When ordering at the drive-through we were told they were out of my favorite tea. It wasnt a problem, I just ordered something else. When we got to the window, after receiving our order another employee came to the window and said they werent out of the tea after all and here was what I wanted in the house. It was so classy and they didnt have to do that at all. I would never have known. Great service!

They were super packed the drive thru was all backed up and I was able to go right In to the lobby and order and it came out pretty fast for 2 drinks. They did a great job and everyone was so nice.

My drink took 10 minutes to make and the case was she did not want to make it. So she kept skipping my drink, not just once or twice, but fifteen times. Just to make mobile orders that have not even showed up to get there drinks. When I asked about my drink she hatefully replied saying, your drink is just as important as the rest of these. Meaning she could not give a reason for not making my drink.

Tried to see the name tag but not 100% sure if this is correct but Nikki was super sweet and outgoing, it felt like I was talking to one of my friends. super nice staff always, but Nikki stood out to me above other staff members and made me feel really comfortable.

Literally made my whole dang day! Thank you so much for your extra kindness and efficient service. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location!

I love this location!! Everyone is always so nice. Being pregnant and trying to stay away from a lot of caffeine I had to ask for help. My go to drink normally is the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. I asked if they could make that decaf. They indeed came up with a way!! They make an iced decaf Americano, add sweet scream and two pumps of vanilla!! Its not as sweet as the regular but pretty close and I love it! The only negative thing about this location is the drive thru has a pretty wicked turn to get into. Doesnt bother me too much, keeps my driving skills up to par! 😁

Went with my granddaughter for her birthday drink and everyone involved made her feel special on a difficult day...so I applauded them and say THANK YOU SOOOO VERY MUCH!!!

The second worst Starbucks, right behind Kuwait City. Slow…slow…slow. I suggest you mobile order, do a load a laundry, start the dishwasher, and stop for gas. Maybe, just maybe, your coffee will be ready.

Fast, friendly service, and the Refreshers actually come with flavor at this location. Highly recommended!

Efficient process and trained staff who are polite and friendly.

Very clean, friendly staff and drinks + food are always great. The only downside is the price. Everything is too expensive like a little ball of cake on a straw costs almost 2 dollars.

I get consistently good service with mobile app orders at this location. No matter the order it is always correct and always ready on schedule.

Good coffee, per usual, but you have to be careful about when you go. Plan to be in the drive through WAY longer than youd be for a place like McDonalds. Today I went through the drive through closer to 8:30pm and I was the only car there - meaning quick, awesome service. But most mornings and afternoons the line is super long and your order might be more prone to a mix up. But there are very nice baristas, as well!

I live down the road from here and this place is always packed with orders. They run efficiently for how busy this location is! I’ve never had an issue with my order being incorrect either.

My decaf mocha Frappuccino tasted like chocolate milk, there was no decaf coffee in my coffee. This is the second time this has happened, if I had wanted chocolate milk thats what I would have ordered. Other then that, friendly service.

Like most locations they dont seem to keep things in stock well. But its tasty when they do.

Not sure how this location has 4 stars- perhaps these reviews are dated. I’m a very tolerant person and rarely write reviews-only if I am royally peeved or extremely impressed. I have been giving this location a chance for 6 months because it’s so close to my home, but I will be driving down the street to other locations from now on. My drinks are consistently given to me half full and a good portion of the time they’re cold. The line can sometimes back out of the parking lot and into the street due to the poor design. In fact, I have seen an accident caused by this. Furthermore, staff at the drive thru window is rarely polite. I spend about $2500 on Starbucks every year, and I am done giving that to a location I don’t even like.

We were humiliated in public.My whole family and I are Starbucks members. We all had stars expiring on October 2nd, so we all decided to order today.When my daughter went into the store to pick up our orders placed in advance through the app, one of the baristas shouted ( one of our names )s order with 10 shots when its so busy.First of all, the barista never should have called out a customer by name like that in front of everyone in the store with an obvious intent to embarrass them. We have all been long-time customers of Starbucks. We spend a lot of money at Starbucks, and it is our right to get our moneys worth when redeeming our stars for a free drink. If we want to get a drink with 10 shots, that is our choice. A barista shouldnt be complaining about something like that. Making customers coffees exactly how they request it to be made (all customizations included) is their job, especially when working for a coffee shop that welcomes customizations. The barista complained that we ordered such a complicated drink when it was so busy, but how are we supposed to know how busy it is when we order in advance through the app? That is what Starbucks urges us to do after all.In addition, it is even more aggravating that in a time when so many companies are struggling to stay on their feet, somebody has the audacity to complain about their store being too busy. If anything, she should be extremely thankful that the store is getting so much business.Our drinks were delicious, but we may be taking our money elsewhere to a coffee shop that respects its customers.

Good fast service at this location even though had many wrong orders at this place. Mobile orders are a bad move since everybody comes to get their mobile order, touches pretty much all the coffee cups which are ready to be picked up until they find their name. This is specially a very bad idea during a pandemic like this.

Literally my favorite Starbucks. The barista Amanda is the absolute sweetest. I know Ill always get a great drink from there.

This Starbucks is always extremely busy and always messes up my orders. Drinks are different every time I order. And things I order last week arent available next. Its odd. Not sure what I got this morning but it certainly wasnt an iced chai. Waited 5 minutes at window after sitting in a line to the street for an frapaccino that was barely more than discolored water. Undrinkable. Staff is always friendly however. Just product that is not good

I wish there were more places like this around town. Ive had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. Prices are reasonable.

Usually don’t do this but today was bad inside. Spent 1/2 hour waiting for our order that “didn’t print out” and wasn’t offered an apology or concession to make it right. All the more to go to Sweet Tee’s in Santa Fe.

Much faster this visit. This Starbucks has notoriously been known for taking forever to fill orders..especially if you walk in as opposed to going the drive thru route. My visit took no more then 5 minutes to complete my drink order.

Overall friendly staff, but Im less than impressed with the ridiculous wait time - whether you come in the morning during peak hours or randomly on a weekday at 3pm. There were 3 cars in front of me that had already ordered, and I still had to wait over 20 minutes before finally just backing out of the drive-thru.

I love Starbucks and the people who work here are great but hoping you can get more people!!! So slow!! Just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and moved one car...had to leave...had a 30 minute break for coffee and never imagined I would come back to work empty handed!! I would have been sitting in line for an hr with the way the line was moving!! Hoping you guys can get more help!!!

Its Starbucks. Very consistent across the board. Good coffee and environment and as usual, great staff. It is hard to give five stars because it is so cookie cutter but they are definitely the standard to beat.

Got a hot chocolate today instead of a coffee. It hit spot today, it was served quickly and at the proper temperature. Always have quick service at this location and no problems.

The staff were clean and welcoming. Each order and drink filled with precision and a positive attitude. Although it can be a bit pricey, the quality and service received are well worth the price.I found that all of their confections were incredibly pleasing to the eyes and tastebuds. There were even themed items(both drinks and food) that reltated to the current season.Overall, I found the experience to be a surprising delight. To add to our enjoyment, within the store where Starbucks resides, there is a free pony ride for the kids. The pony is a typical quarter slot style and is a nice natural brown.

Every time I go here, it takes over 15 minutes to get your drink. Then when you finally make it to the window, there are just teens standing around laughing, not doing anything, not coming to the window, not making the order. Furthermore, when you actually get your drink it is either incorrect or watered down. I now go up the road to the Starbucks inside of Hyvee because there is a significant difference in service and quality of product. This location is in need of new management and employee training.

I love this particular location. I go out of my way to go to it, when I need a Starbucks fix. The parking lot is TERRIBLE, but that is not their fault. It is set up in a way that is just asking for accidents or for people to get stuck going through the drive thru when they wanted to go in. But, like I said, not their fault

I love Starbucks but the cashier Rochelle is pretty rude. She just grabs my money with an attitude and takes the order of the people behind me BEFORE I EVEN GET MY DRINK (which is just a simple tea btw) I go there everyday basically and it’s always the same attitude with her. It’s pretty disappointing. I give it a three star because I still enjoy my Starbucks the experience is never good when I go there.

I never have any problems at any of the Starbucks locations I have visited. Several cities in Kansas and Missouri, as well as several cities in Colorado. Always have with the service and my coffee is always amazing.

I ordered large with extra shot. My Coffee tasted like stream milk with a few drops of coffee in it. I was looking forward to this cup of coffee all morning. The girl made my coffee put too much milk. Im kinda disappointed but I lived. In the evening time your team make the best coffee!👍☕😍

Management of this location is awesome. I have been there during peak times, at opening and late at night and every time I am greeted and welcomed by the baristas.

Slow, slow, slow. Put your patience on. If youre on your way to work and pressed for time this is not the place. Need a cup of coffee or latte, and youre rushed, your best bet is to go to McDonalds. Plus, if youre looking for value for the price. Starbucks are over priced. Make your gourmet coffees at home.

Organized, polite, clean, fast. There are many open outlets and a few Pokestops, if thats your thing. There are several work areas available, as well as some comfortable chairs. Its busy, but stays quiet. This is an excellent place to work, do homework or meet friends.

I love Starbucks. The baristas are always kind and helpful. My mobile orders sometimes get taken by accident due to my common name, and theyre very quick to make a new order for me.

This is a busy location at the time of my visit, but the person at the counter was able to quickly take my order and complete it with no issues.

Always the best! great staff! nice location. every morning is full pack but you still get your coffee fast except if one of there espresso machine is not working and you may end up of waiting. Overall, its great to get coffee and my favorite Caramel Macchiato.

I like the staff and they are really fast. If some people review it and say its slow its cause they cant get their fat ass out of the car to go inside. The drive through line is long and slow its a lot faster to just get your ass out of the car and go in.

Just curious as to why I was charged 2 plus dollars more for the exact same thing I ordered from the Starbucks on 135th and the Starbucks on 159th? I always order a trenta black iced tea with sweetner, and a trenta strawberry acai lemonade. Everyone else charges me seven bucks and some change. You charged me 9 plus.Your drive through configuration is a nightmare.

I take an additional 10 min drive to the K-7 Starbucks just to not go to this one. Horrible service, and my drink is made wrong almost every time and whenever I let them know they always have a bad attitude whenever they have to remake it.

My 17 year old son received his first Starbucks experience from this location. He fit right in with his newly purchased Apple laptop. We both loved our mocha lattes and bought some Pikes Place whole bean.
