Sorry if this is long but I am so happy to have my 4-wheeler back that I need to vent.I have a 21 year old Big Bear 400 that has worked day in day out plowing snow, dragging firewood, pulling small stumps, moving maple sap etc etc., with never a repair beyond oil changes, and suddenly in August the carburetor float valve stuck open, gas poured out on the ground, and the day was over. I hauled it down to Southern Tier, expecting that a carburetor kit would fix it, but no... A passage was hopelessly plugged in the carb, and what was needed was a new, expensive carburetor, which as ordered. After a couple of weeks, it emerged that the supplier never actually had a carb to ship (maybe supply chain stuff?), and so multiple parts for a complete rebuild were ordered. Slowly they came in and work was done. After about 7 weeks I have my beloved Big Bear back in plenty of time to plow snow, and they did a great job on it. They even topped up the differentials, which after 20 years might have been down a bit. They were patient and careful and did a great job in spite of hard to get parts and what not. This is a good business and deserves your patronage.

Southern Tier is good polaris dealer they will help you find parts needed and tell you direct options no run around to try and give you shaft like Uncle Sam or other dealers. Will continue doing business there as needed whether its gear parts or service.

We wanted to shop local . However, when we went here we were greeted less than friendly ! Treated like we were bothering him ! All we were told is I got nothing and dont know when Ill get it . Dont worry we went to your competition and got what we wanted and spent thousands ! Shouldnt push customers out your door if you want to stay in business ! You didnt take the time to even talk with us to find out we would have ordered what we wanted

I bought a 2021 polaris ranger xp premium 1000 I had done my searches and found that Southern Tier polaris was my best option. I was told by other dealers that I couldnt get the polaris I wanted with all the options for the price I bought it for.Southern Tier polaris is very reasonable in prices specially during hard times during this pandemic. The owners are very friendly and they even thrown in some extra features. I would recommend them 5 stares for sure!.

Seems like they are closing? .they dont have much to look at, no motorcycles couldnt help me on deciding on what fairings for my suzuki

Asked to find the issue with our machine. Fixed it without authorization and wanted payment for work not authorized. Took machine there another time and told them not to go over a specific amount and they went over $100 pay the amount without authorization.

Do not come here for repair work, it will take weeks and not get fixed properly.

Purchased a ranger 800 in august. Deal was suppose to include doors that they needed to go pick up. Its currently the end of april and still havent recieved my doors. Every time i call I get the run around that theyre going to get them for me.I will update if I ever recieve my doors or cash back but it looks unlikely.

Worst ever... Ordered parts they got me the wrong ones and wanted me to pay to return them bc they ordered the wrong ones... Pretty bad I went online and got the right ones myself for a quarter of the price that a dealer ship couldnt get me
