The young lady that helped me had such knowledge of her job!! She helped me return equipment to ATT. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me! I was very impressed by the kindness and professional attitude shown by her! I sure wish I would have gotten her name or taken her picture!!❤👏Keep up the good work young lady! Smith & Savage

Unfortunately, the other recent reviews are true. Three employees today and only one was wearing a mask, positioned improperly under her nose.Every customer was respectful and properly wore masks but I certainly wont be back with such disregard for customer health and safety.Every other business Ive visited in Midtown/Downtown OKC is going above and beyond so it makes this even more of a letdown.Lets all take care of other, Oklahoma.

This UPS store has exceptionally friendly staffs and been very helpful for our shipping need. The manager is not only treat their customers well but looks like he treats their employees very well too. It shown that he cares and by happy faces of their employees!

Ive used this location twice and both times the woman working refuses to wear a mask to protect her customers and is always in a horrible mood and really rough with my packages. Ill use other locations that arent anti-mask.

So UPS decided that they would leave an entire dryer on my door step. Not a small package but an entire dryer! I called the nearest facility and was told first she had a number she would have to call. She then came back saying I had to call the number. I told her no because the line just went dead on when I attempted. She then tried to give me the number anyways and I repeated with telling her no that I want her to call with me since I couldn’t get through. She kept telling me she couldn’t after telling me she could. We went back and forth till she hung up so I called back. I was hung up on without answering the line. She picked up the line and just sat there before hanging up as well. Mind you it was 620 but the website showed 630. Then she just sent me to voicemail 3 other times before the owner decided to call me and tell me I was lying about what his employee. I will be contacting the corporate branch tomorrow to file a report and then straight to the better business. My dryer was left on my steps instead of easily put back on the truck. Lazy drivers and no real management over here!

Two days after moving to OKC, I received a note on my door that I had a Delivery for pick up at this UPS Sight on NE 10th. Having not ordered anything, I had no clue what it might be. The young lady and young man that were working both met me with smiles and may I help you? When the box was retrieved, I had won an incredible (but small...no money) gift from a Sweepstakes that I had forgotten I even entered. They were as HAPPY AS I WAS!!! I got emotional (and she did, too, a little bit) and they were soooooo kind and thoughtful! Not only are they great at their jobs as Professionals, they also make you feel sincerely welcomed!

I sent two books into to be returned and now I am being notified that the company never received the books and I am now responsible to pay full price for books. I called UPS and they lost the books. Using UPS cost me almost 200$. Horrible service.

Use any other UPS location possible. Heck, drive, even WALK your package to its destination if you can. I have no idea how they are even still in business. This is a UPS Franchise, so after I had 3 packages lost in transit, I couldnt even file my own claim to be refunded, they were the only ones that could (because technically, they are now the shipper, not me?). So they can supposedly get the money for MY lost items, and then can turn it over to me, if they want.It took months of E-mailing, calling, and finally coming there in person to even follow up on the lost items claims (that had not even been filed). After 6 months of this, Justin, the owner, called and said they would write me a check and let me know when its ready. But, no surprise here, they have completely avoided any email or call since.I finally had to file a claim through the consumer protection act, which is absolutely ridiculous. Ive had great luck and service at other UPS locations, but this one is horrible
