A friend of mine had a medical emergency and needed water, so I went inside and asked a water. The barista who helped me (Ian) was very kind and understanding, and quickly filled a tall cup with ice and water. My friend is now okay, and we are both very grateful for the exceptional service and kindness of the staff here.

Stop by for hot cocoa and latte. Bathroom also. The cashier was very nice .bathrooms clean.. clean place. Not busy. No drive thru.

I ordered tea latte with milk foam but there is no milk added. When I talked to them, they didn’t admit and said milk was separated with tea. First time met a Starbucks like this. What makes it so hard to add milk.

Best place for an example of hospitality. My daughter ordered an item, had a small mistake in preparation, the crew made another one immediately and gave both . So, both of us had coffee with payment of one. Looks pricy but they deserve it.

Super busy and baristas couldnt keep up with orders which meant that customers couldnt keep 6ft apart while waiting. Then, they made my cafe mocha with skim milk without whipped cream, even though my online order specifically requested whiped cream. The batista was quick to fix, so that was good, though it required me to stay in the store longer

Love coming here in the mornings! Will always greets patrons with a smile and he definitely knows his customers that come in the mornings! Hands down he is one of the best baristas in town!

I go to this Starbucks because they are convenient and on my route to work. However, with that being said, the batista have mixed up my mobile order more than a few times when they are busy in the early morning.

I always appreciate Starbucks. I admire them for what theyve done to improve the average Americans view of what good coffee tastes like. Ive been a happy customer since the 1990s and gold card holder since 2002.

Not all Starbucks are equal. Depending on your barista which is the employee making your drink you can have a different experience. The managers and senior baristas usually know what theyre doing and will get your coffee, specialty drink or tea refresher just right. But the freshman barista wont. However Starbucks has excellent customer service! So dont be afraid to ask for exactly what you want its all part of the somewhat pricey experience.

This Starbucks is wonderful! Its not as heavily trafficked, so I usually am able to sit at a table right away! The staff is welcoming and friendly! Great service all around!

Olney has several Starbucks now but this will always be my favorite. My mobile order is always correct and if I have to wait in line its not long. Every single person on the staff is amazing and it makes my day to chat with them before I am off to work.

They gave us small cup for medium size for some reason? Its been awhile since I had starbucks so I thought reduced their size but other starbucks had the same size.

This is a decent location with friendly servers. Nothing particularly special or particularly bad.

It was in a crunchy shopping center in Olney, MD. The people behind the counter were attentive and we were served quickly. Plenty of people came in and either left with their drink or stayed. It seemed to be a younger crowd there. There was plenty of parking and the rest room was clean.

The employees are friendly and efficient. The remodeled interior is nice, but it lacks coziness. In warm weather, sitting outside at a shaded table is quite pleasant.

This Starbucks is my morning wake up place and every evening I come back for a nice cup of coffee. Every time I come in the staff is always so friendly. Starbucks is always the same wherever you go. Some are bigger, busier, while others are smaller and quieter.

This is my local Starbucks, sometimes crowded but always a good place to caffeinate! Remember to ask for milk as they only put out half and half.Also has a nice seating area outside, even if it is in the parking lot.

Love this Starbucks but giving a 4 star review based off of the service I just got. First off In I wasn’t greeted .... the young lady with the blue hair would not step up and take my order while the other young lady was busy so the young man did .... but the guy behind me and every customer after got a hello, hi and how are you by her and she went right to the register to take everyone else’s order Then when my order taken my order wasn’t even given the proper drink cup size. But that I was okay with little mistakes happen. But then when my drink was getting made instead of the young lady turning around to ask me what I wanted in my drink she asked her co worker. It was as if she didn’t even want to speak to me because I was black ( she didn’t even want to take my order) ....and what crazy my name is on the cup but I was referred to as that girl. The young lady with the blond and blue hair really made me feel unwelcomed .,,, I go to Starbucks every day more then once to get my favorite drink and never have been treated the way l was treated today ..... I love this place and everyone in it but just wish my experience was better

Great Starbucks with awesome baristas and one of the very first in the area to get the Nitro Cold Brew. My preferred location in the Olney area as its a bit larger and tends to be a bit less crowded.

This is my “neighborhood spot” here in the burbs and it gets five enthusiastic stars for the awesome kids who run it! I really can’t say enough good about the service and attitude. That said, as with most things, my ire goes out to the “french cuff, power tie, tasseled loafer, seventy-dollar haircut suit-types” who make the anonymous decisions back at “corporate.” A few of us coffee and book/news and conversation-loving duffers offered to set up a kickstarter to fund a new set of comfy chairs which we would donate to the local store, complete with upkeep and biannual replacement. Local and district were all for it but corporate said no. Now folks, where I’m from, when somebody offers you a fifty dollar bill, you take it, tip your hat, and skedaddle before they change their mind. Ahh well.. so much for being “part of the community!”
