I had appointment for 4pm after switched it few times because of work. They got me in looked at both front tires to see why loosing air. Thank goodness no holes just one bad value stem and one bead went bad. They fixed them balanced them and even got hub caps on right not like Monroe where originally got the four new tires last year and ended up loosing one hub cap last month but always had to check them. Dunns staff are friendly and tell you what is what which is nice. Like going there when I can.

Dunn Tire was amazing! We had a warranty on our tires with them. The other day my husband came home from work and we realized one of the tires was flat, but Dunn Tires was already closed. I called and left a message asking them to get back to me at some point the next day. First thing in the morning they called me, and within 5 hours my car was towed to Dunn Tire, checked out, tire was patched and then sent home, all free of charge because of the warranty. It was the most painless car trouble I’d ever experienced!

I had a flat tire on Friday. I called the local Dunn Tire office in Olean. They told me to bring my car in (but they were very concerned about the driveability of the car/tire) and they would look at it. They looked at the tire, found a small puncture, fixed it and I was out the door in 20 minutes. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well They told me what was happening every step of the way. They were very polite and VERY helpful. They had me come back the next morning and they retorqued the rim for me.THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I appreciated it very much.

I was in a serious situation and the managers found a way to get me the tires I needed. I later called with a concern and the manager was very respectful in explaining in a way I could understand.

Shouldnt need to go to Volvo dealer to get my Park Brake warning signal reset after new tires, brakes and rotors. Brian, Carlos and Techs tried everything and I spent over 4 and half hours there yesterday! Try driving a car that has the warning bell dinging constantly unless you come to a complete stop! Im no mechanic but possibly the sequence of disengaging the electronic sensors on the rear calipers was not followed correctly. Brian and Carlos are really awesome guys but the inconvenience is killing me! Please let me know what Dunn Tire can do to fix this situation. Otherwise I would have given 10 stars if I could!

Requested 90k service and was not put on work order along with filters and all fluids changed.They fixed my braking problem with new rotors and pads.

We had a sidewall flat in an all wheel drive car so we needed 4 new tires while driving across the country. They had our size in stock at a reasonable price and got us right in. The staff was awesome and got us back on the road in under an hour even though we had KC Chiefs gear on a few days before playing the Bills for the AFC championship. I highly recommend this place!

Professionalism doesnt begin to describe how great these guys are. From when l called and ordered the tires to when the day of service it was a wonderful experience.I called and talked to Harry (customer service) and l told him the exact tires l wanted for my f150. The Goodyear wranglers l wanted were on backorder from Goodyear (not Dunn Tires fault) and l had to wait if l wanted those particular tires. Harry gave me many other options for comparable tires if l didnt want to wait, but l decided to wait. Harry was in constant communication with me letting me know the status of my tires, he made the appointment for me when the time came and followed up to make sure things were going well.I called 40 minutes before my appointment because we were running a bit behind and they were so accommodating moving my appointment back a half hour. At the Olean location, from the time of check-in, the staff was meticulous and professional. There was no pressure for the added valve stem, and hazard coverage but Brian explained them in such a way that it made sense to spend the little extra for the peace of mind. The hazard protection is a really good deal on your investment. They treated my wife, my vehicle, and myself with the utmost respect and courtesy. The time it took to change four tires was less than the hour they told us and we were ready to go.From now on when we need tires for any of our vehicles Dunn Tire is where we will go. From their main customer service line on down to the tech that did the work we received nothing but exemplary customer service, respect, and professionalism.

Called about needing a set of new tires expecting they would need to be ordered, but they had them in stock. When I asked about when I could get them put on, they said “how about right now”. I went right over and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Will definitely purchase there again.

I took my car in for an oil change. The service was friendly and work was completed promptly. However, they did recommend a new air filter and engine coolant to the tune of $299 which I thought was quite unreasonable. I declined and they did not pressure me but I still felt a bit like they were trying to gouge me with such a high price for these items which I am not even sure were necessary yet.

Service manager took care of leaky tire and was to do oil change. Manager and tech were polite. Thanks!

I’ve been going to Dunn tire for all the needs my truck has needed. Never had an issue till the other day. I called made an appt with Carlos an wanted my rear wheel bearings done. Came in on a Wednesday and dropped my truck off an they ended up having to keep it over night because they said I needed a new axel. Which however it was the CV shaft. They only completed the passenger side to my truck. Didn’t call me to tell me it was done on Thursday I had to call them. Informed me my order was only for passenger side why would i do one side an not the other. I usual only go when Carlos is there. I ended up paying 441 minus my $50 coupon for the man Brian to tellMe that I couldn’t get my other side done till next Tuesday! I went an spend another 443 dollars at valley tire to have my truck done properly cause it wasn’t completed right the first time. Than I asked for my shocks to be checked the new estimate for the other wheel bearing an shaft is on there struts that I had done already were on there but no estimate for my shocks was made at all. I feel to extent my money an time was taken advantage of.. I’ve spent so much with Dunn tire an I was even viewed like a customer just more an more problems they give me with my truck after they fix one thing. The man behind the counter blamed his other employees for the misheap instead of just apologizing in general for the situation. I’m extremely upset about my whole expierence this time. If it wasn’t for Carlos I wouldn’t even of come there but he always answers my questions an double checks everything before I get my truck back..

I’m a student and I had to go home unexpectedly this weekend because of a death in my family and Dunn tire really helped me out. Even though I didn’t have an appointment the staff worked to accommodate me and fixed my tires within an hour. I so appreciated it and so did my family. The staff was so kind to me and it made a hard weekend just a bit easier.

The staff is unfailingly friendly and accommodating and its work is both quality and timely plus being fairly-priced.Theres not much to add to the above. Vicki and I have been impressed by Dunn Tires emphasis on customer service and its not just one employee, its every one with whom weve interacted.In our latest visit, Vicki had been told by the dealership where she bought her car -- after it fixed an undercarriage problem -- that she needed brakes on all four wheels. Estimated cost $1,000.Dunn Tire of Olean took her car in the next day and replaced the brakes. Total cost $691.That speaks fairly eloquently.Chuck Pollock

Traveling from NY to FL and blew a tire on our trailer. Not knowing the area, I relied on google for tire shop info. Called Dunn tire, they were super nice but didnt have our tire in stock. The first down pour in months and my tire goes flat. As a community health nurse I needed my car fixed ASAP so I could finish my shift. I arrived at the very end of their work day, they were the only mechanic shop open in town. They greeted me with smiles as I apologized profusely for being that person keeping them late. They fixed my flat tire, helped me order a whole new set (at a reasonable price for my 4x4), and sent me off in less than 20 minutes. Carlos and the rest of the team were professional, efficient and a breath of fresh air. They might have just won themselves a regular here. If their were more stars to give I’d certainly give them. I went there for an inspection on my vehicle ($21) and I took away two stars only because their coffee machine was out of order. Also they will not install just 2 tires on your vehicle. They can only install 4 tires at a time.

It was prompt courtesy service. But, the guy behind the counter was a bit curt and brisk. He needs to smooth off the rough edges!

I was in and out in the allotted time. Brian was very helpful in selecting the tires and forthright about what I needed and what it would cost. I returned the next day to pick up the Road Hazard coverage and the men at the counter were equally helpful. Overall, it was a good experience. I also like the advantage of many Dunn Tire centers in my general travel area.

Tried telling me I need almost 800 in parts that I dont need for an alignment after being there for an hour. I just had everything in my front end replaced.Charges dealer hourly repairs. Watch out for these guys. I am going elsewhere and will be done for cheaper and better. Stay away from these crooks.

Sadly I learned that dunn tire in Olean NY is horribly dishonest. I was getting new tires and nys inspection on Saturday 11/7/20. I was called and told my car failed inspection due to rear brakes. Their words were they are nearly metal on metal. I found this odd as I just did front and rear brakes myself 3 months ago. I told them its early in the month and Id figure something out. They gave me an estimate of $309. When I got home I removed the tires and calipers to discover brakes that were like new. I wonder how many people they have done this too and stolen money from.

Service work was completed in a satisfactory manner. Brakes took an hour longer than estimated.Found grease on my seat which they tried to clean off with Castle Window cleaner. Didn’t work. Cleaned with my upholstery cleaner. 75% effective. Will repeat. No excuse for that.

Probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a tire shop. Manager was rude. Appeared that someone gave him a badge and he appointed himself as the new sheriff in town. Was number one interested in selling me $1000 worth of tires that I did not need. Very little compassion for myself and others who were at the front register. Followed me to the waiting room and scolded me for removing my face protecting while I was takeing a Med. Very bossy and authoritative and incorrect in his counsel for my tire need. This place is great. After the town of Salamanca claimed my tire, they got me right in first thing in the morning. Carlos answered all of my questions and concerns over the phone before I arrive. Upon arrival the staff made me feel very comfortable waiting in their waiting room, with full access to a TV, books, coffee and water. My tires are great and my car rides better than ever. I think Joe was very nice and personable. He talked to me about my vehicle and its condition. However, Mauricio or whatever his name was, was very short with me and I actually overheard him arguing with customers while I was in the waiting room. Mauricio seemed surprised when a customer wanted a nice tire for cheap. Dont we all want that!?
