Usually pretty nice and welcoming but I did have an issue with a manager once.

Managed to get a Switch OLED off the shelf, plus a sweet deal on some games and accessories. Staff was super helpful, informative, and a pleasure to deal with.

This is the only GameStop I will try to shop at. Especially if Matt is there; this guy really knows his stuff. Hes been there for several years and Im surprised hes not a manager. Every time Ive gone in there hes been super friendly and helpful. Sarah is pretty awesome too, but Ive dealt more with Matt than anyone else that works there.

Best experience Ive had at a GameStop by far. I had a question about a couple of games and Skye was amazing help. I trust that guys opinion through and through. I will 100% come back.

I went into this Gamestop 15 minutes to closing with a busted up old Xbox 360 and zero knowledge of the video game world. Mike went above and beyond to walk me through the specifics of my console, how to care for it, which games to start with, and a brief history of all things Xbox. He answered all my newbie questions and was overall a TOTAL professional, even though I came in so close to closing time with so many questions and he could have easily been dismissive. I will definitely be back. Thanks again, Mike.

Glorified pawn shop directed at kids. Ever pre order Ive bought they ran out of the psycial item that was supposed to come with it. Dont waste your money here, super smash games on westside or even target is a better place for games

Very poor customer service, I was just coming in to see what pre owned games they have and to see what deals they had going are. I get inside the store and they continue to ask me 50 questions about what i was coming into the store for. Most of these questions were normal but if someone says they are just browsing maybe leave them alone and have them come to you if they have questions. I felt like I was being interrogated. Then a female customer comes in and they are all chipper and asked her 3 questions and left her alone. It was an awful experience and I wont be coming back. Ive also been fighting with gamestop.com customer service on a purchase I made back in July. I ordered a xbox one 500gb and it never came, Ive had so many agent lie to me to say the refund is coming when they actually dont even start it or check on it. I saved up for a long time to get that xbox and when I got an empty box on my porch I was extremely disappointed.

Came by at 7:30pm 30 minutes before closing.Sign on the door said “On lunch.”Interesting time to take a lunch. 🤔Annoying.

Having issues at BOTH west side Olympia locations, most of the employees were quick to get me out of the stores. I enjoy browsing through games and I always leave with something, whether its a game or some sweet merchandise. I dont see why the employees are pushing browsers and shoppers out after a few minutes of being there.

I lucked out because this was the only GameStop that had a copy of the game I was looking for. I spoke to Michael and he helped me out with a discount that was denied at another location because their servers are down. Super happy to have my game and the customer service was excellent.

Great GameStop! The people here are very helpful and nice, and theyre way better than the people at the GameStop in the mall. They may not have as big of an inventory as the one in the mall, but this is always the one I go to, and its because of the service! They are very friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. I highly recommend this place!

Came in looking for a few games to play with my roommate that are coop. Found a wide selection and bought up vermintide 2 and ghost recon. Also picked up gta v, which I highly recommend even just for online.

Treated me like a criminal!!!I am an avid gamer and have been to many GameStop locations all across United States. Never in my life have I been treated with such poor customer service. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, and upon finally getting to the counter was told that I would not be able to trade in my game in because it was shrink-wrapped.I was given no other reason then that is their policy.There is no posting of this anywhere!I have never been told this before! I have traded in hundreds of dollars worth of games in my lifetime.I had driven an hour to get there, waited in line for that long, and was treated as though I was trying to trade in a stolen game.This is the worst location Ive ever been to. I highly recommend going to another location. I know it will be some time before I will even consider shopping at another GameStop.

Love the prices for the games. Need more titles. Hate seeing the same games. Like to play some of the old Xbox one games. Need a rematch.

The worst Customer service and suspicion that were undercover agents. no sincere Ness and service I would’ve rated this is zero and a five if I could. So in conclusion game stops customer service has greatly declined and it’s younger clientele.

Apparently they dont know how to give correct dates for preorders. I was told the wrong date TWICE, and all they had to say is idk. I hate the customer service so much.

Worst customer service my husband and I have ever received in a gamestop. I understand no one is perfect, however I wont go into details but they could really organize the store, specially if they have games on sale. Check your inventory. Oh, and make sure the game you pull out for the customer is the one they bought.

Jude is the worst employee I’ve had the displeasure of talking to on multiple occasions. He’s abrasive, condescending and incompetent. My most recent experience was being left on hold for 15 minutes with a final quick, dismissive answer to my 10 second question. He’s the reason I hate going to this store.

Just bought a used copy of rainbow 6 siege from here and it doesnt work, thought you were supposed to make sure they do work since thats like your job. Would of rated 0 stars if i could of dont recomend this location to anybody

I had called the store and spoke with Alyssa to get pricing information and availability of inventory. I had planned to just go in after work to pick up my items. After looking at the Website, I found that there was an In-Store pickup option, where they would send a message to that location, and have them hold the items. Having made The hold I wanted, I had called back and spoke with Alyssa to make sure She got the request from the webpage and if I could add a few more items. She was more than helpful and told me all the items were set aside. I showed up to the store where I was greeted by Alyssa once again, who looked like she was the only employee working that day. She was helping a customer check out when I came and still said hello to me as I walked in. After a quick browse of the store, I got up to the counter and let her know who I was and that I was coming in to pick up my order. She was very Professionally dressed, very well spoken, gave me lots of cool info about new things coming out and what she had been playing recently. She even was wearing the same kind of Gunnar Anti-Glare glasses I wear during my longer nerd sessions.I have been to this location a few times, and typically every time I have gone, the experience was less than stellar. A lot of the reps that use to work there were typically not well kept. One rep even had really awful B.O. However this time, I was very impressed by everything. Way to go Alyssa! Thanks to your awesome customer service, manner and overall coolness, you single handedly secured my customer loyalty to the Cooperpoint GameStop store.
