Great mechanics. Took the time to talk to me on the phone about my issues, brought it in and had it back the next day. They test drove it a couple of times to confirm my problems, and pricing seemed reasonable for the repairs. Will use them again.

Extremely professional and thorough. They take time to be sure the issue is properly diagnosed and repaired. They also return your vehicle spotless. They are very far away but definitely worth the trip.

I called to ask if there was anyway they could take my car in and take a look at my headlights since they weren’t working even with new bulbs. I was able to drop my car off without a hassle- got a call the next morning and they let me know what they would need to do and asked if that was okay. I appreciated them thoroughly going over everything with me- I never felt that they were being pushy or hiking up the price on anything. The price was very reasonable and the communication was 10/10, I would absolutely go back and recommend them to anyone I know.

I Just moved to the area and my vehicle developed a clunking sound in the front driver side wheel did a search on the internet for a reputable mechanic nearby and came across Sandrou’s shop and they quickly found the problem and and quoted a fair price for the repair. Turned out to be a simple fix. They could have very easily said it was something else more expensive and involved but they were extremely honest and even found a factory recall on the vehicle and alerted me. I will definitely continue to use their services for all of my automotive needs and highly recommend you do the same

I only wish they do more hours at Saturdays. Or at least when i take an appointment to get my car fixed by Saturday, they tell me upfront that they will only diagnose it not repair it. Other than that excellent people who are very knowledgeable and honest

This place is AMAZING!!!! So honest, I am a widow and have gotten outrageous quotes to fix my air conditioner in my truck. I always feel very vulnerable in these situations. Went to another shop for a repair and what they fixed wasnt the problem, sandrou showed me exactly what was wrong before even working on the car and explained to me what needed to be done to fix it. He fixed the problem for me. I will be using him for now on for a my future mechanical needs!!

I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 because theyre nice people but the mechanic did a bad job on the rear brakes. When i was driving i felt a grinding noise so I took off one of my tires off and I found out that he didnt put a bolt on the caliper! I literally had to go to auto zone to get a bolt to put it on! Thats the last time I go to this place!

I was driving back from a town nearby when I realized my breaks started to slowly stop working and my car wouldnt slow down as fast or as much as I needed it to, seeing how dangerous of a situation this could turn into, I called my dad and he advised me to meet him at Sandrous shop. Right when I parked at the shop, my dad called for Sandrou if he can come check out what was wrong with my car (even though Sandrou was finishing up and ready to leave) he came quickly to look at my car and told me my break lines were completely damaged. If it werent for him checking my car asap, I could have gotten into a car accident if I drove any more. He was great!
