Great variety of quality food products. Staff was friendly, and went out of their way to help me locate a specialty product. Price was beyond reasonable and there was no wait to check out. Definitely recommend shopping here.

GO is an adventure in grocery shopping. Never really know what to expect inventory-wise. The Oly location offers a good organics section. This location has improved since the new owners took over. BTW - if you ever want to experience the most delightful check out, step into Wess line when hes there..

Good prices on most things, they switch up the items they sell quite often. Everything is good except their chicken selection.

Great for picking up some to go deli items ans produce. This market is very clean. Unfortunately, this store would be a last resort for us because it was so expensive. The same cupcakes that sell for 2.99 in the safeway bakery sell for 5.99. Literally the same brand. Milk was nearly $2 more.

Id been shopping at this particular location for nearly three years, but after the horrible experience I had with a young female cashier (Jess) last week I will never return, and will instead drive to the Lacey store from now on even though its about 10 miles out of my way. No customer should ever be mistreated the way I and the woman behind me in line were treated last week. In over six decades of shopping experiences, rarely have I encountered such a sour, disrespectful attitude from someone who is being paid to be friendly, welcoming and helpful to her employers patrons.

I can’t believe how absolutely rude a couple of the lady’s up front are. One lady with long salt and pepper hair,possibly Hispanic told me she would not ring my stuff up until I pulled my mask up. She litterally walked away from the register. It was hot and I was putting lots of items on the belt. She embarrassed me with her very obvious outburst and leaving the register,Making other customers wait while I was trying to swiftly get my items to her. Her and another young lady were gossiping clearly about me in front of others. It was around 2 pm on Father’s Day. This was embarrassing, unprofessional and upsetting. I always loved grocery outlet, but I will never step foot in this store again. 😞

I come here instead of the Chehalis store because everyone usually has a mask on and the staff is super friendly! I feel much safer in this store than any other in the area and I really appreciate the lengths that every goes to to keep things safe!

Grocery Outlet has some things I use regularly but dont carry a lot of name brands. I have to drive out of my way to shop there but its not too far from my bank so sometimes I do shop here. Like it that its in the same shopping center with Seattle Childrens Hospital Thrift store which has nice things for sale.

No bagger and checker looked at me like hello start bagging your own groceries, while I was trying to load my groceries on the conveyor belt and pay for them! horrible customer service and not a good way to run a business...Elderly people have a really tough time...

Love this store. Great for snacks for the kids and stocking up on basic staples.Youll get 3 bags of groceries compared to 1 bag at the regular stores with plenty of name brands from Whole Foods and Cost Co overstocked items.Check it out at least one time and you will be hooked.I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place... you’ll find great deals on name brand products. You’ll discover foods and items that you never knew existed, and get to try them for practically pennies on the dollar! Just pay attention to the expiration dates. This place can be a vegetarian/vegan haven.

Their prices are cheaper than regular stores. Service is helpful and considerate. They keep the shelves stocked and have a lot of things that other stores do. The only drawback is that they dont have everything the other stores do.

They were making every effort to maintain social distancing and succeeded wonderfully, in a lot of cases providing enhanced standards of service as a result. I felt that the placement of 6ft markers was strategic instead of excessive as most places are achieving and more effective as a result. It provided better flow of traffic in the store and they were on top of the registers with new lanes opening the moment the line began to lag to avoid a backup.

I score so much good food at Grocery Outlet in W Oly! Organics and healthies, lots of staples and cupboard supplies, produce, surprises every time. Pet supplies and instant foods and cereals and breads and snacks and junk, too. And its affordable!They keep it clean, stock shelves all the time, add cashiers promptly and are friendly and helpful.COVID measures? Havent seen a worker without a mask and clean hands. I strategize and go when its not busy.

I used to love the Olympia Grocery Outlet until I was mistreated by the cashier and the store manager. The store issued me a card for being military and veteran. Upon receiving the card they checked all of my identifications. The card had no expiration date. But today when I went in the cashier refused to give Me the discount because my iD expired I showed her my other identifications to prove I was a veteran. But she said I needed my VA ID card. I asked for the store manager and when the manager came she told me that the store no longer gives military and veterans discounts. So that I wouldn’t of even had to show anything in the beginning because they don’t offer the discount anymore. And the cashier and store manager made a scene in front of the entire store. Forcing me to show identifications of my military service come in to find out that they don’t even offer the discount anymore and did nothing to fix it. I’m shocked that a store such as Grocery Outlet would offer military and veteran discounts and then rip them away without any posted or email notices. I was truly mistreated and discriminated on, all for a $3 veteran coupon given to me by their store.
