I just returned from my annual hearing examination at Connect Hearing in Olathe. The examination included a full hearing test by Matt Chanay, H.I.S. (Hearing Instrument Specialist). After the test, Matt gave my Phonak hearing aids a thorough cleaning, recalibrated their computer settings due to some changes in my right ear, and connected the Bluetooth feature in them to my iPhone and Smart TV. Now I am good to go hearing-wise and can already tell a marked difference! I look forward to maximizing the Phonak technology to help me better enjoy everything from family and client conversations to my favorite entertainment (not to imply that my family and clients are not entertaining).
