I bought box springs which when I got home found were different from the sizes I wanted but had opened them up when I called he did not even blink he told bring them over I will sort you! True to his words when I got there he was ready before I got in the showroom! He exchanged the piece for me fasted it on my car and off I left a happy man! What a great place to shop for your mattress! My husband and I took two full weekends and went around to a ton of places looking for our next bed. I was so tired of all the salesman pushing their agenda and staring at my husband and I as we would try out the bed, talk and look around....it was mentally exhausting! I mean did they think we were gonna walk out with them strapped to our backs or something. We both said e felt like thiefs being watched! Anyway I told my love I was done I just couldnt go to one more place but he negotiated with me and we went to MATTRESS CITY. WOW, what a difference!! We walked in he came up told us a how long they had been there who he was and how could he help. He showed us what my love said then told us he would leave us be to try out, just look around and if we had any questions to just ask. WE SHOULD HAVE CAME HERE FIRST! I knew IMMEDIATELY this is where I am buying my new bed and we did! He gave us the best deal of any of the other ones and was the nicest, kindest person you want to work with!! Our whole family will only be coming here when/if we need a new bed!!Dont go anywhere else, these people are the best!

We bought our mattress here and LOVED their huge number of options with many different mattresses and price ranges. We found the perfect mattress and found the experience super easy! No hassle of walking a mile into a gigantic store - we just parked outside the front door, walked in, had a VERY knowledgeable sales person assist and by the next night we were sleeping on our new bed! We will never go anywhere else! BEST value in town!

I bought my new mattress from Mattress City in Olathe and everything was explained so I knew what we were doing in order to find the right mattress for me. I was having extreme pain all night, I was having to roll from side to side unable to get an good sleepThe owner had me try four different mattresses for 30 minutes each until I found one I felt would help, I didnt just help, Im now sleeping through the night with out any pain. It is so good to be getting a full nights rest again.

One line that I remember hearing from the Mattress City Crew was, it’s your ‘Bedroom’.You can doll your bedroom up with decor and cool furniture, but what I’m wanting is a good nights sleep.For 10 years I’ve been on sleeping meds w/o a full good nights sleep. Restless leg syndrome, cramps, and next day fatigue from meds.I actually went shopping for a queen pillow top. I luckily left after purchasing the King Adjustable, Southerland Wrangle.It was delivered the next day with quick efficient delivery and set-up. Bought a twin mattress here and ever since day 3 or 4 the noises it makes when you move at night are enough to wake up anyone else in the next room. I am sure these salespeople do not have mattresses from here. Worst place to buy a mattress.

If you’re looking for amazing customer service, then look no further. My boyfriend and I decided to come to Mattress City to purchase a new mattress. We were looking to upgrade from a queen to a King size bed. We had no idea where or how to start. The moment we walked in, Pascal was beyond friendly and helpful. He asked us several questions to get an idea of what we were looking for. We currently have a tempurpedic and it’s just way too firm for the two of us. He started by showing us the different types of beds. (I had no idea the difference between all of them!) Once he showed us the difference, that’s when we started to lay on them. I have no idea how people could possibly buy a mattress online after realizing how each and every single mattress is so different once you lay on them. I can’t wait to be comfortable in our new mattress, thanks to Mattress City & their awesome employees. Customer servicewas beyond excellent. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Thanks again for all the help!

We got a memory foam mattress here and it was the worst mattress we have ever had. It was ok for the first few weeks, but quickly broke down to wear it was so lumpy we were both having back issues from sleeping on it. We kept it for about 4 or 5 months before it was too painful to deal with anymore. Even flipping it and rotating it didnt help. It wasnt a cheap mattress either, 400 to 500 dollars. We will never shop at this mattress store again because of this experience. We got one from Nebraska furniture Mart for half the price and its still comfortable over a year later. Definitely do not recommend buying your mattress here.

We needed to leave for a wedding by 4 p.m. They said they deliver between 8 and 5. I figured those were pretty good odds. Were still waiting at 4:15. Bad gamble.

This is the worst place!!!! We bought our mattress a few years back and it broke down and now the middle has a huge hump. We were told that it had a warranty. Well shame on us for not checking for a law tag when the mattress was delivered. We were told the mattress was NEW so we just assumed it was there. Make sure you check people!!! It was so shady!!! We never had a tag and we never removed the tag ourselves. Its a memory foam mattress and was supposed to be sewn in to the inside cover.....Nope not a tag anywhere. Basically Paul told us we were just plain old out of luck....even though he was the one who sold it to us!!!! We even had the original receipt! Never Again!!

Quick and painless shopping experience. We needed a mattress for my son, and they had exactly what we were looking for.

Nice and personable sales people. BUT they sale mattresses on sale and say the warranty is good. Dont believe them. We found out the hard way with a tempur-pedic mattress set that started sagging badly. Filed a claim with tempur-pedic and was denied because the set was sold at sale price. I went to mattress city with the sales receipt and they basically laughed at me. Told me not their problem. Will never buy there again.
