Amazing! This shop is customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile to figure out the problem. Have only charged me for the actual work performed and have always made the call if it was outside of what we thought was the problem. I have owned an R6 and a WR250 and have always trusted my bikes with their amazing service department. I also purchase all my parts and maintenance items there. I have been shopping with Yamaha Motorsports of Olympia for over 6 years. From the first time in till the last time I was in they have been amazing! Fantastic people here with great customer service. I had an issue with a bike out of warranty but they went out of their way to contact Yamaha and get it covered. I was under a time crunch so they also worked me into their very busy schedule.I could not have asked for more.

These guys were excellent to work with. They serviced my bike on short notice, including unanticipated repairs, and had it ready for my trip. Really appreciated their level of service.

So every time that I have dealt with these people or this company is been nothing but a great experience and even though I didn’t even buy anything off them the last time that I reached out to ask them a couple questions they were more than helpful and willing to not only go above and beyond and send me all the links so I can get clarification on part of the engine bay but you can tell if they really care to make sure that I have complete understanding on what my question was. I give them a 10/5 cause the stars stop at five but they deserve more!!!

Bought a brand new ktm 250exc had very low miles and then started having motor issues. Turns out it was a bad gear that that year of bike had, Was told I needed to call KTM for warranty because it was out of regular time due to dates.This is the reason for the 1star. First I was told they were 2 months out for service which is out of the dealership control but when I had my opening to bring it in they didnt even look at it for over a month because I was told Yamaha had a recall of bikes that they needed to fix before they were going to look at the bike that I had already paid for. So they put unsold bikes before one that a customer had paid for already. Then it took over 4 months to get my bike back which was due to parts issues and was never told that the $20 part I needed could have been bought elsewhere and I couldve been riding for the season.Then was told that they did me a favor for letting me know about the defective part and charged me over $400 dollars for labor on a brand new bike that was bought at this dealership.Be aware they will go above before the sale but will put their own profits before issues that come up after they have your money.Needless to say I will never go back and will be sure to let it be known how the experience with the dealership was.Oh and one of the owners made sure that I knew he used to work for the Sheriffs office, How that has anything to do with the bike issues I didnt understand.

I would give more stars if I could. This has to be the best dealership in North America, PERIOD. The parts department and service center have always been staffed with the friendliest, most helpful people in the industry. In fact, over the years Ive made real friendships here, both with the staff and other customers that Ive met while visiting.Prices are VERY fair on both OEM/non-OEM parts and I always feel welcome, even if I need help or advice when Im turning my own wrenches. Shipping on OEM/non-OEM parts is always fast as heck, and more affordable than buying online at other big retailers. The service department has always been happy to answer my questions or give advice when Ive needed. I know that I can always call to get the parts I need or help figuring out whats wrong with my bike(s). They have even had my back on several warranty issues and saved me big $$$ in the past.One time the starter solenoid on my bike went out while I was in town and they came to pick me up with a trailer (for free) and helped me fix my (older, out of warranty) bike in the parking lot with parts they had in stock! Where else are you going to find a place that would go out of their way to help customers like that??Customer appreciation days are also great! The pizza parties and movie nights are fun and I try to make an appearance every year. Demo days are always fun and a real treat every year!I feel like this review doesnt do Motorsports of Olympia justice. They are just the best and Ill always come here first before going anywhere else.

If you’re looking for OEM parts they are very helpful. If you’re doing anything remotely aftermarket look elsewhere. The parts department seem to have better things to do than to help you find what you need. As a consumer I appreciate sales reps to take the time to help you find the parts you need even if they can’t supply them. I prefer to buy local, but I’m left to the internet yet again to finish out my projects.

I rode in from out of town and popped in in hopes of getting a question answered regarding my navigation screen. The moment I rode up, I was greeted by friendly staff and event riders. I had a very positive interaction with the service department and I met the owner (John) as I was leaving. My experience was fantastic. Everyone was beyond helpful. I fully endorse doing business there because they know how to treat a customer. My issue was resolved and I gained a bit more knowledge about my bike too. A+++ for Yamaha Motorsports of Olympia, WA.

These guys are awesome. Even honed a cylinder for free as I’ve bought a few parts there here and there.

I had to drive about an hour to pick up my husband’s motorcycle that had been repaired. Due to traffic I wouldn’t have arrive until 6pm which is when the store closed. I called around 5:00pm to see if they wouldn’t mind waiting a few minutes after closing for me to arrive and they without hesitation said they would. When I arrived Paul was waiting for me and he processed my payment and loaded the bike on the trailer for me. He was SO NICE! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Best place for a tire change

I take it all back. I made trip to dealer, bike was a year old, 1500mi, dirty, half worn out rear tire. 1500 mi of thrashing. Then, clueless terrible sales gal wasnt willing to negotiate on price at all....at least didnt even attempt to. I do put motorcycle shops at the very bottom of the pile of dung in terms of professionalism.I was going to send an email to management but I doubt they care much more. Jeez, what a feeble attempt at engaging a customer and making a sale when a customer walks in the front door.

They had a black colored sportbike in stock but it wasnt the color I wanted. They didnt try to sell me what they had in stock but ordered the bike I wanted. The buying process was straightforward, not stressful, and seemed fair. The other employees I interacted with were friendly. It was a good buying experience.

Due to covid everything is hard to get ahold of. Found what I wanted somewhere else but they sold it even though “I was first in line”. Made another phone call and talked with Kari and she had a 2020 Yfz450r like I wanted! Came down the following day and picked it up. Everybody I talked to was super friendly! Went above an beyond to help answer any questions I had! 10/10 going to go here first next time!

Purchased a 2018 MT-07 last week. Initially had shopped all over the Puget Sound and this store had excellent customer service from sales to parts and the service department. On top of that the pricing was also the lowest for that 2018! They are family owned and you can feel it. Would highly recommend you shop them last on you journey for a new bike!

Great customer service. We shopped all around the Puget Sound Area dealers. They had the best prices around. Very good inventory of bikes too. Service center charged less than half of what it would be elsewhere. I purchased my first dirt bike here years ago and it is still the friendly honest place it has always been. I will continue to come here when it is time for another bike and for services.

The guys here are awesome, extremely helpful and friendly about it. Do great work on the bikes too! The parts guys as well as the service guys are very personable and quick to help!

Bought a new bike there and I was professionally taking care of. Alex and John took personal time to help out as well, which was really helpful, and un-usual of most people in the business. The parts department is a huge help as well, ensuring anytime I need or want new parts I get exactly what I need which is a time saver.

Spent $4,000 on a bike and was told it wasn’t what we ordered because they assumed on the info they gave us and there’s no other option when we went to pick it up! Very upset, was handled wrong ! I’ve never been so upset shopping with them. Will go somewhere else next time! Will cost me $500 more to get what I was told I was already getting!

Have had my bikes serviced here for years, they do a great job.Havent bought a bike here. I usually try to buy a used bike with low miles. They never carried any used FJRs. The time I bought a new Styker they didnt want my trade.

Ive bought parts from them and had them work on my bike. The rates are good, and the customer service is EXCELLENT. I only come in there once or twice a year and they almost always remember my name and bike! :-)

Took care of a recall repair on my motorcycle quickly and professionally. I recommend making the drive to Olympia to have them perform repairs or maintenance on your bike.

I needed a battery checked and confirmed that it was defective and they did that for me and put it in writing AutoZone failed me and ORiley failed to do the paperwork like Warrenton needed

Great experience from start to finish. Walking into the door I was welcomed by Dale Bartley. We probably talked more about riding than the bike I was interested in.Took a couple of days to get my loan processed through Obee but despite some difficulties with them (no fault of the dealership) but Dale worked hard for me.Even though it was a used model I was really happy to learn I was getting 20% off my gear when I returned to pick up my bike!Cant recommend them enough. And Ill soon return so I can get the selfie with Dale I forgot to get due to excitement. Great local shop.
