Worked with Tom several years ago - did well. This past winter took in my laptop for some minor issues. He suggested I get a new solid state hard drive. Did so, but the computer came back with added software I did not ask for and other changes were made to the operation I did not like nor asked for. I asked him to restore the changes made - he could not. It was irritating, but a small matter. I finally did it myself - taking much time.Went back to Tom to get a new battery. For $30 he installed one that was of no value. I took it back and complained the problem was not fixed. So for another $30 and a spiel about supplies from China being delayed because of Covid, he put what I assumed was new battery in. Not expecting it to be as good as the original; I was hoping for at least four good hours of use. I only got about 15 minutes more, total 1.5 hours after spending $60 for nothing.I took it back again and Tom suggested he turn it over to engineer to see what the problem was. How much more money?Took it to Office Depot. They found lots wrong with the laptop and corrected it for a reasonable amount.

This Gentleman is a very personable knowledgeable honest person. He takes the time to meet your needs and if he cant he wont sell you something you dont need. A great person who can explain components well to basically anyone. He is a one on one when it comes to meeting your needs. From my experience he is best reached on appointment basis which worked great in my case because I had some special needs. Thanks Tom for your help. Laptop is phenomenal.

I love this place! I just bought my second computer from here, I spent 150 several years ago on one which still works great, but with distance learning it was time for something faster. Was prepared to spend 500, wound up spending 390 on a super fast desktop, 22 in screen, win 10! Love it!

Needed to replace a laptop keyboard, rear access bolted. A few other places took the job only to balk upon realizing getting to the part required near complete dismantle. He did a fast and clean job at a competitive price. Ill be calling this place first in the future.

Ive been in here several times with clients having them buy computers on payments. I bought computers. I went in here today with a computer that I had bought from him he didnt have time to help me nobody was in there he act like he didnt know anything about computers when he is a computer guy. He didnt know what anything was on my computer he acted really strange Im not sure whats going on with this guy but if I had to guess its problem not legal. Very shady person.

The owner is very knowledgeable and able to explain to you whats going on with your pc or laptop in a way anyone can understand. Was honest about cost and how long it would take to get my parts. Notified me when parts were in and the next business day I was called to pick it up. Computer looks and runs as fast if not faster then the day I bought it. Thank you Tom.

No lets say your computer or your smartphone has a problem and will not turn on or will not boot. and theres no other person that you can call outside of some very expensive service guy because it usually happens at 3 a.m. in the morning. or you can take your computer or your iPad or your tablet or your notebook or what-have-you or even your iPhone down to a one computers and that day the charge usually between 20 and a hundred bucks for other than 3 to $500 or somebody else to do it this man is one of a kind I highly recommend him for repairing all types of electronics if I could give him more than five stars I would

Yesterday I picked up my laptop and being told that it was fixed and I needed pay 100.00 yet the owner could not tell me what virus I had and only said he reset the computer I asked how I could be charged 100.00 and he couldnt even tell me if I had a virus and if so what sort of virus so after arguing back and forth he said take the laptop and he would discuss charges further with my husband. I open the computer for first time today to see its blocked and has a virus which is worse state then I gave it them in. This is a very fradulant place! Warning do not take anything to these crooks!!!! Reporting them to BBB!

I have bought various hardware from tom and had him service many of my computers over the years along with other members of my family. he is always very helpful and fast.

I have bought at least 5 computers from Tom at A+ Computer over the years. I have also had several family members purchase computers from A+. If there is a problem, it gets fixed quickly. If I have electronics or other junk that needs to be recycled I can just take it to A+ which makes things really easy since I have to go there anyways.

SCAM !!! Was called from this number and told that I had called about computer repair and they were returning my call. I told them I had not and was asked if I was sure something about male ware on your hard drive? I asked who this was, what company, what his name was, even what my name is. No response to any of this instead he went off asking if someone had tried to download a Taiwan version of frozen over 100 times and how there was a virus now on my computer and he needed to replace the hard drive. THIS IS A SCAM! I hope this warning helps individuals not to fall for these tactics. STAY AWAY.
