Had to get a new battery and connector. These guys did a awesome job and was onest and explained everything well. I would highly recommend them.

Came in 15 minutes before closing needing a battery test and had many questions. A young man named Scott was there and went out of his way to help me with everything and never making me feel like he was in a hurry even though it was closing time. A Plus service !! I had a lot of questions and ended up getting new battery. So glad this store is near me. Scott was great but I feel in general all the Advance Auto employees do a great job.

Staff is hilarious and welcoming! The manager was more than happy to help me put on my windshield wipers, even though I jerry-rigged the previous ones on with zip ties. While she did make fun of my handy work, it was all in good fun and made the experience personable and friendly. This is now the only store I will be going to for my car parts! Excellent

Sean completely met my needs for a replacement battery for my remote auto car key. Besides replacing the battery himself (which would not have been that easy for me to have done), he also went out to the parking lot and tested the key to make sure it was working properly prior to my leaving the store. Though this was not a huge transaction for the store, it was hugely important to me. I appreciate the competent courteous service, and this store is now my go-to for future car needs. Thank you!

I purchased a used 2016 F150 about a year ago and it had a Advance Auto Parts Gold battery installed from the previous owner. I was having some starting issues and took the battery to the Oldsmar store to find out that the battery was still under their manufactures warranty, but because I wasnt the original purchaser they would not honor it and I would need to purchase a new battery at the full retail cost. It was disappointing that the battery was defective but not able to be replaced. I would highly recommend purchasing your automobile batteries from Walmart. It will be much cheaper and they will honor their warranty regardless of the situation. Keep in mind this is not the stores problem but a corporate policy.

Be very careful shopping at this location. I placed an online order for LED bulbs. There are two models of the bulbs offered by Sylvania, I ordered and paid for the more expensive, brighter of the two options. I was given the lower quality, less expensive product. It was not until I got home and matched the UPC numbers that I became aware of the problem.Of course the trunk is torn apart, so Im not going to drive back and exchange them. Im not saying it was intentional, but it did save them a few dollars on the deal.

I went in to get my battery checked. It was under warranty so I had a free battery replacement. The installation tack noticed that my terminal connector was bad so she and one of her associates spent 15 minutes replacing the terminal for free. They went above and beyond what was expected and I appreciate it. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts store!

Chris came out and assisted me on 1/12. He was very nice. I had no idea what to do or what the previous owner of the car did. He could have easily sold me what I asked for but he took the time to ask and look at my car. This was my first time in this location and I was glad it was a good one!

The guy that was seemed to running the store this morning had a bad attitude with me the customer and the new employee.

Buy online then pick up in store. Take my advice and save a ton of money. Online has great coupons.Employees were friendly and helpful. Bring a sense of humor as it’s the blue collar type of experience. The jokes are the standard stuff you hear that people assume is always funny. “No” as a joke, “There is a charge for that” as a joke, etc.Got a battery replaced and the lady knocked it out quickly and did a great job.

I moved to the area about 8 years ago and this has been my go to store and have been very happy. They recently hired someone on days Im not sure What his name is but he is a short fellow, could be Brian. But he has the attitude as we cant go nowhere else. This is the only we can to go to. But I am done with this location forever

CHRIS IS THE MAN, been having trouble finding the correct windshield wipers and putting them on as soon I told him what kinda truck I had he knew exactly what I need and how to show me how to put them on then upped it even more came outside and put them on for me

I came in to get a new battery, but figured I would let them run a diagnostic check. After the diagnosis the advanced associate said that my battery was fine, and that I wasnt driving long enough to charge the battery after starting it (I have a 15 minutes commute...). Reluctantly I heeded his advice and bought a battery charger. Long story short, I did need a new battery. When I tried to return my lightly used charger, I was told that advance doesnt accept returns for electronics (what!?). I will never be back.

It was dark and I went in and asked for help changing a small bulb on my tag light. He told me its company policy that they are not allowed to touch customers cars. What a lier! At the store in Palm harbor, they helped me install my battery, changed out my windshield wipers and ran diagnostic codes on my car. Im so mad and fully intende to contact his district manger.

It is your run of the mill auto parts store. The staff was average . If you need auto parts or accessories as well as car detailing products this store has a lot . In my opinion you can get some of the same products at Walmart much cheaper unless you are searching for a specific part for your vehicle.

We went to this store on Sunday. There were signs under the products we wanted that stated by one get another 50% off. When we went to the register, the sales person stated he didnt know anything about the sale. We showed him the sign and he said he couldnt put it in the register so he couldnt give us the discount stated on the sign. He pointed to the woman standing next to him and said, shes the manager complain to her. Did she say anything? No. She stood by without saying anything and just ignored us. False advertising and poor customer service. Wont go back and Id advise you to be very careful doing business here.

The manager on staff today Chris was extremely rude and disrespectful. Literally walked away from me when we asked for help with a battery. This guy has a serious attitude problem and should not be in the service industry. There are 5 other auto parts stores in the area so with this bad service I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Ive been in here several times and each visit is met with bad energy that hovers. Today I discovered its from Jason the manager whos the fish head that rots down to the employees. Im usually a fan of Advance, however I will take my business elsewhere considering the attitude and lack of service. This is a competitive industry therefore every customer should count.

Who knew getting my battery changed would make such an impact on my day. I am a single mother of an 8 year old boy. All I wanted to do last night was go home and make dinner. But my car had other plans-a new battery was needed at 7PM. I went to this AAP location and was assisted by Ann. She was amazing. She made my bad day turn around and put me at ease. She assisted me with my battery purchase and was so caring. What impressed me beyond belief was how engaging she was with my son. I was dreading having my battery changed because I knew it would take a while and my son would get bored. However, she made it an entertaining learning experience for him. She explained (in a way a child would understand) how to change a battery and the whys that go along with it. My son was paying attention, asking questions and behaved. Thank you Ann for helping me and going above and beyond. You made a difference in more ways than you know.
