The only good thing going for this facility I think is the shipping. Receiving roll stock is the slowest in the industry compared to the other IP facilities. I am always at this location and NEVER get unloaded in under 2 hours. Management needs to pull there head out and figure out a better system for this facility. All other facilities only take 15 - 20 minutes to unload roll stock.

Very fast loading, and friendly people

Extremely slow unloading for roll stock paper. Averaged 1.5 hours per truck for the couple ahead of me. I got done quick at about 1 hr 15 minutes... to unload 7 rolls. Slowest place Ive been to for roll stock delivery. Would avoid if you have other load options.

Recieving ? Terrible waited 5 hrs to get unloaded ...very unorganized no wonder this place cant keep employees...
