They will sell your phone number to marketing companies, as they admitted on their website. They will not send confirmation emails when you schedule an appointment. They will cancel appointments on short notice.
The absolutely only good thing about this place is the pharmacy hours. They are open later and on holidays when most others are closed.Other than that, this place is a absolute avoid at all costs kind of store. Everything is locked up. I mean weird things... really, I dare you to check. Its pretty funny. The customer service is nowhere to be found and when it is... Oh boy.And dont dare ask to use the restroom. Lol
Extremely poor communication. Orders cancelled without notice. Pharmacists say prescriptions/refills dont exist when it just hasnt been transferred, no notification when unable to fill prescriptions, duplicate accounts, duplicate prescriptions, pharmacists dont check for duplicates and say prescriptions/refills dont exist. Ultimately dealing with Walgreens has been confusing, and frustrating and the pharmacy employees are rarely helpful. Also they dont accept Apple Health: Amerigroup apparently. I no longer have any reason to go to any Walgreens anywhere.
This pharmacy is the absolute worst!!!! They don’t check correct spelling of name, try to blame on doctors office. The tell you your insurance won’t go through when it’s their fault! If you can avoid this pharmacy at all cost I definitely would!!!! Terrible! Just down right horrible!!!!
Targeted individual here. Harassed and endangered by everyone everywhere as part of program. People have been very friendly here which is a change from other places. which is rare. cant speak to negative reviews I have always had good service from the pharmacy and store.
Store clerk was really rude.. old lady no greetings when we walked in an no thanks you for even coming. Ill be spending my money elsewhere cause that was horrible customer service.
Went in to get money via western union a couple of times. I obviously know how to operate a computer and follow simple instructions. Everytime, my space was invaded by some older women employee, getting behind me, instructing me, touching the computer screen, without me asking for their help. My whole life has been centered around technolgy, Im the last person who needs help in that department. I found it odd that these elder ladies inserted themselves so eagerly as if I dont know what Im doing. I left feeling discriminated against rather it be age, race, how I was dressed, Im unsure. I just know they need to not be invasive because its insulting and rude. I have decided never to step foot in this location ever again and left without incident. But I would practice not being invasive because the wrong person would have definently cussed them all the way out. Its not safe to insert yourself into someones personal space aggressively.
Guy with a fro has the worst, I mean the worst customer service in all 4 states I have lived in. NYC being one. I go out of my way to tell people not to shop here. But. Than agin 2 stars says it all.
Most horrible store. Inside the store there is nobody around to help you except the cashier, and they are usually too busy to do so. Once they finally do, it usually turns out that you know as much as they do in search of things. The pharmacy is slow, disorganized and impolite. Company wise I do not understand a health store selling cigarettes. Numerous visits, same lousy results. To be avoided at all cost
They dont accept Molina insurance so I drive by them to go to rite aid.
Pharmacy folks are very pleasant and seem knowledgeable but there have been several problems with prescriptions lately - not ready when the phone system said it was - not the prescription I was expecting to get. And one prescription was finally given to me in 6 or 8 bottles, each with just a few pills in the bottom. Seemed like a waste of pill bottles! Just not the service I have come to expect from Walgreens over the years - maybe the system needs an overhaul?
Came in to get a prescription filled and picked up a couple quick groceries while I was sick. Everyone was very helpful and I will be returning to fill my prescriptions here.
Rude staff, picked up my prescription, first person was okay, but not very knowledgeable, second person was short and rude. I asked about the cost of script and why my insurance didn’t pay anything, reply was, if you have an issue call your provider. I can see why ratings are so low on this Walgreens!!!!
Rude, snarky, employees at cash register. Never had a issue at pharmacy.
I went 3 days with zero medication due to calling the pharmacists several times about a supposed insurance issue only to find out the pharmacist had made a mistake.I got over 20 conflicting emails and texts telling me my prescription was ready/delayed and was told i would receive a call when they found out what the issue was but never did and had to follow up in person.I risked a series of life threatening seizures and emotionally instability due to human error. I also inexplicably have 3 times the prescribed amount of one of my meds. Happy to be alive tho so 2 stars.
I have never come in and have had a bad experience. The staff there is awesome. I enjoy talking with them. Annette and Logan upfront are terrific.
Very poor customer service, if you look young they treat you like a criminal and follow you around the store, they were literally arms reach away the whole time, I ask them to give me some space so I can look for something I want to buy and because they are supposed to be 6 away but they didnt care so I left and I wont be coming back
I enjoy shopping at Walgreens. They carry all the necessities for a fair price and are in a close proximity. The staff members are friendly and quite helpful. However, lately Ive felt as if I have been followed around the store on multiple visits and my boyfriend has complained of the same issue. Its pretty unnerving and insulting. If it continues I dont know if I will continue to shop at this location.
Very impolite, rude with shoving you out the door just to get to the next customer thru. But whats the point of complaining, they have not and will not change. Re-education or retraining for these thick skulled people might just be wasted on them.
Called in to see if I could drop off a package for USPS and the first lady was all nice and polite, but then she transferred me to a different assistant with a totally different attitude. Was not polite, did not ask if I needed help with anything else, literally did below the bare minimum for my customer service.
This was the only store open on Christmas and I appreciate that. The store clerk was friendly.
Came to pick up medication for my mother that they called and told her was ready just for the lady working in the pharmacy named Carol Lee was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Idk why they call to tell you the medication is ready for pickup then when you get there it isnt ready telling me I cant hold up the line because they didnt do their job correctly! Inconveniencing me telling me I need to come in when I was just in drive thru to pick the medication up! Do better!
As a postmate driver when I went there none of there personels know how to help me they didt even know what is postmate or uber eat. They were just passing me to eachother.I had to cancel the delivery.
Pharmacists very helpful, and go out of their way.
Bad customer service. Wont take printed coupons unless they scan and gave up after a few times of swiping it quickly. I even tried to sign up for a card but didnt get offered. Walked out with nothing. Thanks Anetta.... For nothing!
Contrary to the Walgreen’s phone message encouraging their flu shots, they were unable to administer the shot when I arrived because they didn’t have anyone to do it. This particular Walgreens never fails to disappoint. Thankfully Haggen’s across the street has a great pharmacy and I even got a 10% off coupon for getting my flu shot there. A big thumbs up for Haggen’s.
I had a prescription transferred, asked them not to fill it yet. Two days later, I got a call telling me its ready to be picked up. Had another script called in. After 3rd attempt by docs office in which I was present for the call and got the very unique name of the pharm tech, I called this Walgreens to follow up and they said they had received no calls. Very unreliable service. Avoid if you can.
Walgreens typically has horrible service. BUT THIS ONE isnt even deserving of the 1 star that is mandatory to leave this review. They dont know how to bill insurances, they dont know how to fill the whole Rx. When they cant figure something out they just put you on hold and then send your call to ring to nobody so it eventually hangs up. They are absolutely the worse pharmacy I have ever had dealings with. And I have had some really awful pharmacies to deal with. Do not go here or any Walgreens if you can help it. I know I wouldnt if my insurance company didnt force me to.
Rude staff at the pharmacy. Called yesterday to make sure they had a vaccine that I needed, was assured that they had it in stock and that I was able to get it. Went in today and was laughed at by a different staff member and denied the vaccine.
They have quick check out, generally with a smile. Their shelves are usually well stocked, clearly marked prices and sales, with a moderate variety of items.
Friendly enough. The time you need to fill a persciption is ridiculously slow. 4 to 5 hours... sometimes the following day to wait. This is inconvenient since I live 20 miles away.
Horrible customer service in the photo department tonight. All my pictures had lines through them. They never apologized. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have to reprint them. They reprinted them without even asking me if I still wanted them. No apologies.
Run by college students, they seem to do a great job because the place is clean and organized. Friendly staff to help out with questions or check you out quick.
Great service and products and helpful pharmacists!
We found ourselves in a predicament trying to fill our script at our usual, and utterly amazing, pharmacy in Tumwater (Denise is a godsend). The pharmacist at the Tumwater location was able to call and work with the pharmacist at this location and together they really pulled through for us saving us in so many ways.I have to say I am utterly taken back and touched at how much I feel that myself and my family are cared about. That is not something you get very often nowadays. On a side not I have to say that those techs need a raise. In the 20 minutes that I was waiting for my script they got berated by their customers...for things that are not even remotely in their control. They remained professional despite it all so kudos to them!!Keep up the great work and I am sorry you have to be the punching bag for everyone’s frustrations.
Always have what I need and great staff
Great store to spend time & money...Thanks Walgreens
I waited in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes just to drop off a prescription. Then I was told it would take 40 minutes to fill. So I was told to come back in an hour. I came back 3 hours later and they still didn’t have it ready because “We’re busy.” So then they said they could have it in 10 minutes, then made me go back to the end of the car line!!!
Very unreliable. Slow. Needs way more staff. Always a problem every time Im there.
They are no longer open 24 hours, they close at 10. I like them because they have everything. Target doesnt have half the stuff I need to fill.
Terrible store, they are the only pharmacy that has ever refused my insurance. Additionally, when trying to buy beer, they refused the sale due to some glitch with their register, wouldnt even accept cash.
Rude, unhelpful staff. I will not be returning to this Walgreens. I called 1-800-WALGREENS and they helped me with my problem immediately, whereas the staff at this Walgreens made me feel stupid, and refused to help me. Wouldnt recommend this Walgreens.
Friendly staff, average wait time for a pharmacy at 20 minutes.
Nothing special. Just a pharmacy.
Just a typical CORP chain
