If I could leave more stars I would. Alissa the commercial account supervisor is super amazing. I came in for a starter (for my boat). She looked it up and cross referenced it for me. She sent me away with the wrong one at first which was my fault. My starter had 4 prongs on the solenoid, the one I left with had 3. I noticed it on the way home and called her, She spent two hours searching and got me the right one. This Woman is an asset to this store and the company, and should be compensated accordingly. They are fast reliable and professional, and the store is spotless. Great job. See ya’ll next time.

I had to replace my cabin air filter, and the dealership wanted to charge me an outrageous price to do it. I came to Auto Zone for the first time to get a replacement filter, and was a helped by Yendell. Not only was he incredibly nice and helpful, he installed my new air filter for me so I wouldn’t have to worry about doing it myself! He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciated his amazing customer service! I was so thankful for Yendell’s help today, and will not hesitate to come back to this location for any future parts because the employees are fantastic! Thank you Yendell and Auto Zone!!
Alyssa helped me out with getting shocks and brakes for my civic, she had them delivered to her store very quickly and was able to get them to me the same day, she has helped me on multiple occasions with my vehicles thats why I drove from south tampa to oldsmar cause I know she will get the job done right the first time 💪🏽

This AutoZone is the best. Both Bos ( one of the Bos is the manager) are full of information and are very helpful. They installed my rear brake light with in five to ten minutes. It cost me a whole $8 and change and I have an extra bulb for the other side. Keep up the great work and thank you

Absolutely LOVE this AutoZone, they almost always have what I need in stock and if not, help refer me to other locations for pick-up. Always kind and take the time for explanations. A special thanks to Austin, finally got my hydraulics replaced after pushing it off for some time. He ended up price matching for me and even replacing them in the parking lot, which was very very much appreciated. I’ve also had a gentlemen a few months back insist to replace my cabin air filter, which ended up being a little more work than either of us anticipated so I was also thankful he was there to help out and get the job done quickly. Thank you both again! This location rocks.
Took my car there because car would not start. Called AAA. They said the battery could have a bad cell and needs to be recharged. I bought the battery here. They tested it. Said it wasnt the battery. Auto zone notorious for not taking batteries back or replacing them. The guy said its the alternator. I then did several multimeter tests that showed there was nothing wrong with the alternator.Never buying parts at auto zone or advanced auto parts. Owned by the company.There are other ways to determine if your alternator us bad. They did no such tests.I am no longer going to be lied to by auto zone employees. Go on you tube professional mechanics share their knowledge so invaluable. See erictge car guy, ratchetsand wrenches, Scotty Kilmer. To name a few. Knowledge is power.
I came here to test my car battery. The first gentleman that helped me advised that the battery was bad. I was going to take my car to my mechanic, but it wouldnt start again after I shut it off. I spoke with a different gentleman named Bo, who advised against jump starting it. He offered to jump start but advised that it would need to be replaced right away. I decided to have it replaced there. Bo was so friendly and helpful. He walked through every part he needed to replace the battery so I knew exactly what I was being charged for. Then when he was replacing the battery, he discovered an issue with my A/C line and helped find a temporary solution until I can bring it to my mechanic. The level of service he provided was above and beyond the service you receive at most places these days. I truly appreciate his help and his demeanor.
The worst auto zone hands down in Florida.... they told me my battery was bad and would only charge a little each day. I brought that battery to another location and in a few hours, it was 100%. This was a deep cycle battery for my trolling motor. When they told me my battery was bad, they wanted me to buy a new one. Also the managers are horrible and rude. I would not recommend anyone going to the oldsmar location off of Tampa road.
I have had good help at this location, like Instead of selling me a battery the employee said try adding water first. But this evening another employee, instead of helping me proceeded to criticize my car when I asked him a simple question about a hood latch. To bad for your business, I will be going somewhere else from now on.
Very helpful I was unsure how to change my tag lights in my car. They came out and helped me take care of it. they saved me a lot of time. I would have taken apart more than needed for sure.

I called yesterday to get prices on a new battery for my Nissan Juke. The gentleman who answered the call gave me three options with pricing and warranty information. I stated I would be in tomorrow and do they install the battery when purchased. He assured me yes, they would be happy to do so for me. I went in today and Greg Perkins helped me with my battery and it turned out he was the man who helped me on the phone yesterday. Greg is courteous, helpful, and very quick in doing what needed to be done to get me back out and on the road again!!. Thank you Greg for helping me and being so kind and quick!!! I would recommend this store to anyone!!

SHOP HERE........This Autozone is now my primary stop for auto parts. The store is gorgeous (opened recently) and the workers are very professional. They call when they say they will call and never say they have something they dont. Very impressive. My only negative is sometimes retail people in general can be way to pushy. An auto store is a MANS place, and we like to look at everything in peace and day dream.
Excellent customer care, got greeted and helped within a minute of walking in the door. Most other places you have to listen to the guy have a conversation about who knows what for 5 minutes before you get greeted.They knew exactly what I needed and I am no mechanic. Very clean store with products well placed so you can grab what you need and get out. Best of all there is a helpful associate that will help you make the right choice for your situation.Special thanks to Geoff, he tested my check engine light. He was very kind even enough to hold the door for me when we went back in. It is rare to find that in a business now a days. He saw me not as a customer but as how he makes his money.I will be sure to go back there anytime I need parts or mechanical advise. They unfortunately did not have 2 of the parts I needed but did find a store close enough within home for me to stop and get both parts. All I had to say was that Geoff called and they had me rung up and out the door within a minute or two.Thanks again Autozone of Oldsmar! I will be sure to tell everyone that needs parts to come there or any other autozone.
I purchased a headlight bulb and was given the wrong one. I later that day returned it for the correct one. They were not able to make the straight up exchange their reason was that their servers were down. After a 20 minute process i had to pay for the new bulb and $15 refund had to be put on a gift card. Days later i tried to make a purchase and was told that there were no funds on the gift card... I now go 1 mile further down the road to Discount Auto.

Worst place, the customer service, worsted ever!!! sold me a part that was defective, got put back in stock instead of sending it out, could care less said if I had a concern shouldnt of purchase it in the first place!!! I will NEVER get parts from them again, also their help is dumber then a box of rocks, needed help with some oil, guy had NO IDEA, thats pretty bad if you ask me...in case your wondering, I am a female!!!! The whole episode ended up costing me double...If your smart, you wont go there!!!
This place has the best service. I needed an alternator because my car went dead so they came to my car to diagnose the problem for me. They found other problems that also needed to be fixed. Whenever you need parts, you can always trust autozone!
Bought a headlight for my car but did not drive my car to the store that needed the headlight. This nice guy told me to bring my car back that needed the light and they would install it. I bright it back and Bo flat refused to install it. He was very rude and he treats customers horribly.

Hello, I was waiting in line to be helped for about 3 minutes. And another customer was in the store when I arrived, was motioned to the register to be checked out before me.I was not acknowledged at any point. And when I asked the cashier Nicholas why he checked this customer was checked out before me, even though I was waiting in line and this customer never had. I was told it was because this customer had already been helped. And when I expressed this to the manager I was told the same thing, and he elaborated to say that this customer was in the store before me. So even though he was never in line and I was, this is why he should get checked out first. Also another customer began to bully me and get involved, and neither employee did anything. Nevertheless, this was my last visit to one of your stores.

Just had the most hilarious experience here. Walked in to simply buy a can of refrigerant for a buddy of mine who has a leak in his AC system; the system was low on refrigerant, causing luke warm air.Now Im a Factory trained ford technician so I obviously diagnosed the problem, and we decided as a cost effective way of getting cooled on a budget, until my buddy can save money to actually fix the leak in the AC. (Very small leak)I grab a can of AC pro for a quick fix, went up to the counter, and a 65 yr old wanna be mechanic working the counter proceeds to tell me Im wasting money and asks if the compressor is running, pressure readings, etc and that low freon isnt the problem as if he knew what he was talking about. He tells me that I better get a mechanic to check it out before I waste my money on something that clearly wasnt the problem.I smirked and said youre looking at a master tech ford technician and went down the street to advance auto parts and got the dang refrigerant lol. So after that waste of time finally got my buddys truck cooled and had a good laugh about what happened down at AutoZone with the old geezer giving very uneducated advice. No customer should be questioned by their purchase, I couldve bought a can of refrigerant as a present for all that fool knows.If you need to buy parts, thats what theyre there for. If you need advice, consult with a technician or your service manual.

Just visited AutoZone here in Oldsmar cause the battery in my car was giving me problem, the lady at the counter checked it out for me and since it was still under warranty replaced it instantly, very courteous.

Horrible service, my brother had a simple question that they wouldnt answer so he called to get the corporations number and the guy hung up on him.
I bought a Fram Air filter for $36 dollars. I found later it was $18 dollars at several places. What a rip off and never going back.
Extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending. Bo offered to help, came to the car removed some parts to start the process, went into the store and did not return to the parking lot. He then refused to put back together the parts he removed.
