Came in for a haircut yesterday and left very pleased. My stylist name was Kim!!! The prices are very reasonable at this location. Occasionally your able to see a coupon in the paper or value pack. Which is another plus about this location. Anyways merry Christmas to all your staff.

Not very good customer service.When asking to simply get a shampoo and blowout for my 5 yr old,I can still hear 2 or 3 employees not speaking english arguing, super unprofessional, debating how much to charge me, and continued to change their minds about it 3 times

They are a wonderful bunch. I walked in looking like a rag a muffin, Michelle worked her magic. I walked out looking like a million dollars.

The worst experience ever Lucy did my hair and it was an awful yellow orange color I called and said I was not happy with it and they said I could come in the next day and they would fix it mind you this is a day before I go on vacation so I get there and then they tell me they won’t fix my hair and I need to find somewhere else to go and when I asked why the owner would not give me an answer only that they would not fix my hair. They are so unprofessional and horrible to me when I did nothing wrong. Do not go here they are not good people and they treat their paying customers like trash. Just the fact they knew I was going out of town and my hair was orange and yellow and it was their fault and they had the audacity to say I have find a different place because they can’t do it with no explanation as to why is horrid. Just save your money and go anywhere but here!

I went in before and the experience was good. I decided I will go to them again cause I was happy with my last haircut. This visit, my layers were not done right. I get my bangs done in a certain way and basically felt like the stylist didnt want to listen to me on how I want them. She did them how she wanted. Now they are shorter than I like and wrong. She cut way more hair off. I asked to thin may hair out a bit...she wouldnt do what other stylist would do. As I got to my car I saw what happened to my bangs and went back in to have her try fix my bangs but gave up and left. I am going to have to wait a while to have my hair fixed.

Walked in without a greeting and maybe heard two words from either stylist the whole time, even after attempting to start a conversation. Called ahead of time and mentioned that I had a child getting his hair cut and was rudely asked if he was able to sit still. Had two boys get haircuts and was CHARGED for a shampoo and cut. Neither received a shampoo. Very irritated will never return.

I came in with the intention of getting a quick haircut, a quick blow dry, and a quick style. I came in at 4:20 and they closed at 5:00. I specifically asked if they had time. A lady with a thick european accent, either Russian or Ukrainian, said they had time. The lady washed and cut my hair. Then, as she was blow drying it, the European lady came over and said just blow dry it. It’s almost 5:00. Why the hell did they tell me they have time to do it and then cancel it. I will never go back. This place is awful.

Always do a good job for a decent price even with my hair which is a bit wavy.

My bangs were so choppy and uneven afterwards! I usually have blunt bangs and I went in for a haircut and had a horrible experience. I ended up going to the salon in Jc penny and have them try to fix it. The bangs have to grow out more for them to cut them into the proper angle again so I have to wait a few weeks with my bangs looking jacked but at least they were able to make it a bit more even. They had to fix the bottom of my hair too because the left side was noticeably longer than the right and it was super choppy looking as well. I used to come here for eyebrow waxes but I will never come back here for anything again.

5 stars for Kim! Make sure you get cut by her or Michelle. I did have to go back after another lady cut it..would have been a 1 star if Kim wouldnt have helped me out.

Worst staff ever! Took my 1 year old daughter for a haircut, dumb woman looks annoyed when she finds out she has to cut a childs hair! Next she goes onto act like shes doing us a favour by getting irritated at everything I ask her to do! Once Im done, I want to check if she did an okay job so I put my daughter down and I see the hair is still in her eyes, ask her to make the hair shorter from the front and she gets annoyed and says shell charge double if I ask her again! I flip out and put her back in her place by asking her how she expects me to hold my daughter and see how appropriate her haircut is! I think everyone who has seen my daughter after the haircut has commented on what a bad haircut she got! I dont know what kind of a hair salon hires staff that doesnt even know how to give a proper haircut! Half of my daughters hair is different lengths right now! Never going back to such a stupid place with such disgusting and rude staff ever again!

Relatively new to KC & after trying different salons finally found someone who cuts my hair the way I like it. Michelle is great.

I went in to buy some hair products & had a terrible experience!!! Apparently the manager is the only one who knows how to do the rewards program. Went back the next day to return 2 items I had bought & guess what?! Manager is the only one who can do returns as well!! She works 9-3 M-F & I work during these hours!! Train your people!!!! It shouldnt be this INCONVENIENT to do a return or apply what you spend to your rewards!!!!!

Convenient location and super friendly staff!

Open at noon on Sundays. Went at 12:05 and get told, we are open till the sign is on. Wth. Went back an hour later and got told it is a 45 minute wait cause there is only one person working at the moment. Waited 45 mintues since they do walk in only on Sundays. Ended up waiting almost an hour. I was going to give them a 2nd chance since i was told they got new ownership. Last year, I used my bank card to pay for my hair cut. 3 days later, I check my account and they changed the total some how from $20 to $32 without my okay. When back to show them what was ran and to get the difference back, they refuse. Botton line, worst place ever. Bye, bye

Very bad experience, so rude and unprofessional, would never ever visit again, went there for highlights and ended up getting orange hair.

Today I took my dad into get a hair cut and had worst customer service ever. My dad is in a wheelchair. When I push him into the store the women was yelling across the store whos getting a haircut? Not in a friendly way. When I told her it was my dad getting the haircut she rolled her eyes. Then pulled her chair to the side so my dad could roll in. Now keep in mind we have been there before with no issues. My dad asked several questions that she ignored. My dad asked her to wash his hair at the end and she said she could not because he was in a wheelchair. She said you have to be able to get out of your chair in order for us to wash her hair. She said it like she was mocking him that he could not and she did not want to help him. Now remember my dad has been there several times before were that has never been a issue. She rushed his haircut and us out the door. The feeling we got was she was put out because he was in a wheelchair. We will never go back!
