Great customer service from Dawn & Trina! Also, WM will match prices of any other store within 50 miles. They match Fisheries prices.They have bits and bobs for all kinds of boats -- sail, power, kayaks -- and boaters. They also sell dinghies, kayaks, SUPs, and so forth.

Good service.. prices a little high but it happens with marine type supplies.

I’m so impressed with the safety measures at West Marine. Hand wash on the way in. Lots of customer support to get you in and out fast, every employee wearing a mask. Really great efforts during this time and leaps and bounds ahead of their competition.

I was in quite a pickle with my paint situation and only a couple days left on the hard. Trina and Peter were extremely helpful in getting me setup with the hard antifouling paint that I needed instead of another type with confusing labeling. Great customer service!

Great place for boating items!

As a homeless veteran, I depend on deep cell battery chargers. I bought one from West Coast Marine just over a year ago.It crashed on me. Thank God I bought the extended service plan. Today they exchanged the bad one for a new one with no guff at all! Thank you so much!

Had what I needed but real expensive

Very small store with very little in stock. I’ve called or visited the store several times but they always direct me to order online or even suggest I visit their flagship store in Portland. This is surprising to me since Olympia has a large boating community. Oh well, prime is just two days away.

Always enjoy a trip to West Marine! Yes prices are a bit high but I like the quality parts they carry. Plus being Marine grade will be a big help in the Pacific Northwest weather! Im glad I found one in my new home state!

My husband and I come here alot to get parts for our sailboat and everyone here is very knowledgeable about whatever we need! Great experience whenever we come in.

They have a great selection of boating Goods and the staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. I do feel like their prices are a little high, but when you cant find what you need any place else, its worth it.
