They have been most accommodating and helpful for the last 3-4 years. I cant stress enough how much of a relief it is, not worrying about will my stuff be alright.

I must say this location is the best location I have ever stored my items at. The reason is the amazing property manager Allison Webb. I relocated from South Carolina and she worked with me after having to move after a hurricane. I recommend this location because she truly is not just doing her job, she is going above and beyond as a kind, compassionate person. I wish I could rent 5 more units primarily because of her attitude. Thank you for not just being a great property manager but also a great person!!!!

Tina is excellent with customers. She explains in detail the policies and office hours along with gate hours. Tina has been able to work with me within her limits on my storage payments after my open heart surgery. Shes the Best!! The parking lot is always clean. Theres no trash sitting around on the property other than in the dumpster. Shes got my business for life.

I rented a Unit from Allison on Sunday 5/31/2020. She was the most kindest, helpful and very professional at helping me get into a unit 10 minutes prior to her closing for the day. I apologized that I was keeping her late past 5:00pm. She was so sweet and stayed to get me all set up, when most places would had said just come back Monday morning. A few years ago my Wife and I moved to Kansas. I knew there was Public Storage to facilitate our items. My Parents recommended a Public Storage closest to me on Spruce st.Wow! What great customer service.Tina, the property manager was so accommodating and super nice, when I arrived. We just moved from Colorado to Kansas. Moving is stressful and we ended up needing a larger storage unit that wasnt available online. Tina was amazing!! First off she gave us a warm Kansas welcome. Then she was able to get us into a larger unit. But not just that, was a also able to honor the special pricing we previously reserved our smaller unit with.

The call center rep for this region Ty was a total smuch. Had me screaming in the phone mad. Afterwords I got to talk to the onsight staff and within minutes had the entire problem solved so fast I was surprised the call rep couldnt do it. Totally made my day. Thanks to the beauty who works the front desk and talking to the manager. You really helped. Accidentally call me sometime too though.

Very conveniently located. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Their acess hours were good for us. Only 4 stars due to price. You can count on a price increase every April. This unit ended up costing me 140% more than a similar unit less than 10 miles away. However, I was willing to pay the extra because this was so close to home with fast access and the staff was great to work with.

Very cheap, great attitude from Ms. Tina. Very helpful. Went over contract thoroughly made sure I understood everything. Also went over the recommended practices to keep my property safe etc. Even with buying your own cylinder lock, still the cheapest price in town for an outside accessible unit.

Added 10-1-19: Buyer beware: Request a price lock. Our monthly cost went from $144 to $170 after 3 months! We moved our stuff out. No lights in units. You cant get to your unit from 9pm to 6am.Original review: Tina is helpful and friendly. The units are in a clean open environment and surrounded by security fence and a passcode protected gate. Access your unit 6am-9pm only. They use key cylinders, not padlocks. They offer accessories and require insurance on top of the rental fee. Our 10x16 is $133 mo, plus $11 insurance plus the one time cylinder cost$19.95 plus tax. 1st month on this size is$1. No contract required.

Ive used this location a couple times on and off the past couple of months and know Ive been a fairly inconvenient customer. Lester has been the absolute biggest help it doesnt matter what I ask or need he has only ever been nice to me. I only use this place when I need a unit.

My move was completely unexpected and I had to change my reservations several times. The manager, Lisa, was very nice and was willing to work me about changing the dates. She was very professional and was very helpful with the moving in process. I wish that there were managers that had the same customer service skills that she provided. The property was very well kept up and cleaned. I was very impressed with the outcome of the visit since I arrived about the time they were going to close. She allowed me to unload into the unit. Very RESPECTFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Tina at public storage in Olathe, KS was very nice and knowledgeable. she walked me to the unit, made sure that I liked the location, and that it was a size that I needed. Easy. Reserved unit online. Lisa called me within minutes and confirmed my order. Drove a mile down the road to the Public Storage facility, looked at the storage unit, signed a bit of paperwork, paid for the unit, got my keys and access code into the facility and boom... done! From the time I placed my order online until the time I got home to write this review... 90 minutes... would of been even quicker if I didnt gab so much.

I was not happy with this place because you can not get in your unit after a certain time. I feel if i am paying such a high price to store my stuff somewhere that i should be able to get to it ANYTIME day or night.

Rebecca was amazing, very professional, and very friendly when my boyfriend and I were at Public Storage about a week or so ago. Moving is stressful enough, let alone having to get a storage unit, but she made everything so simple. She even knew what exact unit I would need after just explaining what all I needed to be stored. We currently use this facility. The hours can be a bit cumbersome at times, but I understand it. My main issue is that there is no one in the office many times during business hours. Also, the drainage system is so steep, many cars cant drive over drains without scraping the ground. The gate also has issues and requires the code entry multiple times to work.Overall, well still continue to do business there. But it could be better.
