This was my first manufactured home purchase. My home came set up and ready to go, including brick skirting. This allowed me to get in a home much sooner than building and save a lot of money in the process. The overall quality and look of the home cause many people to assume its a conventional (stick built) home. A highly regarded local electrician remarked that the wiring gage was correct, and done to the proper code. I bought the home a year ago and still call Don for help. For example, when squirrels chewed my thermostat wire, he walked me through how to check it. Recently, he gave sound advice when I wanted to add a towel rack-soap dish in the shower. Don is quick to answer the phone and or will return messages. My advice: with the way lumber prices are going up, a little delay placing an order, could cost you a lot of money!
We would highly recommend Homes To Go for anyone that’s looking for manufactured housing. Don Eichler and his son Bryan Eichler are very kind and considerate people. They took the time to answer any questions that we had. If they were busy and we left a message they would always call us back promptly. We truly could not ask for better people to work with. This is the second home we have bought from Homes To Go. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying a home. They truly care and want you to be happy with the home you have bought. We are very happy.
We looked at a lot of places before we bought and by far Bryan was the most honest, knowledgeable best salesperson we met. We’ve had our Sunshine Home at the lake for almost a year and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! They do things right and include everything in the price unlike other places. No surprises! We highly recommend this family owned business.
Excellent
Great customer service throughout. Dont even waste your time anywhere else. Bryan took great care of us and help us out through the entire process. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking.
Very nice owners. Good to work with and I highly recommend them if your looking for a mobile home.
We saw a few homes we really liked but no purchase.
The salesman (Brian) is really nice but the lot was insanely cluttered and their sales office was filled with all kinds of junk. I can’t see spending $150-$250,000 with someone who seems so disorganized and dirty. The clutter was the primary reason we walked away without a purchase.
