This is our second purchase from this store. The salesman, John, is so helpful and knowledgeable. I tried mattresses 3 separate days to be sure the one I liked was comfortable. We are extremely happy with our purchase

I ordered a custom sized foundation and mattress in June 2020. The foundation was 2 larger than the mattress and would not fit the bed. Retailer stated that the pieces were the same size when they left the store and that a delivery person would have to come and evaluate them. No one came, despite calls and store visits, until Feb. 2021. Then remuneration was refused because the non-woven lower cover of the foundation had rips. Merchant refused to address the actual problem, and never offered to reorder the item. No interest in customer service--will not purchase there again.

Amazing customer relations.Very knowledgeable on products, nice selection and quick delivery. They truly value their customers and it’s fantastic to keep business local. We won’t shop anywhere else for future needs!
