Great product, great customer service. The tens unit is very strong and really does help. The screen cracked on it and they just exchanged it no problem. I highly recommend this company and their products

I have used many TENS Machines on the market and they do not compare with this one! I bought my TENS Machine from Nicole and Caleb 6 months ago and it has changed my life! Normally I suffered with Pain on a daily basis and now in 20 min I feel much better!! I highly recommend buying one of these Machines! Best investment I have ever made!!

Ive had my unit for just over two years and its great. It relieves my lower back, leg, and hand pain and because its wireless and compact, I can slip it into my pocket and let it work its magic while Im working. Awesome product and great customer service. Thanks Caleb and Nicole.

I just got my unit and I love it. I had terrible hip pain and it was relieved after only one use. By the second it was gone. I get a twinge now and then,but I use the large pad for an hour and I am fine again.Right now I am using the ear clips because I have a mild case of depression today. I am sure I will be better after it is done.

Nicole and Caleb sold me a Tens Machine a month ago and its changed my life. They are truly experts in their field and provide the training on how to use it personally and also how to position it on my dog Enzo to alleviate stress and anxiety. As a rescue, he is full of stress and anxiety and I would walk the ends of the earth to give him a solution to his unnecessary stress. Since Ive been using it on my pup and myself, I feel like a new person and he is stress-free! The TENS machine really works, I cannot thank them enough for what theyve done.

I had bought my machine several months ago and had used it a little. Then I got a horrible knot in my IT band. My massage therapist said go home and use your tins machine from the hip to the knee! I did it that night and the next morning with great improvement. I was also shocked at how long the battery lasted. I leave for Australia this week and its almost 30 hours of flying time from Nashville TN to Perth AU.....So yes I packed my tins machine in my carryon! Thanks for providing a quality product!

I am a certified fitness instructor who has had her share of injuries and muscle soreness. Nicole is very informational and has great knowledge of how to incorporate the tens unit into anyones hectic life to help them feel better. I was involved in a vehicle accident and suffered from pain and tightness in neck/back and this has helped relieve the stress and tension each time I use. I bought my machine from Nicole and Caleb a couple of months ago and have used it faithfully. The shoulder pain that I have suffered with for years is nearly gone and my TMJ pain is a thing of the past. I highly recommend the TENS machine and have given one to my daughter who is using it on her hip pain.

Last October 2015, I had a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery. The TENS unit my doctor ordered was junk. I was getting frustrated replacing batteries every other or every day. It never gave me any relief. I asked on Facebook if anyone could recommend where I could get a Tens unit and several of my friends stated they bought one last weekend and its fabulous. I contacted Xpain Solution, asked her lots of questions and ordered it with extra set of pads. Its fantastic! If you need a Tens unit, this is the one to get.

This company ROCKS! Bought my XPain Solutions tens unit from Nicole & Caleb at the Philadelphia dog show a few years ago and it has been a Godsend for me! This item does wonders for lessening the pain of having 2 herniated discs and a 3rd one bulging. At the time I also bought the AcuSlippers which are great for relieving foot pain brought on from standing on hard concrete floors all day at indoor dog shows. Was delighted to see Nicole & Caleb at their booth again at his past Novembers Philly shows and I bought the Acubelt which works beautifully with the unit. I see their website now features gloves which can be used with the unit to relieve hand & wrist pain, I will definitely be ordering them. What is awesome about these units is that the pads are reusable gel pads that last for ages and do not need to be used with messy conductive jellies which can be hard to find and always run out when you need them. All things considered I wish I could give this company 10 stars!

These machine are the most amazing lil machines. I have had triggar thumb on my left hand and just before I was to get surgery Nicole hooked my hand up with one if these lil machines and in 30 minutes it unlocked my thumb. It us amazing. 2 of my friends suffered with plantar fasciitis also bought one of these machines and has been the only treatment that has worked. I have used this on so many aches. It has been amazing results. I would recommend this machine to onanyone.

I have used the unit in different parts of my body and it really helps to reduce the pain.
