So they were out of what my husband and myself get every time. So the lady suggested another drink. Im so glad she did since we barely venture out of our comfort zone. Im in love!! Way to go Starbucks lady.

Very friendly, helpful staff, and this one (on Martin and Sleater-Kinney) was very efficient. All the others I passed had long lines, such as the one actually on Sleater-Kinney, by Target, and the one near my home in DuPont (Center Drive). They had everything I wanted, which has been a problem lately at all stores due delivery delays. So, very happy with my visit there!

This is my all-time favorite Starbucks. They seriously have THE BEST baristas, hands down. Not only do they make amazing coffee, theyre fast, FRIENDLY, and make you feel at home. The male who waited on us at drive through was extremely polite, friendly, & helpful. line moved quickly and ordered and received our drinks in under 5 minutes. coffee tasted fantastic, actually the best Ive ever had from Starbucks. I well 100% return when Im in the area again.

We stopped by for a pick-me-up after a long day this evening, and the employee manning the drive thru was awesome! I think his name was Jeff; his apron noted he is an Army Veteran. When we pulled up to the window, he noticed we had trim in our car and asked what we were working on. It wasnt just friendly small talk; he seemed genuinely interested and was so pleasant and joyful to talk to. When our drinks were ready, one was a grande instead of a venti but the venti was quickly made and all three drinks were delicious. I didnt have any cash for a tip, so I hope this review is some small recognition of Jeffs customer service (hope I got his name right). Thanks for making our night!

Almost gave four stars, we ordered a coffee with cream...and got a peppermint mocha... Didnt get our coffee...but the peppy mocha was very tasty!

They got my drink wrong. When I asked about it they lied to me. Way over priced cup of tea to be f_ing around and messing up an old womans tea.

Clean, friendly, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. They have a drive thru and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.

My experience has been pretty consistent no matter who has been making my drinks. This was my first time at this location but that doesnt mean it was an exception to my expectation. Out of most of the South Puget Sound locations, this by far is the best one. I love the industrial style interior and service is great. I feel at ease when the baristas take my order because they are patient with me when I want to customize my drinks and even suggests something similar so Im not spending so much when it comes to all the add-ins or substitutions. Always a pleasant visit with welcoming smiles.

This is Starbucks you get coffee and get to have a nice people that wait on you and you have a place to sit and drink your coffee and work on computer and have power and internet what else do you need

Started out rocky with it taking a while to get my drink and pay but when I got to my work I realized they had given me the wrong drink. I called expecting them to just say bring it over when you can because I work close by but the manager who was a woman (whos name I dont remember) had my refund and drink ran over to me! So amazing! (I work reaaaally close by) but they rock now I can start my 6am shift with the right coffee! Thank you!

This is my go to Starbucks. Its a very friendly staff morning or afternoons. They like to suggest drinks or offer what they like to add for flavors.

Starbucks are not my favorite to start with. Where we live there is much better coffee. This is not the reason though I am giving this place two stars. First these were some of the dirtiest bathrooms I have seen anywhere and definitely the dirtiest I have seen at a Starbucks. The staff was slow and coffee too awhile for no reason. Al ot of staff standing around joking. I was kinda surprised.

Starbucks is always reliable for quick service and consistent quality. Quick and delicious coffee drinks, sandwhiches, snacks, and pastries fresh and ready when you are.

I asked for a Mango Dragonfruit with NO ICE and light water. Instead she did the exact opposite. Although the label on the side of the drink is clearly written No Ice Light Water. I wish people would stop having personal conversations in the middle of making a customers order. I didnt notice the error of course, until I got to work and then it was too late to come back for a replacement. UGH!!!

Starbucks always has great coffee on tap, and a large variety of customizable espresso drinks. They also offer tea and juice based drink options, and assorted food and snacks. The company emphasizes humanitarian causes that give customers the pleasure of knowing their money is going towards more than just coffee.

The parking lot is a nightmare. The drive thru is worse. Its best if you park away and walk in.Normally decent, todays order left one thing to be desired. None of the hot drinks were hot. 😞Isnt that why we get hot drinks on a cold day?

Its really too bad when you get really great coffee and drinks and service from one person and then another person totally ruins it. For that reason, I give this for a one-star because I wont tolerate Bitchie snobby little Baristas that think that when someone doesnt give you what you request for so you get it yourself theres violating some kind of health code because I grab the lid off the counter.... get a grip girls this is a coffee store dont be a control freak.

The new Starbucks near Hobby Lobby is beautiful and very large. Comfy leather chairs plus lots of tables and regular chairs. Theres also a long bar height table with tall chairs. Very friendly and prompt staff. Even got a free sample.

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT maybe 15-20 min in drive thru. Finally get to window and barista seems disinterested/ unapologetic for wait. Nitro cold brew tasted flat like itd been sitting for awhile, wifes hot americano was a disappointing warm temperature. Wont be back to this location, they dont seem to care about their standards.

Its Starbuck. I prefer the Dutch Bros coffee selection but Starbucks will do when there is no their choice. Please come out with a 32oz iced drink offering. Venti 20oz is not enough on a Monday.

Not organized whatsoever for Travelers. Twice in preparation for important meetings I called ahead ( the night before ) and placed an order for Traveler Coffee packages and twice it turned into a disaster. The first time they forgot the order and apologized but i had to wait over 20 minutes. The second time i again called the night before and placed an order to have a Traveler ready by 7 am. When i showed it was a repeat performance as my order was once again either misplaced or forgotten, this time i just left and will not be back. Our meeting went coffee-less.

I love Starbucks. Its the best coffee around. They have lots of good snacks and beverages and good vegan and vegetarian options.

Computer systems were being faulty and resulted in the wrong drinks on four different orders as well as a double charge on refilling a Starbucks card. The staff was pleasant, but too reliant on their computers to a fault.

My husband and I were traveling back home from Washington to California, and we stopped at a local Starbucks... because coffee... Lol plus I work at a Starbucks myself so why not drop in and see how other stores do their thing. Anyway, the partner of the quarter was working on July 4th, like a boss, and she was the nicest thing. Im not going to lie it is hard to find good service by the younger crowd anymore.
