Easy to make an appointment. Online paperwork is easier now too. The important thing is that theyre good doctors and pleasant staff. 5 stars.

I waited two weeks for an appointment for inner-ear pain that Ive had for three years. The doctor told me to try popping my ears and doing some stretches and to come back in 3 months. What a joke.

I dont have any experience to speak of here... Because I cant even call them! Their office number immediately goes to an automated message, with no options to talk to a human or schedule an appointment, only a box you can leave messages if youre canceling an appointment, which they explicitly state will not be returned. Simply bizarre.

Receptionists were professional, friendly and patient. The nurse was nice as well as caring and professional. Dr Metz was great. He actually listened and cared. He answered all my questions while explaining things to me.

I got my earwax cleaned. It was pain free and I really needed it. I was 23 at the time, you dont have to be old to have thick wax. I had gotten water stuck in my ear that I couldnt get rid of and this helped. It was affordable so dont be afraid!

The doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and took his time with me!

Went here once and now have received multiple bills for random amounts with no explanation on top of my copay that I paid in the office. The amounts I owe keep going up with each bill I pay as well. I have very good insurance that covers most everything from other doctors visits, but this place really just seems to be trying to see how much money they can scam out of me for a single outpatient visit.My visit was in early December of 2018 and Im still getting random new bills for different amounts now almost fall of the following year. No need for explanation from the billing department, either this place doesnt have its stuff together, or its just scamming me out of as much money as it can, the latter seems like the most likely since I got the new bill shortly after paying the last one. I just have to fork over more money and hope that the bills stop and I dont have to deal with this crooked office anymore.

Very good doctors. Very friendly staff. A nice place with nice people always makes dealing with health issues a bit easier.

I appreciate it when doctors keep their appointment times. Getting allergy shots is alway a pain - but this group always gets me in out quickly so I can get back to work. Very professionally run, nice clean office, nice people.

I had been going here for allergy shots for a little over a year. I called in today for a abscess in my nose that was swelling into my eye and sinuses. I could not leave a message before they opened because the phone system hangs up on you at the end of there message. I have told them about this issue on several occasions, and that it would do this half of the time. I called when they opened and told the receptionists about the phone system and all she would say was thats odd. I was in much pain and asked to be seen the day of. They said they did not take same day appointments and my Dr. was booked out a little over a week! All I could think was...UNBELIEVABLE!!! Now I know why they say if you have a emergency call 911...

Had a q-tip break off in my ear. If youve never had that happen, its very painful. Was a first time patient, they got me right in and took care of me. Friendly staff, nice office. Thanks!
