Awesome experience, called last second to see if they could get me in to fix something I tried fixing on my own unsuccessfully. Quick service with none of the hassle. A lot of garages will try to scare you into spending tons of money immediately by telling you that if you dont get this other thing fixed immediately youre headed for disaster. They asked about another problem I had without any of the scare tactics. Really appreciated their customer service and professionalism, Ive been looking for a place to get regular work done on my vehicles and I might have found it!

Had a tire blow out late Tuesday night. My wife was on the phone first thing Wednesday morning trying to find a tire, valley was the only store that had one and they made sure to verify before we came down. I took the car and was there before 9 and home before 10. They were fast, professional, and accommodating especially being last minute. Huge thank you to the guys at Valley Tire!!!

Great people! Got us in right before they closed! We were living air as we spoke. They got us in, were quick, efficient, did a great job. Everything went well and in a timely fashion. Only issue I had was they torqued my lugs on so hard I had to have a 2 man team with a 5 foot copper pipe for a breaker bar to get them off.

Went there for a simple tire patching because Ive had then do more major jobs and the price and work were always perfect. The manager is really good running the place, also with how he talks with the customers and especially in his mechanical knowledge. Theyre pretty busy but even when theyre busy its still going to be faster and by far more reliable than some of the other service shops in town.

Needed exhaust leak repaired, diagnosis indicated muffler and pipe needed. Valley Tire professionals ordered the correct factory parts and installed in a timely manner. Thank you Valley Tire Paul and Tom.

Paul whom I always talk to on the phone when I call for an appt and whom calls me with the report on my vehicles issue before they start the work is always very nice, thorough, professional and respectful.Not like other shops Ive tried. Since I first tried Valley Ive never felt the need to try any place else. I have an older vehicle that needs work more frequently than Id like and Valley always does their best to keep the cost down for me, and what I think is the best is they present me with options. They dont tell me the most expensive time consuming thing needs to be done when there are less expensive things to try and that usually fix the issue. I appreciate that. AND theyve never been wrong! This last time I went in for an engine misfire, when my truck was on the lift they found another issue I wasnt aware of with something else entirely, but thats not always the case its not like with other places Ive been where EVERY time you go they find 5 more dire issues that in reality dont exist or arent bad enough to need immediate attention and for all these reasons I trust Valley.I believe finding a trustworthy, good mechanic is like finding a good vet, Dr, lawyer and friend... once you find them, you stick with them because theyre a rare commodity.As long as Valley keeps it up, I wouldnt take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Ive had my truck towed there from 40 miles away, passing probably over a dozen closer shops and always would as long as I can afford it.

They did a great job of letting me know exactly what was going on with my car, showing it to me and getting things done quickly and with good quality and value.

I have used Valley Tire for years now. Its super convenient, as, I an able to drip my vehicle off before work, walk to work, and pop back over to pick it up generally on my lunch break. Paul and the guys at Valley Tire are always great to work with, and my vehicle is well taken care of by them. When I went in to pick it up the other day, there were several measures in place to help combat the COVID virus. Great to see! Ive never had any reason to complain about Valley Tire, and have recommended them to my daughter, as well. Cant say enough good things about them!

Never thought I would say this about a mechanic, but these guys are super HONEST! They are fair and not crazy expensive. They are also quick and Paul is super friendly and has no problem explaining something when you do not understand! This is the ONLY shop I will bring my vehicles to anywhere near Olean.

Was traveling from Detroit to upstate NY and got a flat tire and bent rim on my trailer. They didnt have a new wheel, so they hammered out my bent wheel, aired up my tire and sent me on my way for only $20. Oh yeah, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Awesome honest service. If youre in the area and need any services they offer, I would recommend them 100%!!!

Before moving from Olean this year, I had been a customer at Valley Tire for about 30 years. I usually enjoyed my visits (except when I know major work needed to be done!). I had come to know everyone there and was always treated as if I was a special customer. I could call at a moments notice if I had a pressing problem, and would be asked in. I was offered rides to work or home if needed. Enjoying a cup of coffee and having great conversations was always the norm. The work on my vehicles was above reproach, and the shop staff were great. Tom, my usual mechanic, never did a bad job and no matter how bad his day was going, treated me well. I consider him a friend and I would trust him with any vehicle I had. The rest of the shop guys also treated me well and weve had a lot of laughs over the years. Thanks Bruno, Ed and Pat. From the front staff Paul, Logan and Pat, I could always expect casual conversation, good laughter, and, importantly, great service. Since I do get back to Olean on occasion, I have actually stopped in for an oil change and tire purchase. Always nice to be home.

When I got my car inspected I asked them to check my tires. All they did was put air in them, I found out needed two new ones and the other two needed adjustments. They are supposed to be tire experts.
