I purchased a single trophy on a last minute request. They worked me into their day. Good service, great value and the trophy looks amazing.

I guess if you are buying something new, this place is ok, but otherwise, avoid this place like the plague. I took in two trophies. The first was an ongoing trophy and I needed a nameplate to annotate this years winner. I also brought in a smaller trophy as an example of what I wanted the second trophy to look like. They acted like it was no problem. When I went back, the new nameplate on the first trophy looked NOTHING like the rest, so Im having to get it redone. Then, the second trophy? Well, they just put it on a totally different base and had the nameplate different. When I brought it to his attention, well for the first one he said, We cant do that type of nameplate. Really? You couldnt tell me that when I dropped it off? And for the second (remember, I brought in an example of exactly what I wanted) he said, You didnt say you wanted it exactly the same. I guess a white base and a black base are similar??? Just dont bother with this place. There are too many other trophy shops in the area.

I wanted to have some copper mugs engraved as a gift - called a few different places and then found Murphys - very fast turnaround time and MUCH less expensive than the others. Mugs look great!
