I am not pleased with this dealer ship my wife and I had bought a brand new artic cat 570 wheeler and at 20 hrs the seal blew in the motor they have had are machine since January and we still dont have are wheeler back. As we sit here and pay for a 10k machine to sit at the dealer ship for months on end.not once have they offered to give us a deal on anything or a discount, ect... nothing. Update after finally getting our machine back they were pretty straight forward and were sorry it took so long thanks bobcat of olean.

These guys have always taken great care of me. I called them on Monday and they got my utv right in the same day. Next day it was fixed and back in my shed in time to plow Wednesday. I ran the plow all day and it worked great! This is the third time in a row that theyve taken great care of my utv! Top notch!
