Went in to buy a helmet the other day and customer service was great. The guy that helped me was super friendly and when I told him my budget in a helmet, he stuck to it and showed me ones that were in the budget. He didnt try to pressure me in to buying anything more than my budget, either! They had a good selection of helmets and other gear. Great place!

Cycle Gear has a good variety of motorcycle accessories and clothing. The best place I have found to try on helmets in the area and they always have interesting stuff in there! Very helpful and friendly staff

I dont normally write reviews. But this assistant manager was exceptional. She helped me to decide on the proper helmet for my fat head. In talking with her, I could tell in a matter of minutes she knew her stuff about bikes and equipment.

Awesome place. There isnt a cycle gear where I live but I was traveling through OKC to buy a new bike and needed a helmet and riding shoes. In the middle of my time in store I experienced an unexpected medical issue and had to leave to fix it. When I returned over an hr later the staff had put my things away for me and continued to assist me in picking a helmet that was perfect for me as well as making sure to ask about my veteran status so they could provide a discount if so. I wish I could remember their names so I could provide them the proper praise here but rest assured Cycle Gear in OKC is awesome!

Good prices on the gear you need and excellent customer service. I went there, once, to look at boots. I liked 2 styles, but they did not have size 14 in either one to try on. I left and received a call a week or so later that they got a size 14, in each style, in if I wanted to come try them on. Wow! Never have I had a staff care that much if I got try try on something or not. Will always recommend!

Man! Not only did they match icon brand items in store but had a bunch in clearance as well as a military discount/ I saved all tax and a few bucks and could try on what I needed to buy and all for the price of online, without waiting or shipping charges/ good deal, cheapest cycle gear around and definitely got my business!

This is a great place the young lady in there was Extremely helpful being a new rider I was not that sure on what the best products would be she walked through the shop with me and explained the pros and cons for every product I was interested in I appreciate her help very much

Item showed in-stock online so I reserved it the night before. After arriving at the store the next day the item was not available. Only comparable helmet in my size (Lg) was over 300 dollars more in price. Had to buy the only helmet in my size.. None of this would of mattered if the customer service would have been better. The employee was not very helpful. He acted like he did not want to be there. I also drove over 2 hours to get this particular item. Then after leaving and arriving back at home I received an email from Cycle Gear that item was not available. Have to do better Cycle Gear.....

This shop has just about anything and everything you could want for rider accessories, from dirt to riding my Harley. The staff is welcoming (rare now days) and helpful. The prices are crazy good. 🤪Fun place just to shop and look.

My first two visits to Cycle Gear the staff was less than inviting. My most recent visit to get tires mounted however was excellent. Had a great chat about communication devices for helmets and guys got my tires mounted while I waited. Enjoyed some Moto GP on the TV.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Also their prices are competitive with other places. I like them because they seem to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Great place for all your cycle needs. What I liked about it the most is the selection. They got the expensive stuff, but they also have all the reasonably priced gear to. The staff was friendly and helped us out no problem. Will definitely check these guys out first when I need some gear.

Drove across town yesterday to come here and the store was closed due to staffing issues. I know things happen so I didn’t mark down the rating, just wanted to post to let people know it might be a good idea to call and make sure they’re open before driving to the store.

After 2 days my tire is still not installed. This led to me losing out on $500 in the sale of the bike. Also when I went to pick it up to take it somewhere competent in timely tire changes, my wheel was still sitting out leaned up against the register just out in the open so just any crack head could just walk out with it. You lost a good customer today.

Shopped online for tires to fit my 2013 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Limited. Dunlop American Elites were almost completely out of stock nationwide. Looked at Michelin Commander II which showed available for less money and a $60 rebate. Went to Oklahoma City store and was helped within a few minutes while searching their tire rack inventory. Didnt find correct size Michelins but did find Dunlop front. Gentleman went to check inventory in the back. Found both Dunlops in stock. He agreed to tag and hold for me to have installed the following day. Took in cleaned wheels, filled out minimal paperwork, they took mine to the back. In well under one hour they called to say they were ready. Cashier made a slight price reduction from sticker to online pricing. Valve stem and disposal fees were reasonable. $50 mounting and lifetime balancing is good, and $59 less than dealers rate. Availability and service were excellent.

Went in looking for a few different things. While some of the items were either out of stock, which happens, or not something they carry, the associate pointed me in the right direction to find those things. Will be going back since they were helpful and courteous.

Having had a very difficult time finding a helmet that fit right, I entered Cycle Gear in OKC with little hope of solving my need for a new helmet. Shortly after entering, a very nice salesperson approached and asked to help. I asked if she knew how to fit helmets. She said yes what type are you looking for. I explained and she picked out my new helmet that fits better and feels better than any I have ever tried. Thank you Cycle Gear in OKC. Great job in less than half an hour, which had been nagging me for years.

I have bought a fair amount gear, helmets, and tires over the years here. Normally, its pretty good service. I went to BUY some gloves and goggles a couple weekends ago. Absolutely no interest in helping me. The 1st young man was nice, but unable to help me with the Sedici Vento gloves I went there for. I wanted those gloves for touch screen capability. OK, I get that. There are too many variables with everyones phones. I was at Wally World earlier and tried some Mechanix touch screen gloves that worked great. Not MC gloves.Then, I found the Guard Dog goggles I was looking for. The other guy took them out of the case for me. Perfect fit over glasses. It had a scratch. He cleaned them to make sure, scratch still there. He put them back in the box, and put the box back in the case, and walked off. Not a good luck, get lost, good bye, would you like to order it, nothing. Hed spotted some younger guys that rode up on CBR-YZF-GSXR whatevers. They were looking at helmets so he went over there and chatted them up. Just walked off and started talking to the sport riders. The only reason its up to 2 stars is because of the benefit of the doubt, given for the good service the past decade or so. If my only experience was the last time I was there, It would definitely be the last time I was there. Just, wow. Found the stuff on Amazon.

Everything is good lookingcondition wise, minus the battery that was zeroed out since I received it brand new with with about 12-14 miles on it. Payed for the pre-assembly, they even put a pass sticker on it. Died every 8-10 miles. Fixed it by replacing the battery for $105 at OReillys.

They NEVER have what you need IN store. Cant really just order a helmet, shoes, gloves, or anything else you need to try on.... And dont believe the website! They dont actually have it in store like the website says. Wish we could have an actual good motorcycle store in OK...Edit: tried again with this place. I called and asked if I could return a helmet bought from RevZilla (ya know since theyre practically the same company now) and was told by 2 different guys that yes, you can. I drove all the way from Edmond only to get told oh, uh, no we cant. Now I have to pay the return shipping to send the helmet back that didnt fit, all because cycle gear never has what you need in the first place. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! This is the exact reason and perfect example of why brick and mortar stores are hurting from online shopping!
