Its true that Olympic is gone, however the owner now runs a new business Mostly just barrel blanks now. You can get old Olympic arms inventory, but you must go there in person. Chill guy, thanks for the lower.

Olympic Arms provided me with an excellent experience. They helped me solve my feeding issues with longer bullets in my 6.8 SPC. The staff went over my whole gun and replaced various small parts that were still serviceable but have been updated with newer parts. Very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Special thanks to Brian and Riley for taking care of me on short notice.

Usually have great service there, as long as the full staff is there.I called in to verify stock and to have it pulled so I can go in and out. When I arrived to inspect the product it was missing a part. So he went and got it to complete it.When he charged me he rang it up as two separate items, causing the price to increase by over $30.I called the next day for them to tell me that if I bought it as a single kit I would have paid less.Id rather pay full price at aero precision and still support local.Im done. Customer service is too important these days to pass allowing me to go elsewhere

For such a small showroom, the place is very friendly and welcoming--once you get past the privacy glass on the front door. If youre looking for a 1911 or an AR-type rifle, take a look, they have a ridiculously large variety and a big list of off the shelf customizations.

The worst customer service skills ever. The owner of this place is Robert Shotz and he also owns Last Stop Moclips grocery store. I called to talk to the owner. The customer service representative refuse to let me speak to Bob Shotz or leave a number. I tried to explain that I am a disable Navy Veteran and stop at your store in Moclips. But the man refuse to take a message. Extremely unprofessional kept saying that is good. I am a disabled Navy Veteran with a service dog. The employee name angle and Tyler. Failed miserable on how to adress someone with a service dog. I step 4 steps into the place and Angie and says I cant Have a dog in there. I said it was a service dog. Angle then adk if my dog was registered. A violation of Federal law. Quite clear that Angie and Tyler have not been properly train. You can only ask 2 questions by law. Is it a service dog and what task does it perform Period! Federal law. When I pointed this out to both of them . That they are violation of Federal Law. Angie then points to a sign that says I have a right to refuse anyone. And all I wanted in this hot 85 weather is a bottle of water. Its a Damm shame when you serve your country and you are a actually disabled veteran with a service dog. And what makes it worse there is a small military base a mile away. ROBERT SHOTZ YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF HIRING INCOMPLETE PEOPLE
