I am very happy. My air conditioner works Great now. Very nice people. I would recommend people to check out their services.
I was on a road trip to Ohio from New York, 3 hours to go, pouring down rain, and my right side windshield wiper broke. Just right there on the highway in torrential downpour. Thankfully, Jr Peters auto shop was 5 minutes off the highway. He immediately stopped what he was doing to check it out, while calling every single place in an hour and a half radius for the part. Nobody had it, but he managed to rig it beautifully and quickly (apparently the mechanic I used previously, just a week ago to fix this same wiper, did some poor work and it’s not an easy fix), using what was available, and I was able to make it to my destination, safely and soundly. Thank you so much Junior! You’re amazing!
Very willing to go above and beyond to solve vehicle problems. Good price!
Great people. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Dropped my truck off for an inspection. It sat there untouched for over a week. Multiple attempts to call were unanswered. Finally, halfway through the second week of sitting there, I was told it needed tires to pass inspection. They tried to tell me I had mismatched sizes for my current tires (they claimed that I had 15 inch tires on 16 inch rims, which I confirmed to be a lie). I had tires delivered to them, and it sat untouched for two more days. Finally I got sick of waiting and picked up my vehicle to take it elsewhere for inspection. Miraculously, their phones started working and they called me asking if I had my truck and were threatening to call the police to report it stolen.Bottom line, theres far better shops in the area with far better people running them. Id highly recommend that you take your vehicles elsewhere for service.Edit (as a reply to owners comment):Im very well aware of the sizes of tires I had on my truck as well as what the truck calls for. But to say that the incorrect tire sizes are grounds for failure of inspection is pure nonsense. Using your logic, any vehicle with aftermarket rims and tires will fail inspection (for example, pickups with 31 mud tires, or sports cars with low profile tires). And if you think back a few years, your facility originally sold me a set of used tires for that truck that were LT245 tires. So it was fine one year from your facility, but not a couple years later. Also, during conversations with several other licensed inspectors, they confirmed that there was no such rule which would cause failure of inspection due to tire size not matching the tag on the vehicle. (See attached photo for what your facility said was currently on my vehicle- two of which you claimed were 15 tires on 16 rims). As for the truck being dropped off on April 1, I was told to bring it on Friday, March 30 for the inspection. The technician was extraordinarily busy that day, so an agreement was reached to drop it off on April 1, and it would be inspected that week. That is the reason the truck appeared there on April 1st.
I always get great service at Juniors. He is very nice, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend him for any car need.
