
There wasnt one thing that I liked about it. The man that was helping us was pretty rude from beginning to end. I made it clear what I wanted to look at. Four bedroom homes. He was pushy on me giving him an amount. I told him that I just wanted to look. If I saw something that I liked, then we would go from there. The lot was full of homes. Maybe three were actually put together? One of the three looked like someone had a party in it. All I heard was a lot of excuses and negativity and rudeness. The homes were not the good quality that I had read about. They look cheap. I couldnt get over how low the ceilings were and how thin the walls were. They were over priced. The man kept claiming that they are the best homes that were on the market. There wasnt any convincing me. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. 👎🏻👎🏻✌🏻️
One of the best places to shop. Manager Roy is great to work with. You are sure to find something here that will make you smile:)
Most crooked company my daughters home has so much electrical problems never been fixed and the company wont fix it because my son in law change a storm door latch to keep it from breaking the door because Clayton could not get there for a month so since my son in law changed the latch they voided the warranty. And if this isnt enough a close friend bought his home and insured it through Clayton the Refrigerator shorted and burnt his home to the ground and the company said he does not have enough coverage on the policy they wrote the home burnt in July of 2018 it is Mar 2019 going on a year and my friend is living in a camper waiting for his money it has been turned into the BBB and the insurance commissioner I wouldnt recommend Clayton homes to an enemy
I definitely recommend CLAYTON of okc Roxana made the process so easy and less stressful on buying our first home we were so nervous and stressed and she was so nice and helped so much we absolutely loved it there! So happy we went with them for our first home purchase!!!
Rip was Awesomesauce! Go ask for Rip!!
I spent weeks trying to get a home. I jumped through their hoops, I closed credit cards, I paid off loans, I turned in documentation, etc. And when I get to the end, the salesman just wants more money. They will manipulate the numbers to get whatever they want with no clear budget. When I asked for the manager to call me, he never did. Don’t trust these people.
Nothing about our experience with Clayton homes of OKC has been good. We started our process in August of 17 and have had an awful time dealing with them since. We had discussed housing options and found land in October. We had our earnest money paid at that time. We then waited over 2 months for an appraisal and a contractor to go out to see if we had a well and septic on the property. The first contractor they sent out was wrong about that, causing a 25k difference in our budget. We were getting fed up with the delays so we asked the lending company about getting our earnest money back and we were told as long as the appraisal had not been done, we could get it back with no issue.. but lo and behold, the appraisal was done the VERY next morning! Until it was time for closing (2 months later), then it had to be redone due to not meeting certain specifications. So closing was pushed back another month while we waiting for them to get their stuff together. Finally, we had a closing date but 2 days before the date our closing costs shot up over $600 and no one could tell us why because “that has never happened before”. They didn’t get all of their approvals and certifications when the building process was started, instead waiting until the end of the 4-6 week timeline they gave us for building. So on week 7 we had to move out of our rent house and wait another week to actually move in to our new home. The contractor did make amends at the time of the delayed move in, and I don’t doubt our salesperson put effort into our file at the time of closing. We moved in the 8th of April and were told we had 45 days that to find things that they could repair or anything we saw that was wrong with the house and they would fix it. I did a walkthrough with a handy man from Clayton and he fixed a few things at that time. I was told everything else would have to be ordered and parts take 2-3 weeks to come in. The contractor also had some final work to do. I have checked in with our salesperson ever couple of weeks and keep getting told “we don’t have the parts in yet”. The contractor has said he will be out “sometime this week” for the past 4 weeks. We have a back door we can’t use, broken kitchen drawers, skirting that is falling apart, creaks all over the house, not to mention red mud in our septic tank that has ruined several loads of laundry, stained our tubs and is not drinkable. Or very desirable to shower in or brush your teeth. We were not given a heads up about the condition our “yard” would be left in. We have a giant low point right in front of our house that retains water for over a week after it rains. There is concrete debri and trees all over the place. They do not clean up after themselves whatsoever. Also, after removing the first tin horn that was the wrong size and replacing it with another, they left the original front in center in our yard! It will take us years to get the yard in usable condition. We have spoken to the manager of the establishment 3 times during our almost year long process and none of those are regarding our service. He offers no help or solutions and does the bare minimum. I would never waste my time with such an unprofessional establishment if I had it to do all over. Do not waste your money here on people that care nothing about customer service or doing things the right way.
My fiancee and I visited this location. The manager and sales personelle were too busy to help us and gave us a key to go look around. We saw some of their homes online at a dealer in SW OK for 20-25k lower than Clayton OKC. We were looking for a particular home they had on their lot and couldnt find it because the layout of their model homes were so confusing. When we finally got someone to help us the service was less than desirable. We asked the manager why their prices were higher. We even showed him the website with the cheaper price. He didnt have an answer and told us we should purchase our home from the dealer down south.
Would never recommend someone buy from this store or Clayton period. Weve had broken things in our house from day one and it has bein over a year and they still have not made a effort to come out and fix anything. Dont fall for there buddy buddy ways. Once they sell the house there done with you. Run away.
Wish they had stars with a minus. This place is a joke. If you want to throw away money just take it to a river and throw it in because that is EXACTLY what youll be doing.
Do not ever buy a home from this place. Clayton Homes said that we had a one year warranty and my husband has contacted them twice and they have yet to come out and fix anything. We have only lived in our home for 3 months. Clayton Homes also said that we would be receiving a free TV havent seen anything show up. Obviously these people will tell you anything just to sell you a home.
Wasnt bad. Not to me at least
Very nice mobile homes on lot.
I wouldnt recommend a home from this place. They dont stand behind there work. They put you off untill tbe warranty is over. Also they put in odd size windows having trouble finding mini blinds.
Jeremy is a great guy! Thank you!
Amazing customer service!
I highly do not recommend I bought my house 9 months ago they nearly destroyed it moving it out to the property Its still not livable and looks more like a poorly remodeled house then a new one very unhappy A bunch of liars that obviously dont care about repeat customers At this point i am fed up with all their BS and handing it over to my attorney.
They want money. If you cant give it asap, they kind of play you like a fool
Good selection, lying people
